    @JioCare am officially DONE with your fake promises. Cancel my Jio AirFiber order IMMEDIATELY and process a full refund. I refuse to get associated with a company like @reliancejio @JioCare that only tries to fool customers and steals their money. #JioScam #ConsumerCourt

    @JioCare @JioCare, the reason mentioned is incorrect. The engineer who visited revealed that the main issue is a lack of coordination. There is one extra idle connection in the junction box. Whenever a complaint is raised, the technician disconnects another customer’s connection.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested for port my number from airtel to Jio and it is already a week but still that is in progress. I call customer care many time but i think they also don’t know what to do. They just raise a complain. Still no physical sim no number port.

    @reliancejio Worst signal in Sector 36, especially on Valley Shilpi Road, Kharghar. Complaining for the last 14 months, no one is taking action. Worst service.
