  @JioCare ​Disappointed with Jio's service. Visited the store today to get a new SIM urgently. The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional—they refused to listen to my issue or help me out. I had to leave without my SIM. Please resolve this ASAP. @reliancejio @relianceinsider

  @JioCare I hope you are doing well because my family is not. Why? Because there is no WiFi at our home connection for last 29 hours. I try to connect through app, call and email. No one is helping to resolve the issue. Connection number is - 1203695218. Please help ASAP

  @mashrujeet Our office WiFi got repaired on the 3rd day in Fort, the business district of the Financial Capital of the country. Service Reps don’t answer and say that the entire team has left as @reliancejio gives service reps sales targets.

  I'm from silao, Nalanda, Bihar. In my area jio network is too weak & 5G internet speed is like 2G please correct it , otherwise I will switch to another telcom company . @reliancejio @JioCareers

  Time to change my Jio Fiber connection to Airtel Extreme fiber. The network is as pathetic as the service. No response at all. Forget 5G, even they can’t provide proper 4G network. What’s the point to use it anymore. @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio
