    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Charging full month despite service being unavailable for almost half the time is unacceptable. I have 0 past dues, yet I’m being asked to pay the full bill. Why should I pay for services I didn’t receive? Fix this and revise my bill. #JioFiber #CustomerService #Unfair
