    @JioCare I have never felt so bad regarding services with any other company. But this time Jio reaches its peak. I tried to relocate my Jio connection from one place to another and it’s merely half a kilometre away but the customer care says a team is not capable of doing that

    @reliancejio you tells your customer that service will be provided within 24 hrs. After many followup your engineer wrote that customer is not in home . wtf .. get your homework done before promotion or check your team either they will eager to serve your customer or not

    @JioCare It’s regarding jio fiber installation .it’s been 3 days , we have done the documentation , and paid the amount. But no one came for installation.even called multiple times no one responding . Order no : NO0000OU5AY3. Could you please help .

    @reliancejio want to complaint about this person Pooja who called me from the MIDC office. Very rude. Don't know where she got my alternate Vodafone number. She called me and spoke to me very rudely when I asked where she got my alternate number from. Please look into this.
