  @JioCare No proper Jio network in Ward No. 12, Gayatri Nagar, 343029. Data not working for months, recharges getting wasted. Your team calls when recharge expires, but even after complaints they keep saying network is fine. Please fix urgently.

  @JioCare Hi, It's been 7 days and there is zero progress against my complaint. Even after you guys raised the service request. Will I get the connection at my new location or not? This is strange that even after paying the full relocation charges I have to follow up so much for a service.

  @JioCare Sharing my experience with Jio Fibre services their service and the unprofessional attitude of their team working on the ground has of late be so poor not bothering to address to the issues being faced by their decade old customers. STRUGGLING SINCE 15 DAYS WITH WiFi

  @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡 in my town 70%
