    Installed new Jio AirFiber connection today And the settop box and Remote are provided in used condition and the remote is not working at all. Please take action @reliancejio @JioCare all the buttons are not working and is damaged

    @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times – MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode

    @JioCare Hey Neha, we had been through these multiple services requests but no luck and I do have call recording with jio customer care and jio officer from local office and they refrain from helping, I can share the screenshot again of speed that I see now for support Check and expedite

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio
