Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
