    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare Weather is good, this is again wrong information, no problem need to change service provider. Might be no impact in jio business.

    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1-May-2026 Jio fiber is down in Sector 1, Rohtak, Haryana since last 3 hours. Calls go unanswered, and complaints don’t even get registered. What’s the point of having a support system if it doesn’t support at all?
