    @JioCare I have replied to you DM, need some resolution on this, we cannot have 3.days to solve connectivity issues. Company like JIO ( reliance ) is not able to solve simple problem. This is above my understanding.

    My JioFiber has been down for 6+ days. SR00003AF4MZ. The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling instead of fixing the issue. My work is severely affected & this is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately or I'll escalate this to the consumer & telecom authorities #JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.

    @JioCare Yes, I am facing the issue at the same location mentioned earlier. Despite repeated complaints over the last two months, the issue still remains unresolved. I request you to stop giving routine responses and take concrete action to permanently resolve this problem.

    Extremely frustrating network issue with @JioCare @reliancejio! From the last 6-7 days, the network completely drops every 5-10 mins for about 10-20 secs. Facing this on ALL Jio connections. If this isn't resolved, we are porting out all. Location: Datta Nagar, Ghansoli - 400701

    @JioCare I know i'll receive an sms once the service is restored. How many days you guys want to restore the service. This is idiotic. I said I wanted a call from your manager. No call received. No proper customer service. No internet for 3 days now. Last week two days. Last month 5 days
