    @JioCare Since @JioCare refuses to send a field engineer, I have formally filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline @nch1915 under Docket No: 9651949 and escalated to the Appellate Authority. Stop the scripted delays and fix my line today.

    For the last 10 days the Jio network has been going down every single day for 12–15 hours. Now it's been more than 24 hours with no network at all. The last time I raised this issue on X, @JioCare asked me to send via DM. I did but received no response. @reliancejio @RCKadamINC

    Shambolic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Rajasthan! Paid in full, but getting ZERO internet speed & endless call drops. Standard customer care closes complaints with the stupidest excuse: "Network Congestion". If your infra can't handle it, stop looting customers! Fix this

    Internet is not working from last 12+ hours, created a service ticket, forget the visit no one even visited yet. Also DM’ed SR number but they are also not responding!! Imagine the kind of service quality @reliancejio @JioCare is offering #JioCareless
