Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.
