    @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service while WFH, but get very disappointed, I have 1 personal n 1 commercial connection but no use of them, intermittent internet disconnection issue sometimes kills me while on work,can I expect improvement in my area? Or should I switch?

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @reliancejio my area that is Naini, Prayagraj,(U.P)4G speed is very slow the speed of 4g is even less than 2g.All persons of my area are facing this problem now all are porting their Airtel, jio into Idea sim because of 2G speed better than your 4G.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India u r nt capable enough to provide a constant 4g network and are thinking for bringing 5g if you provide constant network, 3g is enough but after so many times of regular complain no response

    @JioCare If service is not in my area then how much time it will take.?? And do you have any policy like if there will be a certain no. Of subscriber ready for connection then you will extend your service to that area.?

    @JioCare I have complained several times for connection issues with @reliance jio. Every time they said me the problem will be solved within 5-10 days. It's already 2 years passed.The problem hasn't solved yet. Even I'm unable to connect with jio care on call. This is really bad

    @JioCare How come from morning to night 24 hrs networks like that. Please check your complaint history last 6 months how many complaints I raised.. if not able to solve the issues update us. Instead of that don’t make same template as issues resolutions.

    Hey @reliancejio for the last 2 days i am experiencing a problem, my daily data limit of 2 gb runs out immediately after I use the hotspot, also the conectivity here is very poor with a average speed of 70-100kbps(Hatigaon, Guwahati, Assam), Plz help.
