    @JioCare worst customer service. Jio fiber not working since yesterday, registered complaint SR000016DN7M,6:00 pm 25/8/2021.Technical guy my area Mr ASHISH MAURYA, they haven't recieved any complaint. Now not giving response, daughter missed her online classes & online exam.🙏

    Really disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber service. Been facing issues on connectivity every alternate day since 2 months. The ground staff is continuously delivering very bad service. Very ignorant behaviour and denying to get my issue fixed

    @JioCare This is with regards to Jio fibre. The complain was raised on 15th August and the representative didn't appear for solving the internet issues. Almost 10 days has passed. Earlier also internet issues were happening. Almost a month has passed. What is this nonsense

    @JioCare i have raised request for my Airtel SIM MNP and i received a call from Jio representative. He asked me the Service request OTP number before sim delivery. Sim not delivered yet and he has closed the request.
