    @JioCare He also told that he will be providing us with free 2 months service so in INR 3536.46/- we will be getting services till 5 months. I feel this is also a complete lie.

    @JioCare Very bad service. The agent took the money for the JioFiber installation and the promised date for installation was 12th May but no one came for installation. On calling the agent they said that the engineers are busy.Look into this urgently such delays are not expected

    @reliancejio @JioCare My father is long time jiophone user and his jio phone is dead. Need new phone, but basic jio phone is not available anywhere. Please help. 683104. He is not used to use touchscreen phones
