    @JioCare That's the issue. Jio fiber is not being made available in our area. God knows why. Just look into the reason for delay in paying jio fiber in our area. I repeat area name. Its Noorabad Zakura, Srinagar.

    @JioCare Yesterday technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessional team Complain no SR0000116U4L

    All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

    @reliancejio jiofibr in kashmir srinagar has nilot been able to restore jiofibr service though complaint made 6 days ago. Every day promised to settle issue. Is there anyone at the senior level to monitor the activities of their staff. Very unfortunate. Only promises. Shame.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I have issue with my jio fibre that it is getting disconnected for 1 hours or more they scheduled a technician visit and then he marked this as resolved without any visit and reason being my internet is working properly

    @JioCare One last time I'm requesting you guys to open a new ticket for the recurring service outage and send your service executive to see what's happening on the ground. If you really care about the customer do raise a priority ticket given the importance of service.
