@JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

And now I don't want to suffer with @Airtel_Presence with 40% price hike and poorer network connection as bad as 2G. And I think @reliancejio has better opportunity to increase their customer base by providing good service with the hike in price. Hope @JioCare fulfill our demands

@JioCare @reliancejio whats with the speed issue with jio fiber in mobile devices. Speed is good in tv and in laptop but very slow in mobile devices. Seeing this issue in all of my mobile devices. The speed issue is the same in both 5g and 2.5g.

@reliancejio The cover photo it says (stay connected). I have been facing issues with internet connectivity since last 2-3 days. every time I call the customer care they lie and say "in 24 hours a technician will come and solve the problem". All customer executives are lying.
