My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Check the MyJio app records, look at the recurring failures over the last 3 months, and adjust my billing for the lost time
