    @reliancejio network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

    @JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area is jio users Thanks a lot.

    Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

    @JioCare Surprising priorities @JioCare — teams are available within minutes to install a NEW connection, but after-sales support takes days to fix an existing customer’s outage. Getting new customers shouldn’t be easier than taking care of customers who have already trusted & paid you.

    @JioCare I contacted customer care and raised a complaint. However, I was informed that there is a tower/network issue in the area and that it may take up to 2 months to resolve. If the service is not working properly for 2 months, what about the subscription charges that I have

    Hey @JioCare despite payment our jio fibre doesnt work and this is every month's problem. Service is pathetic, set top box hangs and glitches multiple times. This is annoying me now & I'm fed up of taking this matter with your customer care. Fix it ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation
