@Airtel_Presence @IanDoyleSport @reliancejio my area that is Naini, Prayagraj,(U.P)4G speed is very slow the speed of 4g is even less than 2g.All persons of my area are facing this problem now all are porting their Airtel, jio into Idea sim because of 2G speed better than your 4G

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

@JioCare i had taken the wifi connection and at that time i was asked to deposit 1500/. I was told that it is completely refundable. It was never told that 1000 rs will b deducted after 1 month. This is after asking the sales executive multiple times.
