    @JioCare Please understand the issue before you reply. I didn't pay anything. I am just letting you know, how bad your customer service is. I can't explain you my experience again. If you guys really want to help, ask one of the agents who can clearly understand my issue to call.

    @JioCare 3rd time it is rescheduled now, for tomorrow. If it doesn't get installed by tomorrow afternoon, I am going to file a complaint.

    @JioCare I have been following up with multiple of agents and your unworthy customer support. After thousand of calls they send an ineligible person who doesn't have any clue as if what's wrong.

    @JioCare I have received the service request SR000034AQQP for Jio AirFiber. However, this is only an update. I still haven’t received any call or visit confirmation from the engineer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio has undoubtedly the worst customer service support among all. They are so shameless that kept on repeating same **** again and again but the problem never resolve. they even scheduled a enginner visit and gave me a time slot of 8-9 but no one appears.
