Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!
