    @JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

    And now I don't want to suffer with @Airtel_Presence with 40% price hike and poorer network connection as bad as 2G. And I think @reliancejio has better opportunity to increase their customer base by providing good service with the hike in price. Hope @JioCare fulfill our demands

    I used @JioCare last two months and I got best internet connection from my expectation. Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio Now I recharged on my @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but it's worth to use internet connection is very very poor. Now I think I should use @JioCare permanently

    @JioCare No I'm not using any third party router , I'm using Jio's router only.Also I'm sitting next to the wifi router so there's no issue of coverage. You can mark basic questions as cleared as the issue isn't from my side,neither I'm doing anything which hampers ping. It's jio's issue
