Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!
