    @JioCare You queried. You asked in DM and now no response in DM. This is your customer service quality. You don't leave your single penny and no heed to the problems faced by customers. As you are accepting there is congestion then waive the charges till service is improved.

    @JioCare Thanks to the JioCare team for the prompt responses and willingness to support. Airtel went out of the way in resolving my current issue and thus reinstating the trust. Have therefore decided to continue with Airtel. Thanks to both @JioCare @VittalGopal

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jiofiber connection and now your system says that the it has been cancelled as per my request, but i never made any such cancellation request. Customer support says they cannot register any complaint nor can they escalate it. Please respond.

    @JioCare First improve your internet speed, its worst then any other network, then talk about your brand, first give your basic service to customer, don't lie come and test your internet speed at my place. I can challenge even Google home page can't open here, nonsense people.

    @JioCare Wow what a 4g speed I got! Even the jio apps can't load, they Keep buffering. From one month I am facing the this problem. The internet connection doesn't work properly. Please solve this problem quickly or I will port my number to other provider.
