@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

No solution yet. Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Do hell with your service. As per your new plan for which you have already taken payment, you are supposed to install a set top box on the same day as scheduled. Why nobody has yet arrived? Don't give me stupid replies without action.

@JioCare Esliey 4G ke naam pe 2G speed Diya ja rha hai. Indoor Worst Poor internet connectivity issues, anytime slow ghatiya Bad Data experience issues. Working To 2017 se mere area mein ho rha hai, Lakin Aajtak koi improvement nhi hua. @JioCare

@reliancejio you have very poor customer services there is no way other than Twitter to raise a complaint. I ordered jio fibre on 11/06/22 and everyday appointment is given only to be put on hold. Is anyone listening?
