    @JioCare I requested for a service on Sunday. The service engineer came and after checking he found that there was a wirecut. He quoted Rs.800 for a wirecut and 700 for service charge. What the hell is this? I'm going back to @ACTFibernet.

    @JioCare @JioCare your team closed the ticket without resolution! This is very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I am going to switch to another ISP now and put this in consumer forum as well. This is ridiculous.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what is the point of taking jio connection if can’t provide the service & resolve issue quickly, the local Jio guy says they have crunch in staff, and this will impact the service. What’s the plan to provide hassle free speed internet?
