    @JioCare Yes . You take that word too seriously. It's now been over 72 hours Still the connection remains unrestored. If they have a major area outage even it speaks eveb worse that an entire area can be out for 72 hours

    @JioCare Hi Got a new jio fiber connection for internet needed for work from home however VOIP is not working as UDP ports are Open the UDP ports for VOIP calls. My RMN is +91 9819045364.

    @reliancejio I have face a bug in myjio app. Recharge from myjio with Amazon UPI, redirect to myjio with error like recharge failed try again. I try it again but it seems me same error. Result is recharge 2 time but seems errors. Fraud.

    @JioCare Unfortunately no action untill now, all I am hearing that the problem is being investigated only when asked otherwise no progress and I have lost around 20 days of my plan. Please do something soon

    @JioCare we know you are the first telecom industry to start the Internet revolution in India. But right now you will have to improve your connection. Every time connection goes it self. In my area you have very very very poor network.

    @reliancejio I got your fiber connection with lot of promises of service quality 2 days back. And since yesterday night connection is down. Informed your area manager sales guy, he just simply cuts the call. And your support over chat sucks. I want you to refund deposit.

    Hello @JioCare Why you are reducing data speed after 6 PM. We are paying money for data are you not feeled ashamed.When will you solve this problem in Kumbakonam. I have changed my hanset and facing this problem again... Me and my friends decided to change network. #jiodown
