@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

@JioCare Very slow speed in my area jaipur, I complained how many times from 2years buy resolution, I also complaint on National consumer court but when it's technical come to get survey he was also face issue but told to his officer's great speed in my area only 280kbps

@reliancejio Going in BSNL way. My connection disconnected by technician while giving connection to others(inadvertently). Not restored even after 20 hrs. BSNL is better. Our local net boys attend the service within mts. Think twice before going for new conncetion. Worst service.
