@JioCare As I already mentioned earlier that the issue occur everytime when there is a power cut at our locality. The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

Its been a month since the network of @JioCare 4G has become from worse to worst in my area, I have never experience such low quality of Internet Connectivity issue. First @reliancejio should work on its wrecked 4G Network before launching #jio5g

@Idea @VodafoneIN what is happening to your services. It is showing 4G but I am not able to open a simple google in my browser. I am a postpaid customer of idea since 2010 but I think it’s time to switch. @JioCare any postpaid plans.

@reliancejio @JioCare Cheap network chatter from Jio I have not seen any network in Uttar Pradesh till date, which is the most rubbish service in the network. Several times to ignore even after complaint.

@JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

@DoT_India @JioCare There is long standing complaint of villagers of my village Surajpur District Mau U.P. about the poor connectivity and frequent call drop of Jio users. It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

Dear @DoPTGoI, Why have you given licences to the operators such as @JioCare and @airtelindia if they are unable to maintain the network during no electricity hours. In my area is not a single network. They don't even have a generator to operate the tower.

@JioCare thru manage plan have shared 50 GB data to my other mobile number however same is not reflecting. Moreover data has been reduced from primary number. Second, everytime I access Jio app, inflated bill amount is showing. Plz resolve d issue.

Reliance Communication didn't pay to contractors n bankers. This was taken over by @reliancejio. Now elder brother Mukesh Ambani also it seems follows the same dictum. "If we pay the money what is left to us". They don't mind their poor contractors becoming bankrupt.
