@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@JioCare @reliancejio Finally, after 50 hours of my enormous struggle, my BB service restored. You CC guys need improvement as " Promises without Commitment" will not fly and you have to learn "engagement with customer" which may manage most of the issues. Thanks

@JioCare Absolute robbery by Jio team. My net was slow and the engineer asked us to take a new connection to improve speed, promising refund on old one in a week. it has been over a month and there has been no refund. called jio and they don't even know what city delhi is..
