    @JioCare Such a Poor Customer Care never seen because Call Center team unable to address Customer query and hold the Call 30 min to avoid the issue but they don't know JIO is forcefully influence to customers for migration.... You can check my call yesterday 3 times same thing happened

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst network ever. Call goes blank suddenly when talking sometimes calls not connected even full network available. Sometimes it says server unreachable or server not responsive ...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called at jio helpline number 198 for resolve my quirey but advisor picked the call and did not give me proper resolution and she muted the call I was continuously speaking but advisor did not Unmuted and end she dropped the call. So I am not satisfi jio

    Poor network support from @JioCare, Sometimes my no is showing not reachable and iam not able to receive incoming and outgoing calls,network will show but calls are not working.Ineed to switch on flight mode and off then it will work, same issue with other no as well.

    @JioCare I guess its been a good one month since I was assured that I will be provided a permanent solution but till date I cant see any changes. The perception that I had about you proved to be true that once a complaint is closed company loses its interest in the issue.
