    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Check inbox. Yesterday i reschedule for morning 9am slot. But now they appointed again 9pm-10pm slot on their own. What is the use of rescheduling then. Very poor service by jio. It's my office space why i have to wait till late night ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I tried calling 18008899333 / 18008969999 but couldn’t reach a customer representative. The call says(bot) there’s an internet issue and then disconnects. I need to speak to a real person—please share a direct number without IVR.

    @JioCare Could you kindly check how many days I've been waiting for your response, Sudhanshu? I don't think you've even resolved a single case, so what about the other people who were waiting for her turn? This is the worst service I've ever seen.i need my refund.

    @JioCare As per customer care on 19th March, my bill was 0, my usage is 0. Please check with the team or recording, Disconnection request was submitted then how can you generate bill?

    @JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.

    @JioCare Then why did your customer care say yesterday that it will be activated on your number this morning, the option to add it will appear on My Jio app, you can do it, it is not that there will be a mistake once manually

    The WORDT CUSTOMER SUPPORT is from @JioCare I have been chasing for 2 days, escalated to the next level but everyone seems to be sleeping. Looks like there is so much INCOMPETENCY at @JioCare that no can actually help, everyone just copy paste bot replies and DO NOTHING.

    @JioCare Hi Team, still is not corrected. I have also discuss with your support team but response is negative. It is came under fraud activity. Kindly collect your device, I will not continue your services.
