    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    Dear @reliancejio My Jio Fibre WiFi isnt working since more than 24hrs. With frequent disruptions, Im very disappointed with your service. Would you care enough to provide me with extension for the disruption or shall I go to consumer court in this regard?

    @JioCare I have raised complaint for shifting wifi but no one is responding properly, i want a immediate resolution for this issue. I need installation today if you unable to do so close the connection today i unable to continue wth from Reference number CO0002JZ4MLG.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @RIL_Updates please ensure they work at sea level first. JioFiber is absolutely unreliable, cannot plan any day without the dreaded service outage message.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare team still my issue not resolved yet and service request also cancelled from your side without any resolution it has been almost more 15 days but not no one can respond from your support team side. This level of customer service falls far below acceptable standards.
