@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

Worst time spending jio service center Ballard pier. Taking 1 hour for just a sake of new battery of jiofi. Preparing of bills take that long.. worst experience.. No amenities.. no lift working.. no water to drink.. no fans.. @reliancejio
