    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @reliancejio This network outage has been going on for the past 3 days, with no resolution so far. The app now says service may be restored by 27 Aug 2026, 3:34 AM. Please look into this urgently.Customers should not have to remain without reliable connectivity for several days

    @JioCare My Jio #7742539573 is still blocked! Cyber complaint (Ack: 33107260185785) is officially CLOSED by UP Police. Shared all closure proofs & NOC with Care, but no response yet. Business is suffering badly. Pls escalate & unblock immediately. @TRAI @DoT_India.

    @JioCare The problem is not limited to any particular website or app. Mobile internet is essentially not working in my village. Calling is also extremely difficult — calls often fail, voice is unclear, calls drop, and many incoming calls do not reach my phone at all.

    Disappointing and extremely poor experience with @reliancejio Had a Jio Fiber connection at home. Wanted to relocate within the same complex. They kept us hanging for more than 2 weeks with no updates! No one had a clue about the reason! Finally shifted to Airtel! @JioCare
