    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.

    @reliancejio I have a jio airfiber connection and I am not satisfied with the network. The bandwidth that I am getting is not what I was promised. Can you suggest an easy way to switch to jiofiber

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Installation completed on 5 July 2026, Order NO0001EC0EV0. Waterproof **** deadline was 8 July. Today is 11 July and protective **** is still missing. Equipment exposed to weather without protection. Please advise on resolution timeline.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your service. My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 4 days, and despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution or proper response from your support team. I am paying for a service that I haven't been able to use.

    Extremely frustrating network issue with @JioCare @reliancejio! From the last 6-7 days, the network completely drops every 5-10 mins for about 10-20 secs. Facing this on ALL Jio connections. If this isn't resolved, we are porting out all. Location: Datta Nagar, Ghansoli - 400701

    What a big company and what a ****** service. @JioCare are providing a pathetic service, there is an outage in airfiber service but u cannot even contact them, helpline plays a recorded message. You email them, chat with them,everywhere you meet bots. I want disconnection
