    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Through DMs I just got a generic response.Basic question:If other ISPs can provide reliable internet speeds with VPN,why is there a restriction with Jio Fiber? Jio mobile hotspot also works fine with VPN. Customer care doesn't know and they always give generic response. Horrible!

    With every new update of "Career Services" app in playstore, Airtel's network is getting better while Jio's network is getting worsened specially the internet speed. Why is that? My primary sim is Jio and the internet speed sucks everytime I update the app @JioCare @GooglePlay

    @Airtel_Presence 10039962068. This is the complain number. Service personal is not picking up the call there is no update on the expected timeline or the status. modem and Broadband is dead it’s past 24 hours no update from Airtel! service is pathetic I think we better shift to RelianceJio!!

    @reliancejio why do you keep sending messages to customer that your plan will expire soon ,even after knowing that there is a paid renewal plan in queue to be executed after expiry of previous one . Your systems needs to become matured ..you are here since many years now

    @reliancejio Hii, In my area out of 30 days, 7 or 8 days there is problem of fiber. These 7/8 days there is no fiber available for hours. Today also there is no fiber network available from morning I am paying you for 30 days and you are giving service for 23 days.
