Dear @JioCare, I have a base plan that will expire in February. I have an upcoming plan also of 719 INR. Due to data needs I recharged a data add on plan of Rs. 181. Now the Rs. 181 plan separately can not be activated, although I currently have a base plan! Help.

Pathetic service of @reliancejio today i did recharge for my friend and it was showing queued and now showing in my upcoming plan.i am customer since 5-6 yrs never did 2-3 months recharge since using jio i have done 1 yr recharge how can i do mistake @JioCare

@JioCare great initiative to stream the world cup for free! But people should be able to stream to enjoy the biggest sporting event. On week days people will be at their workplaces wanting to stream the matches, Laptop website doesn't even load the matches any plans to fix it?.
