@JioCare some retailers are providing jio sim on MNP at no cost with 1 month recharge. Are they trustable? Not just jio all networks are available but I need to MNP only on jio. Can you provide the same as I have trust issues with such retailers, may be they misuse our documents.

@JioCare This is the era of competition market. Other Fiber Connection are available in our area i.e. BSNL / Airtel. And I am waiting for your response since 1 Month. If you want to grow your business, you have to be very cautious/responsible. But your service is not satisfactory. Gd luck

@reliancejio Not seen such a poor customer service. I spent 2 hours to find out my balance for INR 501 ISD plan through customer care but there was no option to talk to CS Executive.

@reliancejio Please start jio service in Ramkrishna pur little Andaman (744207) as soon as possible because after taking jio sim in Port blair there is no use of jio sim to other parts of the Islands
