@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@reliancejio @JioCare Another outage without any notification..somehow got my issue fixed after 36 hrs on Thursday evening..and again on friday night, no network..at least have the courtesy for keeping is informed..using the money you take from us

@JioCare Moves from prepaid to postpaid. Tele-verification completed. SIM did not get activates for 4 hours, went to the Jio Service Center, got SIM card replaced, still no network. SIM in slot 1 of the phone & restarted the phone multiple times, tried selecting network manually.

@JioCare Jio network outage and customer support executive tells me , he can't do anything and inform me to wait.. Rude, stupid and sarcastic customer service executives ..guess you pick them from circus.. no feelings for customer problems..at least notify for planned outage..
