Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. I have tried reaching out to the team multiple times. Each time, a technician comes, makes a temporary fix, assures me there won’t be any further problems, and then the same issues return. They even installed a brand new WiFi router recently, but the problem is still exactly the same. In our estate, several have already switched to Airtel, and we are also moving. Thank you.
