I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare i have recharged for 3 month plan of jio fiber 3M_2997 on 19th oct.2020 and from 22nd nov. 2020 i am unable to use jio internet service till today due to data cable brokage from connection pt .So I want my 2 month recharge money to be reimbursed as soon as possible.
