@JioCare sir the service from jio fibre is very very very poor. Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

Joi is providing worst internet service in my area. In the beginning it was like no one can match the internet speed of jio but now I'm even not able to get full network inside my house. If I want to call then need to go out first.#Airtel #RelianceJio #vodafoneidea

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

@reliancejio I have a pathetic relationship with Jio (9830722244).Irresponsible service staff & insensitive Jio. All they want is money, no services on their side. As well informed Appellate Mumbai & Kolkata & they are simply calm. Now I want to get rid of Jio & move on to Airtel
