In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

@JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

@DoT_India @JioCare There is long standing complaint of villagers of my village Surajpur District Mau U.P. about the poor connectivity and frequent call drop of Jio users. It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

@reliancejio Today I was surprised that MyJio app which used for Mobile and Fiber service consumers doesn't have a basic feature like "logout from all the devices" This has been reported many times by users, it is a serious security concern for consumers. Kindly pay attention!!

@airtelindia Even After recharging 509 still data showing 0 MB.Solve my issue contacted customer care they said 4 hrs but it is still same. I had to recharge data as I need it urgently. Recharged again with 118. It is in airtel dongle 509 wasted no 60GB @reliancejio is better.

Hello @JioCare , I want to change my plan of fiber, current one is ₹799 and I get bill for ₹942.82 not sure % of tax but since I took this connection am only using internet nothing else, so wanted to degrade my plan. I hope jio team will quickly help. Thanks !
