@JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

Just now I spoke with Mr. Vikas Kumar one of your customer care executive & asked I haven’t receive my family plan 2nd SIM card & it’s almost 10 days please help he directed said customer care is not for that you call that person who came to your home to deliver.@JioCare

Worst service and staff ever encountered. The engineer is not visiting the location even after 5 days. The staff is so rude they don't even know how to talk to customers. Disconnecting calls and no accountability as if they are the owners of the company. @jiocare @reliancejio
