    Hey @JioCare,I am unable to use the internet as both 4G and 5G services are extremely slow, taking 30-40 seconds just to load a video. Your chatbot says it will take 10-15 days to resolve, which is unacceptable as I have paid for the full recharge. Please fix this immediately 1/2

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My OTT subscription is not working, and when I contacted customer care, they insisted that I must be physically present in front of the setup box for troubleshooting. (1/4)

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare If Jio is unable to deliver a prepaid SIM within a reasonable time, why is advance payment collected in the first place? In my case, payment was accepted immediately, but even after 11 days the SIM has not been delivered/activated. Customers pay for a service, not for endless escalations and assurances. Such delays after collecting advance payment raise serious concerns about customer service standards and accountability. Order No. NO00015F496T.

Please DM if you are still facing no network issue if not help us with the exact network problem faced and provide your complete address which should include flat or house no, building name, street name, landmark, city and (1/2)

    @JioCare Do you think 9 days delay is on time resolution? Are you guys there just do copy paste same reply? Very bad experience with Jio. I want my 9 days salary (Rs. 13500.00) as compensation. I cannot afford such deduction where there is not my fault, all because of you.
