@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio I am in Ara Bihar 802302 here past two days internet from Jio is too bad . Seems some config went bad on Jio tower. On my Jio dongle I see band 40 with bandwith as 10 mhz. Generally band 40 is with 20 mhz. Can help to guide Jio employees to correct internet
