    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare @JioCare @JioCarePriyanka I appreciate the update. But "this much time" is vague. Can you please confirm the exact date by which network enhancement will be completed in SRIBHUMI. Also please DM me the Service Request number. 15+ days already passed since first complaint.

    @JioCare The app is not showing any earlier time slots, and I do not want a reschedule. I need a solution right now.P lease escalate this issue immediately and arrange a technician visit or provide an immediate solution today. I need my internet connection restored as soon as possible.

    @JioCare You replied on 10th July promising a service request, SMS with complaint number & technician visit "shortly". Nothing — no SMS, no call, no technician, no update. This is not "premium" service, this is complete negligence.

    @JioCare Hi, The JIO network (mobile & broadband) goes down frequently. We pay upfront for a specific number of days. How do you make good for the days lost by us, due to your connectivity issues?
