  @JioCare How it works: In 2017: ₹399 for 84 days internet speed was 2MB/Sec In 2026: ₹899 for 84 days, internet speed is 20KB/Sec (Now 5g has rolled out, 5g unlimited plan but no network) How depressing it is, other countries doing for betterment but india running backward.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Extrmly frustrated with the daily conflicting statements from your customer care regarding my SIM port order (Ref: NO00015JALY1). Since you cannot deliver the SIM, please process my full refund immediately without any further delay. I don't want SIM now.

  Human Connect > AI Support, any day. Was looking for WiFi service in Pune. Had 3 options – @TataPlayBinge, @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Called all 3. Tata and Airtel had human reps who connected, showed up, gave plans etc. Jio had an AI voice call which I responded to... 1/4

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber is down from last 7-8hrs. Your self diagnostic says everything is fine. But everything is not fine. Non of the devices at home are connecting to the internet. Pls look into it at a priority. Thank you.
