  @JioCare Sweety, this lines I have heard many times in 2+ months, need my refund, my money back in my account by TODAY to help me 4 emergency. Enough of update soon, had enough. Read my DM which proves that last week bank detail request was just 2 fool me with no transfer refund.

  @JioCare ,@YonoSbi76481 @amazonIN had refund issues with jio 340days no solution sweet stupid ans. issue with SBI UPI more then 390days never got replay nore refund . With Amazon instant replay action taken yes had to call 2nd time but refund got it in next 4hrs. Think

  @JioCare @JioCare A week without internet, and it’s now Day 3 of my second complaint—still no resolution, only false promises. I’ve already filed a complaint against JioFiber on the National Consumer Helpline. This is pure harassment. I would never recommend JioFiber to anyone.

  @JioCare No update yet and nothing has bee done only bill payment reminder is bekng send. Did you all have any kind of shame before asking for payment without service but you continuously taking money without service. Ambani should be shameful to loot country people like this.

  @JioCare Raised a complaint regarding non working of Jio Fiber WiFi but no solution is provided since last 4 days. Complaint no. SR00003BZLVT. Service quality of Jio Fiber is extremely poor. If it is not resolved today, plz disconnect it and close the AC. I’ll look for another.

  @JioCare My data gets deducted from the daily data quota without getting anything in return, i called the customer care several time and they made false commitments. Some said give us 2 hours, some said 24 hours and one said we need 15 days to fix this in your area.

  @JioCare If this issue cannot be resolved by the Jio network team, please let me know. I can consider switching to another service provider with a stronger technical support team that can handle such issues more effectively.

  In my area distt. Kushinagar jio tower kasia 9067 not working from last 24 hours, no out going calls no incoming calls no Internet, every people are in problem fro last 24 hours and no once cares bor jio officer's not customer support @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia
