    Really regretting of using @reliancejio. I recommended it to many but I myself is not happy while using it. It has full network but internet speed is too pathetic. I was one of those who agreed Jio as one of the fastest internet speed provider but I think I'm wrong. @JioCare

    @JioCare ur service is very bad at this location pin 441916, This is rural area, and there is no back up generators so as electricity is off network is gone with it.

    We have been observing; @reliancejio is the worst while using @OfficialJioTV . You can't watch even a single serial like #KumkumBhagya on @ZeeTV without buffering. It buffers a lot even while streaming in the lowest quality. @JioCare

    @reliancejio has become the WORST TELECOM OPERATOR nowadays. Presently there is no network in AMGAON (Gondia, MH) . वजन network comes, it always fluctuates... Suddenly Calls drop. What the f*ck is going on in JIO? Totally shameful service by @JioCare @TRAI Plz look into this.

    @reliancejio has full Network but still we are facing Network issue over phone call, slower data speed, buffering while streaming video on @OfficialJioTV (even in the lowest quality), YouTube (Auto-240p), voice breaking. @JioCare plz resolve it.

    I have recharged @reliancejio number 8788801691 with RS 444 plan (using RS 50 discount coupon) 4 times. My @TheOfficialSBI Account has been debited RS 394 for 4 times. 3 recharges have been successful but my last recharge made on 9.22pm is not updated in my Jio app. @JioCare help

    @JioCare See 12 hrs is enough time to resolve the issue.. your services are down frequently. Now I am frustrated with the JioFiber services and want to disconnect this, pls let me know the process else I will remove this from my home.. I want to go with the process

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express concern regarding the current mobile recharge plans that are valid only for 28 days instead of a full calendar month of 30 days. Customers are paying for “monthly” recharge plans, but in reality the validity is only 28 days. This creates an extra financial burden on users because people are forced to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times. At a time when recharge prices are already increasing, this practice becomes difficult for common people, students, workers, and rural users. Today, internet and mobile services are essential for education, work-from-home jobs, online banking, communication, and daily life. Village people and middle-class families also depend heavily on mobile internet services just like city users. Many users already struggle with high recharge costs, and reducing validity to 28 days adds unnecessary pressure. We kindly request your company to do the following: Change 28-day recharge plans to proper 30-day monthly plans. Avoid additional burdens on customers through reduced validity periods. Provide fair and customer-friendly recharge options for all users. Telecom companies should prioritize customer convenience and affordability. We hope you will consider this genuine request and take necessary action in the interest of millions of mobile users across India.

    @JioCare too worst service given by jio in vasnat enclave area not working since last 15 days and whole call to customer Care they making auto recording that there is an conjunction in your area What the hell is this Why not resolving should we close the connection
