Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.
