    @JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

    @JioCare Your “non-refundable” statement does not answer my complaint. I am not cancelling on a whim: Jio failed to provide the paid service for 9 days and blocked complaint registration through its app and IVR. I reserve my right to seek refund and compensation for this deficiency.2/2

    @JioCare @JioCare @jio_fiber what is fun now? when you don’t have update about a 6 day old escalated issue 87002 78724 is the last technician who took the setup. Now waiting for my refunds.

    @JioCare On raising complaint the time slot is given of tomorrow meaning another 24 hrs. My entire work is suffering. Jio should provide discount or extend validity by 2 days on account of disruption from their end. Just unprofessional & a thug company called Jio

    @JioCare The assigned engineer says he can’t take any action until the Fiber Distribution Box is replaced by Jio. He isn’t visiting the site either. Meanwhile, I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor coordination and service. Resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since 27th July,and despite multiple complaints, there's still no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Days without service and no accountability from your team. Customers deserve better than endless delays and false assurances. #JioFi

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing a serious network issue on my Jio SIM for the past 2 months. Calls frequently drop, internet speed is very poor, and the network signal is unstable. Despite waiting, the issue is still unresolved. Kindly look into this and resolve it ASAP #jio

    @JioCare The technician has switched off his mobile and nobody seems to know why or where he is. My work has been indiscriminately disrupted because of this. I sincerely need help on this matter. 3 days of disruption is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Stop the generic assurances. Confirm: (1) cancellation/SR number, (2) termination date, (3) equipment-pickup date and (4) outage-period refund/adjustment. My termination request stands; do not treat it as a request for troubleshooting or retention.3/3
