    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare This delay is unacceptable.yr team has already informed us multiple times to wait for confirmation,but no actual visit slot has been provided yet. Plz arrange the enginer visit immediately & share the confirmed date & time today itself. I need resolution, not repeated assurances.

    @JioCare @TRAI 11/x My objections / suggestions regarding the proposed framework: 1. Inadequacy of ₹50 lakh cap: The proposed cap per quarter per service area is meaningless for telecom giants. Penalties should be linked to a % of AGR or quarterly profit so that they scale with company size...

    @JioCare No engineer contacted me till now, the service provide has kept his phone switched off. This is pathetic customer service. I am getting this kind of service before even installing the network, what will happen once service starts. @jagograhakjago pls look into this fraud @JioCare
