    @JioCare @reliancejio I don’t think you don’t care customer problem after 5G there is still 4G that needs a lot of improvement. You guys have worst internet speed. Not a even a single bar shows at ground floor and you are boasting 6G and 5G.

    I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

    @JioCare Hi, thanks for your concern. I don't want to wait further and waste time of mine and your engineers. Please cancel/close all existing service requests and relocation requests. Soon i will raise request to discontinue using your services too. I guess i already found alternatives.

    @JioCare I already received message for cancellation. What do you mean that cancellation is still in progress? But there was no communication related to refund. It's been 9 days. There is no option to contact customer care on provided number as well.
