Dear @reliancejio trusting on your "dedicated" service we registered for #JioFiber on June 18, in presence of your sales rep all while paying the registration fees. We were ensured a Fiber connection within 3 days and since then have been getting notifications of installation...

@awareanil1 @reliancejio They have the worst customer support , initially they trapped customers with instant arrangement of technicians when we took a new Jiofiber connection but now when there is a problem they didn't even assign an engineer to visit and internet is still down since 2 days.

@reliancejio Most of your customer care executive are Robots. They only talk standard set of script uploaded in their brains. Seems very soon Mukesh Ambani has to take the customer care calls personally to address customer issues. Shame on such customer Service.
