    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    No wifi connection at home for more than 24 hours. Red light blinking in set top box.Complaint lodged.Service request SR00003E1POJ lodged more than 24 hours back.Service engineer was supposed to visit at12pm- 1pm yesterday.But no one has turned up till now @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Nelson, forwarding my concern is 3 months old story, so is your team working on the same. Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.

    @JioCare I don’t want the process I want the solution regarding the issue. I’m already got a number from the technician of your Jio but he is not responding. You have the right to contact him directly so I need your assistance please try to understand the customers concern otherwise gone

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I got my connection relocated in January 2026 and my relocation vouchers worth INR 10,500 HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ISSUED TILL DATE! Customer service calls are cut WITHOUT the option to talk to a representative! THIS IS OUTRIGHT ROBBERY! 😡😡

    @JioCare If I am using any vpn or private dns this issue doesn't persist. It's means physical wire connection is completely alright problem is with your DNS Resolver server. Kindly look into the matter which dns resolver restrict to access me this website and app.

    Again and again, in the last 4 months it happens thrice, unaccepted. At the time of taking money you guys don’t delay for 1 day, but in giving services it is been really terrible. For almost 1 month in last 4 months I have paid for no services. I will cut the connection @JioCare
