Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.
