    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is dedicated FIFA World Cup TV on Home page on Jio Fiber which is accessible to many users but I can’t get access to it. Why’s is this happening? I have a plan of 899 and still this issue is there. Let me know when will this thing going to fix.

    @JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Issue has remained unresolved since 7 June. Missed visits, auto-closed tickets, and repeated requests for the same information. I now expect a clear commitment on refund and compensation, not more template replies.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 10 days. Multiple service visits have been scheduled, but no technician has visited yet. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Arrange an immediate resolution? Service Request: SR00002LL350

    @JioCare The outage is not happening for long, but very frequently. Surprisingly your CC no is also getting disconnected. Requesting you to send someone for a site visit. The WiFi is going off from all the mobiles frequently. Working fine if the connection is there.
