    @reliancejio such a same full experience your employees do such a disgusting thing with me they provide jio fibre at more than 200 meter and after that they said we can't solve your issue you can return your jio fibre we are only to complete our target

    Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

    @JioCare 12 month of 12+2 offer ended in june. Now im on extra 2 month. 200gb finished today, so recharged with data booster, but speed now is 100Mbps dl and ONLY 10 Mbps upload instead of 150 ul & dl previously. Pls help as 10Mbps is not sufficient fr online classes.

    @JioCare He may visit, but the point is JIO didn't kept its promise. And why service charges are being deducted upfront. We are living in 21st century, and u are behaving like an obsolete PSU, taking charges without giving any service. Improve your service quality.
