    @mjitu92 @JioCare I'm sure dear you won't be getting any solution I myself struggling a lot for the same you'll get a dm by their executive's with troubleshooting link apart of that nothing gonna get. Jio is now really providing pathetic service not only in valsad even mumbai which is a metro city

    @JioFiberVoice very poor service Ive sent my uninstallation request multiple times but the engineer hasn’t come only to collect the Router and Set top box, also want to know how and when my refund will be processed, as ive not even used my jio fiber for a Month! Plz help @JioCare
