    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare I am facing the same issue.... JioCare doesn't care about its customers . Better to port out and switch to BSNL or Vi

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare Brother, this issue is in every network provider @airtelindia, i have raised complaint for 4-5 times, they wait few days and then close the complaint saying that issue is resolved. How could they know that thier wifi device strength is weak?

    @JioCare My neighbours also use this JioFiber they also facing the same issue it means problem is with your DNS Resolver server side. Not in your physical wired infrastructure or router. Please escalate this issue with team dns resolver server.

    @JioCare I did not find any order number talk to customer care I immediately informed them and raised a complaint. They will help you. Why are you not contacting me. Very strange. Calling is free

    @JioCare requested for relocation. Nobody answered till now. Your customer care is such worst no direct access to executive. Now you will comeback to me asking to make payment. You will call 100 times a day. Should I stop shifting my home because of you?

    @TRAI @JioCare @airtelindia I never requested MNP/port-out, generated UPC or submitted any KYC/documents. Jio says I requested port-out, while Airtel says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate unauthorised porting issue and guide me on the appropriate action.

    The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution @reliancejio @JioCare Please look into this urgently
