    @JioCare I have disconnected my jio fiber connection on 28th Feb, service request SR000019208R raised but its closed without any reason. No one from jio called me. I have contacted Jio care more than 5 times and also local jio engineers more than 50 times.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio Team, I purchases Jio Fiber connection on 2nd March JioFiber connection is NO0000KO13B4. This connection is still not done while I am continuously following up with Jio fiber technical and sales team. Can you please help me to get this connection installed.

    @JioCare Every time when I call Jio care they will raise new request, but they dont know why existing service requests closed without any action. Seems no one want to pick device and refund the amount. I have never seen such a worst service and bad behaviour of engineers.
