    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare I have a engineer visit scheduled to be completed by 4PM today because of internet issue. But engineer didn't visit and not responding to my calls. Today I applied leave as facing issues. Tomorrow I need to work for sure. Can u please help-me SR000036R2F7 is my request.

    @JioCare • a confirmed installation date, • a clear explanation for the delay, • or a consistent status update. I am not seeking cancellation or refund. I genuinely require the connection and only expect transparent communication and timely service after payment.

    @JioCare I just received a message stating that the technician visit has again been rescheduled to 27th May between 6-7 pm. Are you serious? This is the worst service I have ever received. I am definitely going to change my WiFi provider once my subscription ends.

    @JioCare My phone is 5g. The sim which was 4g should I convert it to 5g? 5g network is coming but the net is not working.

    Dear @JioCare I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the prolonged delay in the installation of my Airfiber connection. Despite completing the registration process and paying the advance fee of 2222/-on 12.5.26, the service has still not been installed NO0001DEGECW

    Took JioAirFiber expecting quick installation, but since installation wasn't done quickly, I want to cancel the order. But, there is no proper cancellation option available. Every number provided only gives installation status updates, nothing for cancellation support. @JioCare

    Like coverage service your customer service is also pathetic.Without knowing the location of the issue they were providing resolution that the area is under coverage area.@reliancejio This will be my last recharge @JioCare Thank for your wonderful service.
