    @hackinayaz @JioCare No use brother, they too are struggling and don't even know themselves as to how to cancel these subscriptions. They just gave me the steps to cancel the same from Jio app, which I am already trying to do since last 2 days but not succeeded in doing the same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to cancel my Amazon Prime membership under Jio. Have tried using App but the functionality is not working for last 5 days. Please note that if you fail to act on this instruction, I shall not be liable to pay any such bill with membership fee

    @reliancejio not a very pleasant experience st your Jio Store, Need a duplicate sim as I lost my phone, and the sim is on my brothers name and he is out of india and I need that no., can you guys help, He can do a video call and we have the ID proofs, else I can port to airtel
