    @RelianceJio2 Dear @JioCare, Whenever there is a power cut in the Vasai–Virar area, the Jio network goes down immediately. Please provide proper power backup at your towers to ensure uninterrupted network service.

    @JioCare It has been 9 days now since the complaint has been raised but no technician has come for resolving this issue. It is extremely unprofessional to not even try to address the query and solve the problem in this time

    @JioCare @JioCare still waiting for you to tell me how long it's been since I put up the complain to get my issue fixed as all I hear from you is "your request is already in process and it will be resolved shortly." So that I can figure out what does shortly means in your language.

    @JioCare I’m assured the issue will be resolved in a few days, and then the complaint is closed without any improvement on the ground. This is not an isolated issue affecting only my number. The entire locality has been facing the same network problem for months. (2/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Im done with your service. Process my refund and close the connection. Local providers are prompt in response. You will create service requests and disappear. Your engineers will never visit they will reschedule and finally close tickets im seeing this from past 14 days.

    @reliancejio U have been supporting numerous ventures. Yet harassing an IT prof. like me on the basis of nuisance of maratha quota while the real person who caused issues was 093370 50901. Using my first name yet re directing own problems towards me. Your subscriber. My Pune job got targeted.

    @JioCare My JioFiber internet has not been working for the last 3 hours. I have called customer care 3 times, but no one has even registered my complaint. This is a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Please resolve the issue immediately. #PoorService
