@reliancejio @JioCare there has been a serious issue with your sims and people are not getting even 1 point of the full tower. It is not just me, a lot of my friends have felt the same way. The whole JIO Network is a total mess.

@JioCare @reliancejio recently my jio sim is upgraded to 5g usage. But when I am using jio with 5g network speed is pretty low and data is being dedicated from my daily quota. My daily data is dedicated when I am using 5g which shouldn't happen. Please look into this.

@JioCare @reliancejio Due to pathetic network issues since last many months, i would like to close my Jio no. & get a pro-rata refund of 8 months from the 1 yr recharge, that i did in Sep'22. What is the procedure ? @airtelindia Can you help in port-in ?

@reliancejio rather than shouting n reminding for recharge before 4-5 days, why don't jio focus on better network n services.

Facing issues in receiving calls . Even when the phone is operating and someone calls it gives them the message saying switched off or out of network coverage. I don't even receive notifications about missed calls and messages. Happened just after 5g plan @reliancejio @JioCare

Pathetic experience with jio. I am using Mi 11 lite NE 5g with latest software update and I am in a area with 5g coverage. Still not getting 5g network on my device. My other jio sims are getting 5g. @reliancejio please resolve my sim card issue

@JioCare Problem here is no one picks the call and say they are busy. At least have courtesy to pick a call and set right expectations..like i said this was never the scene before.
