    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare Worst experience I have faced with @JioCare pathetic team .. My order number NO0001EM1QL4 payment done same day to jio service team during the visit on Tuesday 14.07.2026, the service person promised same day for installation before paying the amount, which Didt happen.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installation tech Dheeraj (8091436621) took the OTP without verifying the connection worked, and eKYC exec Suraj Singh (9317474072) rushed the activation. I’ve been raising SRs via MyJio Diagnostics and calling support for 4 days with ZERO help.

    @JioCare Dear Team, This slow internet speed or internet not getting connected is observed all over western line of Mumbai - can u let us know if you have degraded your 5G services again to 4G in western zone ? No proper speed to 4G and no network internet to 5G. @reliancejio

    @JioCare NO internet for 5 days due to red fiber light! Promised tech visit on 19th -> pushed to 21st -> NOW delayed to 23rd! Engineer number provided doesn't even connect. Absolute worst service and complete lack of accountability. Fix this TODAY! Also no replies to my emails.

    @JioCare i lodged a complaint for my jio fiber & got slot 1-2 PM but no engineer assigned yet . Pathetic service.. @airtelindia can you connect fiber in a single day

    No action taken by appeallate authority despite regular follow ups. No accountability and acknowledgemnet. No response from head grievance as well. Service Request - SR00003AV5RH @reliancejio @JioCare. Disgusting customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio And to add insult to injury, your support team is using "bad weather" as a fake excuse for the delays and non-functional setup. The weather in my area is absolutely perfect right now! Stop hiding behind lies to cover up a botched installation and fix my connection.
