    @reliancejio @JioCare plz track my location do something for your network. JIO is performing wrost here not just internet even calling. Landmark- बड़ी मस्जिद, Katghar Crossing(Prayagraj).

    @rkawle @reliancejio @JioCare I think I have to do the same. Things are getting complicated now as in my home also I have to use my private wifi because jio speed is very slow.

    @rsprasad @DoT_India @JioCare Main population of 5000 in village Surajpur near Bada Duar area is devoid of all mobile networks. Earlier BSNL landlines and mobile network was well but since last 2 years all landlines dead. BSNL, Jio, Vodafone, Airtel none available. People fade up

    @reliancejio Jio no 8887969192... already recharged with net plan ..but not working...jio is adopting fraud practices now.. after recharge of 2-3 days it will ask u again for recharge..it's happening with other no's also..

    Now you are providing cheap internet I studying at internet but you providing 50kb/s internet from last 6 months and when I call at customer care then they always say it's temporary problem resolve in few days. In my area users are high. is this my prblm? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio The network is very bad from the last few days, the calls are not available and the internet is not properly work even for surfing

    @reliancejio @JioCare to get an ESIM reactivated I have had to visit your jio stores 5 times and still it wasn’t done. I don’t know if these are to help us or torture us. My esim was activated on a phone which I changed and for that had to visit your jio stores. Very pathetic

    @JioCare @TRAI I have been trying to get my problem resolve from jio but these guys closes my complaint each and every time. Iam facing problem in sending text messages from my number since 7 months. But jio is not resolving my problem. Please look into this matter

    @JioCare Pathetic customer Service! Nobody responds!! Had requested for a jiofiber connection on 15Mar'21 and paid 1500 for the same. Till date havent got any connection & on cancellation request, money still not refunded!
