    @JioCare I have written the issues 6 times over DM. Your response is, it will get resolved in sometime. It didn't get resolved till now.

    @JioCare I asked if I’m eligible for a refund or not? It’s a yes or no question. Furthermore, it’s been a week and you still haven’t installed the fiber in my place. This is not the service I paid for, so no work is done hence just refund it

    Dear @JioCare, For the last 6 months, your network in our area has been showing 5G, but the internet is barely usable. Calls and data frequently fail despite multiple complaints. The issue still remains unresolved. Kindly investigate and resolve this at the earliest.

    Hey @reliancejio. I'm facing internet connectivity issue for last 3 days. But there is no option to register a service request from 'my jio' app. Why haven't you given a simple link to register complain or grievance? @DoT_India should act proactively to protect customer rights.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Installation completed on 5 July 2026, Order NO0001EC0EV0. Waterproof **** deadline was 8 July. Today is 11 July and protective **** is still missing. Equipment exposed to weather without protection. Please advise on resolution timeline.

    @JioCare X {799 was debited from my bank account on 18 May 2026 for a Jio prepaid recharge, but the recharge was never activated and does not appear in my recharge history.

    @JioCare Issue still persists… the technician who visited to address the issue said he doesn’t have capabilities to resolve it.
