@JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

And now I don't want to suffer with @Airtel_Presence with 40% price hike and poorer network connection as bad as 2G. And I think @reliancejio has better opportunity to increase their customer base by providing good service with the hike in price. Hope @JioCare fulfill our demands

@JioCare my fiber line is down since 11 am. Team of jio came at 4pm and found that main fiber cable is cut and they were not having tools to repair it 7.30 pm and no other person has turned up. It is fishy that box where cable has been cut was opened by another jio team
