    All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

    @JioCare I want to change the billing cycle date of my jio fiber but your customer support this is not possible. May you please take it into consideration as mine is 20th month so it's quite confusing

    Using Jio since 2019, but for the last 1 year the network in our area has become completely useless. Even WhatsApp messages take time to send on “5G”. And it’s not just me — every Jio user here is frustrated. Once my recharge ends, I’m porting to Airtel. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet services have been down since morning. Initial restoration time was 445pm. It now says restoration by tomorrow. What is happening!!? Work from Home impossible with such poor service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I activated Jio tune for my number but my callers are listening normal ring. Even after raising a SR, the issue is not resolved.

    True. Just switched my WiFi from Jio to Airtel AirFiber. The Jio service was honestly pathetic — constant issues and poor experience overall. Hoping Airtel performs better now. Jio doesn't care @JioCare, change your handle name.
