    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber connection no-5327960197...since last 15 days speed is b/w 20-30mbps..complained so many time still nothing improved...pls update my router(dual band router)..i hope jio fiber team will resolve issue..

    @reliancejio I am jio customer and my plan has been expired and jio massaging me again and again that your plan has been expired please do recharge again with the same plan. I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

    Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

    Usually brands provides best service but in the Mutthiganj @reliancejio store they have provided the worst service that they have capable of. Last 14 days i am going to get jio sim but every time they have different excuses for not doing work.#worstserviceatjiostore @JioCare

    Its been a month since the network of @JioCare 4G has become from worse to worst in my area, I have never experience such low quality of Internet Connectivity issue. First @reliancejio should work on its wrecked 4G Network before launching #jio5g

    @JioCare As I already mentioned earlier that the issue occur everytime when there is a power cut at our locality. The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's already past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason for disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.

    Dear @JioCare, enough is enough. My complaint registered on 7 July is STILL unresolved. Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service. All chats, complaint records, and timelines have been documented. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare @reliancejio Im done with your service. Process my refund and close the connection. Local providers are prompt in response. You will create service requests and disappear. Your engineers will never visit they will reschedule and finally close tickets im seeing this from past 14 days.

    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.

    @JioCare I have already shared all the requested details via DM, but there has been no response or resolution. It's been over 15 days, and Jio True 5G in Arjunpur, Varanasi - 221403 is still extremely slow.Kindly provide a real update instead of asking for the same details again.
