    @JioCare What is this going on? You guys are making me frustrated. So service resolution being provided and sending repeated message over X and message. Also you guys are not telling process to get my money back after revoke of this connection request.

    @JioCare The TV is connected via Ethernet and the router is very close. There are no wall or distance issues. Still getting extremely poor speed and buffering while watching Indian Premier League. Please stop sending generic replies and resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare I already shared my Service ID and registered number but got no response. Issue still not resolved—getting only 0.15 Mbps, unable to watch even a single ball of Indian Premier League without buffering. Please fix ASAP.

    @JioCare Not getting 5G speed even after paying for it. Everywhere, I get LTE service. R u trying to lose customers by providing such type of services. When I try to port, u call me and try to convince me that u will provide very good service. This time, I'll definitely port my sim.
