    @JioCare It's not about my specific number but the problem of entire region, people have started talking about porting the number to some other provider who can provide atleast stable 4G networks in the region.

    @JioCare respected sir please resolve the issues of jio fibre and kindly provide some solution point. No toll free number responding the way it should. No complaint number is generating and without that registration of complaint no service is provided.

    @JioCare As I already mentioned earlier that the issue occur everytime when there is a power cut at our locality. The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

    @JioCare very bad service i recharged 599 rs but your jio not showing recharge my number was also not activated 599 rs recharge. My no 7905249423 at allahabad u.p.

    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio no 8887969192... already recharged with net plan ..but not working...jio is adopting fraud practices now.. after recharge of 2-3 days it will ask u again for recharge..it's happening with other no's also..

    Its been a month since the network of @JioCare 4G has become from bad to worse in my area, I have never experience such low quality of Internet Connectivity issue. First @reliancejio should work on its wrecked 4G Network before launching #jio5g

    Now you are providing cheap internet I studying at internet but you providing 50kb/s internet from last 6 months and when I call at customer care then they always say it's temporary problem resolve in few days. In my area users are high. is this my prblm? @JioCare @reliancejio

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here
