    Submitted the relocation request with device collected from base location on 06.06.2026 with relocation scheduled on 10.06.2026. Still no person called or messaged regarding the same. 5 days have passed. Pathetic service by Jio. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare , how many years does it take to fix one network issue? I’ve been reporting that your network completely dies during power cuts in Anandnagar, Pharenda (UP) since 2023. It’s 2026 now and nothing has changed. 2.69 Mbps on “5G+” is a joke, not a service.
