    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare @JioCare Appointment confirmed, time slot given, but nobody showed up and nobody bothered to contact. Truly a “wonderful” customer experience. Need immediate resolution.

    @JioCare The app is still showing “assigning engineer”. No progress or sign of the issue being fixed. No calls from the Jio team or engineer. It's the 5th day since the complaint was raised. What happened to Jio? Are they short of engineers or just taking a lethargic approach?

    @JioCare I seet your team is replying to everyone every second but there is no response to my messages. Very unreal worst experience from the jio till now. Could have expected something better from any other ISP.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of chasing my refund. Today I was told the refund would be processed, but the timeline has been extended to 10 June. This delay is unacceptable. If the refund is not received by the promised deadline, I will file a complaint in Consumer Court.

    @JioCare hi iam uday from vijayawada. I raised a ticket regarding jio fibre non working on last thursday. But so far issue not resolved. Is this how u r handling complaints. I will inform my freinds and family not to opt for jio and i will also disconnect it. This is the worst

    @JioCare I am abroad & need a replacement for my SIM. Your team asks me to update my email via MyJio, but I cannot access MyJio because I lost the phone & SIM, login requires OTP sent to the same number. How is a customer supposed to recover access in this situation? Please help
