    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @JioCare Why did the SR closed again? Service request no SR00003EUEHL Even I am still facing the error. This happened 5-6 times. What kind of service you are providing? If you can't resolve please refund my amount and take your connection

    The network quality of jio has gone completely downhill over the last week—barely getting 1 bar of signal and calls keep dropping. If this isn't resolved soon, I’ll have to port to another provider. Please fix this @jiocare @reliancejio!

    @JioCare @JioCare Why the hell did you gusy the my Service Request SR0003EY1S7, SR00003EMNN9N, SR00003ECYR3 etc. Internet speed has been slow from the time I took the connection. Reopen my ticket.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioAirFiber has been down for 2 days. A technician visited today, left within 5 mints and it stopped working immediately. He told me not to raise a ticket but now he's non-responsive and customer support has no update. Fix this asap Ticket ID: SR00003F3ZMB

    Unacceptable service @reliancejio @reliancejio Missed my scheduled visit yesterday with zero updates. Today, the technician promised to return in 15 mins and ghosted me. Support doesn't care, and I've been without internet for 2 days. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working .No light is blinking in router,Internet works ,but set top box is not working .The video in any application like YouTube Jio hot star gets stuck but the video goes on playing and your customer executive is clue less over the call.
