    All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

    @JioCare How much longer will this take? I'm not even able to do basic tasks. Video calls don't work, games keep saying "Your internet is too slow," I can't watch videos, and I'm even afraid to make online payments in case they get stuck. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancejio Despite repeated follow-ups, relocation never carried out. Charged ₹1200 as relocation fees. Was forced to cancel the connection & devices collected last week. Connection is now closed, can't reach customer care, and no update on refund.

    Hello @JioCare you people are so shameless and cunning that after repeated request and calls to check your network quality you get stuck into the same in every 6month. The 5g is only in name in our Village even 2g is faster than your 5g. Nonsense people

    @JioCare You replied on 10th July promising a service request, SMS with complaint number & technician visit "shortly". Nothing — no SMS, no call, no technician, no update. This is not "premium" service, this is complete negligence.

    Dear @reliancejio @jioairfiber Either your representative are making customer fool or u have make the scheme to loot us. I asked for postpaid plan even for the confirmation I called few weeks back, ur representative said it's a postpaid plan but actually it's not

    @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio tower in our Village at Paikmal, Naktideul, Odisha Pin 768106 has been completely DEAD for the last 3 MONTHS! Thousands of residents are suffering with zero connectivity. No repairs have been done yet. Please resolve this major outage urgently!
