    @reliancejio @jio_fiber Never ever have I seen such careless attitude from Jio Fiber. Have placed relocation request from last 7 days and still Customer care is suggesting that they are figuring out. Just disconnect it so that I can move to a better operator ReqID- SR000037YMG7

    @JioCare Bhavani, it’s really painful, everytime we face connectivity issue engineer visit rescheduled without any consent and why should I I pay the rental when I don’t use the service, check how many days in last 6 months Jio was out of order.

    @JioCare The promised refund timeline has already been crossed. tell me the exact date when my refund will be credited. follow-ups have given no solution. If issue is not resolved I will escalate it to the Consumer Court. This has completely eroded my trust in Jio. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @RelianceJio This is THEFT. Paid for 15 days, got maybe 2 days of actual service. The rest? Nothing. Zero. I want every rupee back. Don't send me your useless "we're looking into it" bot reply. FIX IT or REFUND IT. Consumer court is next. #JioDown #Refund

    The wrost network of @reliancejio in all over India. Why we are paying u ₹899/84 days ? @TRAI pls help us. Everyone want to port out only because of bad connectivity. [Even 4g] Are u happy with jio ?

    @JioCare really need to take the matter to top management hope they see these postings of complaints may be they are reliance don't bother of apathy of customers taking jio airfiber horrible services
