    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio your mobile data service has become too poor. I travelled across 4 states in the last few months and it was a struggle to make online payments. I also have a connection with one of your competitors who offers a decent speed even on an older phone.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio you don't want such experience but you want them to get frustrated with random chat boat generated responses. It's been more than a week and still the customer care is asking for various proofs (that are submitted earlier) or demanding "better "image.

    @JioCare Details shared. As i mentioned its 2nd time I'm being asked to take new connection on shifting. If there's no relocation available in cities like Delhi NCR then there's no point mentioning it while selling tye product or service

    @JioCare Internet isn't working properly, net works for some time gets interrupted for some time and same thing is happening from last 10 days even after contacting Jio Team there's no resolution for this.

    Hey @JioCare do you really care about the customers concern or just worried about the feedback only, without customer satisfaction. I have raised a concern on 199 and talked with one of your executive regarding my concern,but all she had were excuses and NO SOLUTION @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, it's been 10 days since I got my number ported to Jio and I am not able to use 5G network. I even switched to eSIM but there’s no way I am going to spend a single penny to buy a new physical SIM if the problem is from your end.

    @JioCare How can we watch the IPL match and news channels. Elder parents safety is at risk. I am asking to solve the issues immediately. Anything goes wrong it can't be recorded because of WiFi . Ask your team to solve the issues
