    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    Dear @JioCare..I just signed up for a new WiFi connection yesterday but looks like a bad idea..been over 36 hours n no one turned up for the scheduled installation..rep not answering calls..is this a trailer to wat I signed up for??

    I use two simcards, Jio (@reliancejio )and the other is Idea (@ViCustomerCare). I always use jio a lot, but this time I tried to recharge the Idea, but my experience is very bad at the moment. The speed of internet is so slow that even a simple movie cannot be watched.

    Harassment by @reliancejio, they are not allowing to port out to other network. We don't have #Jio network at home so we want to port. @TRAI please help in this regard.

    @JioCare For the last 3 days your Broadband connectivity is down in Lokhandwala complex, Andheri West Mumbai. There is no response from your customer care. And most surprising is without resolving the issue, the Service request was closed. My SR no is SR000013NLMA.

    @JioCare Direct Message done please check. The people who are living here are suffering from this problem. Even vendors themselves cannot recharge for your worst data service. This problem is going on for more than 30 days and till date you have done nothing.
