    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare what a shame complaint is going to deaf ears how much money u all r going to make it like this by making people fool horrible people it's been 3 days without resolution same msg on IVR promised to call back at 4pm yesterday till date no call horrible services

    @JioCare @JioCare -Priyanka the resolution u have given me doesnot help as the entire building and the area doesnot get signal.The resolution u gave is to change the SIM which means u r claiming that Jio SIMs donot work. Kindly first reach out to the customer and understand the concern.

    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare (2/2) The service has been down for more than a week. Your technician has already confirmed that the Set-Top Box is faulty and requires replacement, yet no resolution has been provided. Requesting intervention from the Regional Service Manager and immediate closure of this case.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been using Jio AirFiber since March 2025, but the billing issues over the last 2 months are frustrating. My regular bill is ₹706. May was ₹909 (Paid), now June shows ₹1208—that's ₹500 extra! (1/2)

    @JioCare Still no update or resolution of complaint. Engineer puts complaint on hold without an actual visit. Been 11 days today since the issue

    @reliancejio In my area, only Jio towers are available, and that too only 4G. Your network consumes so much data that I can't even watch one full football match with 2 GB of data. What is this ****?
