    @JioCare sir the service from jio fibre is very very very poor. Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been almost 1 month after i have returned my jio fibre device but i have not received my refund till now. Everytime i call customer support they say wait for another 7 to 14 days. Disappointed from the service provided by jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber connection no-5327960197...since last 15 days speed is b/w 20-30mbps..complained so many time still nothing improved...pls update my router(dual band router)..i hope jio fiber team will resolve issue..

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio used to be a good service provider but now they have become arrogant . Customer's problems are nothing to @reliancejio. Regretting over my last recharge i wish, i had switched my service provider 🤔

    @JioCare You don't have any option to communicate with the person at customer care. Everytime your bot tells me the same ways to correct it but i already know all these methods.

    Joi is providing worst internet service in my area. In the beginning it was like no one can match the internet speed of jio but now I'm even not able to get full network inside my house. If I want to call then need to go out first.#Airtel #RelianceJio #vodafoneidea

    @JioCare R u robot? After 7 years we got the same reply, disappointed because @reliancejio didn't do anything on the ground for better basic services. I request once you check your network team's degree It's true or fake because 7 years a long time and your team didn't do anything

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @JioHelpline3 I've tried every possible way to reach ur customer care just to disconnect my JioFiber. No human, no support. Disconnect my JioFiber TODAY. Beware, future customers: the hardest part isn't getting JioFiber—it's getting out.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
