@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio MY jio fiber connection which is down since yesterday.Registered complain but your jio service engg keeps rescheduling appointments without even informing only sms is recieved for the same .my whole business runs on internet kindly see if anything can be done about resolving it .

Dear Jio Team as my Personal Experience Your Jio Care worker's no have knowledge that how talk to customer. they talk rudely with everyone and for other state People's they are not provide any service. i don't think it will make Jio largest network in India. @reliancejio @JioCare
