@Airtel_Presence @IanDoyleSport @reliancejio my area that is Naini, Prayagraj,(U.P)4G speed is very slow the speed of 4g is even less than 2g.All persons of my area are facing this problem now all are porting their Airtel, jio into Idea sim because of 2G speed better than your 4G

In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

@JioCare Never expected to be in a situation like this where If I call someone from family as well there number is also switched off. Now it has been again in network for three of the cellphone and mine is still connected to a hot spot. Can I expect a help here!!!!
