All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

@reliancejio In some condition jio service is good. But in terms of internet speed it is worst. In most rural and urban area the speed is 10-15 kbps.When we complaint regarding speed, jio executive always told "due to many people access internet at same time speed is low".Whose fault it is?

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio fibre cable cuts two days ago due to snowfall. I contact the customer care on the same day, they told me within 2-4 hrs technician will visit &. also gave me the SR no. Since two days no technician visits. Plz help.

Terrible experience from jio app..I tried to recharge from the main app and it showed me error bit my money got deducted and the recharge has been done twice ..worst app ever @reliancejio @JioCare
