@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

Having constant issues with my @reliancejio number. Calls don't get connected half of the time, network goes away suddenly, not able to receive calls due to poor network. And all this is irrespective of the location. Pathetic service.
