@JioCare Yes. I am still facing the same network problem and internet speed. YouTube can't help here. My device settings are updated. Problem is from your side in the entire area. Customer care told me that you will take 6 months to solve the network problem. This is not acceptable.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice Worst Sales Process... Sales guy promised for 3Months Fiber+1 month Complimentary and now it has not been credited it seems and bill was generated...So Jio doesn't hold responble for their sales person commitments?

@JioCare i'm the user of Jiofibernet. I have paid to Jio for amazonprime membership for 1 year in May 2022. Now facing the issue with the prime subscription. Jio customer care response was very bad to resolve the issue. Is anyone can help from @JioCare

@JioCare No sir Network is not the issue. Please explain then Why some sites are working and some are not. I am able to play you tube videos in hd quality but not able to browse twitter. This does not seem network issue, rather it is network misconfiguration..
