In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.
