  @reliancejio your automated support section is poor. I want to relocate . But for relocation input of building name is compulsory. But only a few name are registered where we can not find out building name. I am trying to connect from last 7 days. Very much disappointed.

  @JioCare 2/2. Many Jio users in my colony hv same issue. What is your technical team doing? I see them in tea shops sipping tea and chatting on mobile with Jio T Shirt. Why can't you make them work? You have taken my money in advance and failing to give service. Have responsibility.

  1/2 @reliancejio your internet service in Chennai sucks the most. Raised a complaint for my Jio Fiber on Saturday 10-12-22 at 2.41 pm going it's almost 48 hours since i complained. Still no action taken.
