True to @reliancejio ethos you ask for a @jio_gigafiber connection & they arrive in minutes, take your money promise to return the next morning, knowing it’s a Sunday, and then claim not to have the tools to do the job. Shocking service from #RelianceJio #MukeshAmbani 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@JioCare @reliancejio Reg no.-7003304816. I had red light blink issue on 23sep,21 that was resolved on 24th sep 24hrs no internet use by me. Again same issue arises on 1Oct,21that was resolved on 2nd October after 24hrs almost no internet for 1day again with same problem.

@reliancejio what an awful service jio provides. If you want to receive refund of the security deposit while moving from post-paid to pre-paid, you need to call on 198 and there is no option to request for refund or connect to representative. All I hear is download jio app.
