    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 DAYS and BOTH my JioSIM internet AND JioAirFiber are completely dead. 3 days of zero connectivity. 3 days of calling customer care with ZERO response. This is pathetic after sales service! Will you refund for every day my services have been down?

    @reliancejio Subject: JioFiber Service Not Working Since 01.06.2026. Dear Sir/Madam, My JioFiber connection (Mob. No. 9719334443) has not been working since 01.06.2026. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved and no technician has visited my premises.

    @JioCare Jio fiber down for 2 days from a service distruption in my area. It was then marked resolved even though it wasn't resolved. Technician supposed to visit today, but an engineer is not even assigned. Customer care is of no help. Please assign an engineer ASAP.

    I raised a request for JioFiber relocation 25 days ago, but it still hasn't been done. Finally, I had to get an Airtel Wi-Fi connection instead. Jio customer care executives just sit in their AC offices and do absolutely nothing. Never buy JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    As of previous months again issue occurred and resolution delayed. For the past 3 months I always notice issues and resolution not being made on the mentioned date and engineer doesn't visit on that specific time. Always delayed. Request ID : SR00002LLQQU @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio sir in my town since 15 days jio tower getting down after every 5 mins and continue remain off for around 15 to 20 minutes. Please send your technical support team as soon as possible to fix this problem.
