    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare Your actions doesn't seem so. So far no help even after sending a DM. If you behave like this people will stop using Jio and switch to some other provider. Your customer service is ridiculous and badly needs improvement

    @JioCare What are you sorting..just to close the service request without providing actual resolution. Again SRN SR00003A7NKL dated 04 June 2026 has been closed today without any resolution.I should now take some legal remedy. You cheating people doesn't understand the language of request.

    Hey @JioCare, it's been 1 month since I installed #JioFiber (100 MBPS) in Kolkata and paid for 3 months in advance. Since Day 1, I'm getting only ~10 MBPS. Despite multiple complaints and calls to #jiocare , nothing has been resolved. This is truly pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare lot of time I raise speed issue and not connecting jio airfiber max.. i purchased 100mb plan but I get only 50 and below... Kindly get immediate action on this.. and resolve it ...
