    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Hi All, I am unable to receive and make call at my location, i live in East Delhi, below is my address: 3/59 khichripur colony, near vishwakaarma mandir, Delhi-110091. Several Jio users at my location are facing same issue.

    Regretted with jio customer service, internet down since 10 days, despite multiple complaints no solution & despite repeated assurances, no technician visit. Worst customer service. Worst internet service better to opt for others. @JioCare

    @JioCare there is no way to reach the jio customer care to talk live, my fiber connection is off since 4 days now, a person comes repairs little and then he postpones for next day ,like this I keep waiting ,it's a disgrace and I filing a consumer court complaint

    @JioCare Not sure if you are able to understand the issue, it would be nice if someone from customer support calls to discuss this. Run diagnostic is not helping.

    @JioCare My suggestion is improve how you deal with customers and problem must be resolved in minutes not days. Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI
