    All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

    @JioCare Looks like you have been following same trend. When called to customer care we get nice replies of taking care of it but nothing happens. They ask there interaction feedback but who will take care of the actual issue

    jiofiber has been down for over 24 hours. i raised a service request, its been a whole day and yet no engineer has been assigned yet. @JioCare 😠

    Day 3. Still no @reliancejio @JioCare Fiber installation Paid after being promised same-day installation. It's now Day 3—no installation, no callback from customer care and no proper update This delay is affecting my work. Hoping the concerned team resolves this immediately

    @JioCare Engineers are not doing proper resolution, they are just fixing the issue temporary and doing very cheap connection works. Untrained Engineers are provided for resolution and now same person again has been appointed.

    @JioCare That is not true. Engineer Aman Patil is a liar and denies to com and gets it cancelled or on hold from the back end. We have many connections in our society so access to technician is given.need a router change as there are multiple problems else please disconnect permanently.
