Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

If 1 min exceed you stopping the services. But if we cancel the any of service taking more than a week for refund. Is this fair?
