    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    I usually don’t post like this, but @JioCare has honestly become one of the worst networks ever. The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑

    @reliancejio i’ve paid for a new wifi connection on 6th august. It’s the 12th of august, no engineer has been assigned yet, your customer care doesn’t care anymore. I’m not even allowed to cancel. What can I even do????

    @reliancejio @reliancejio even if there is one hour late in recharge you will disconnect our network then how it is fair to provide low service after charging whole month money

    Hey @airtelindia can you provide better data speed than @reliancejio in ballarpur area as they can't even cross 100kbps of data speed. And if you call @JioCare the only answer you'll get " due to multiple users the network speed is low ".
