Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare ..We took jio fiber connection on 22 April and from the next day we are facing internet speed's issue we have called the dealer many times we have called the customer care many times..Nobody came to resolve our issue..Your service sucks

@MukeshAmbaniOf @reliancejio @JioCare I am raising a complaint against the installation for Jio broadband connection. I have applied for the connection and it’s almost 3days and no one came for the installation and in fact no one is receiving calls. #Disappointed with service.

@JioCare @TRAI The worst network I had seen in my life. From past two days I have been using 1.3Gb of my data out of 1.5Gb but it is still showing that u have used your 100% internet. This is just making fool of the people. Taking there hard earned money. Resolve my issue ASAP.

@reliancejio @TRAI @airtelindia The worst network. From past few days I have been using 1.3Gb of my quota of 1.5 Gb but still the message comes that u have used your 100% data. U are not providing full data to consumers. I am going a complaint in consumer court. Please resolve.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber I have recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid jio fiber. Jio care confirmed me Amazon prime will not be auto renewed via email. But the same is auto renewed with 1499₹ charges, now Jio Care saying, I have to cancel the jio fiber connection.

@reliancejio @JioCare fibre internet down from 2 days. Raised complaint. No one coming to resolve. Customer service just going round and round and disconnecting on the face. We all are working from home and this pathetic service is just putting roadblock for us. @airtelindia
