And your team member said that We will update you within 48 hours.but unfortunatly my complaint was closed without informing me and we are still facing same network issues.

After a supposedly firm and 100% confirmation that the service engineer will visit between 6-7 (which was after a firm commitment they will visit between 10-1), no one has turned up. SIM did not get activates for 4 hours, went to the Jio Service Center, got SIM card replaced, still no network. SIM in slot 1 of the phone & restarted the phone multiple times, tried selecting network manually.
