My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

gautam (@ggauts_97) reported@JioCare I have raised multiple reminders regarding the service engineer to visit my location to resolve but still havent had any look into the issue. the ticket still says an engineer is yet to be assigned and its been more than 24 hours without internet and my work has been disrupted.

Every single call ends with the same line: “Technical glitch, our backend team is fixing it.” If nothing has changed in 11 days, at least stop repeating the same excuse. This is not customer support.
