Shobhit Saxena (@ShobhitS1989) reported@JioCare No, that ticket was closed from the backend. I have called Jio and got it reopened. Previous tickets were also closed without any resolution. Customer care is so poor that they are not able to provide an escalation matrix and ask to switch the network.

Still I haven't received and in the self refund link it shows no due . Please help me out I'm frustrated by ur incompetence.@JioCare
