    @JioCare My problem is i want to MNP my airtel number to jio number But i face your outlet ask for only Voter card but I don't have Voter card, But i have Pan card, Aadhar card, Bank Passbook, or Driving license, But these doc. Not valid for MNP number Please solve the issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare for gaming & not delaying any kind of internet service ping value is not higher than 50 but in our area it's remains over 50 after upgrading of system

    @reliancejio i dont know why but ur company always reply coming to your area soon but they have not reached us from 3 years .they have not even started increasing their boxes from pole to pole So whey u tell us to install your fiber if you can't provide the service.181206 JAMMU

    @reliancejio Till now no installation have done. Nothing happened after logging the complaint. We are the first house in our locality who order the jiofiber. And those who order after ours there installation and activation has been done within 24 hours. But there is no status about my order.

    @reliancejio you are providing such a shit service. It’s took 30 mins to receive and even I’m fed up with your calling service. While tryin to send a text message it took 10-15 min to send even receive back. Kindly resolve my issue even your service have lots of problems with.

    Every single day I face network problem and many of my friend circle have same issue. Even this tweet is from airtel network not from your network.. Recharge is 4g and even 2g is not going please do something or tell us to change the service provider @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Better augment your infrastructure or leave. Your services are pathetic in Shiva Enclave, Behind Heritage School, Sainik Colony, Jammu. Neither mobile internet works properly nor tje area has been provided Jiofibre service. Hopeless people

    @JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I’m facing a major safety and service issue. Your sales executive set up my connection at the wrong location, sent the wrong device, and is now asking for my MyJio app OTP. This is unprofessional and a security risk. Please look into this immediately!

    @JioCare I don't require your service anymore . Refund my amount with penal interest. You don't have an instrument/ODU for jio Air fiber and selling plans to fool customers. Is tarike se kitne customers ka paisa hold karke business chaloge jio.
