    @reliancejio we are facing low network issue from longtime in my village, all my family member are using jio network and many time not able to connect any call, forget about internet, I never expect such poor performance from Jio. Village Jamsar, Latghat Azamgarh

    Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber service is one of the poorest of the poor in my experience. Their customer care is merely a formality. Nothing happens on ground. One ends up paying for no service. Grow up Jio, work on the ground. Speaking BIG has no meaning if you fail to deliver

    Now after a long time being customer of jio from its beginning i need to change my service operator to airtel. I have complained about poor indoor internet bandwidth but still no improvement at my location. @JioCare I am missing my daily online classes due to it.

    Hello @JioCare few days back I ported my connection from @ViCustomerCare to your network..but sad internet surfing speed is not good..ex o.o1 kb, 0.24, 0.14...., 10 kb/s, 20.. 4G network but speed always below 100 kb/s.. WTF !! Yoy promised mb/s speed but giving us decimal speed
