    Really disappointed with Jio service. My 1000GB data got exhausted unexpectedly, and no one from customer care has reached out to me. Even the helpline number isn’t working. How can your system be this unreliable? Please fix my issue ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio The worst customer service there is. No way to contact actual people at all. Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

    @JioCare I don't see any option to attach my details and give me any email I can share this information. It's useless again as this was my emergency requirement and it's not needed anymore. The good news is that payment is still processing with JIO.

    @JioCare @JioCare Today I received another message from Jio stating that an engineer appointment has been scheduled. However, shortly after that, I received another message saying that the installation has been put on hold. This is very confusing and unprofessional. I have already requested a refund, but there has been no progress on that either. I am attaching proofs for your reference. I also have no timeline or update on when I will receive my refund. Kindly look into this on priority and provide a clear resolution.

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio Raised 4 complaints since 13 April, still no resolution. Complaints are being closed without fixing the issue. Stop harassing customers and take responsibility. This delay and negligence is unacceptable. Either provide replacement/refund immediately. #WorstService

    @JioCare No solution for the jio fiber not working properly. Its like using 2G network on Wifi with 100mbps speed. Unable to browse ver bad service in Delhi Dwarka Sector 11. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia need sipport to join airtel soon
