I am very disappointed with Jio. Despite paying huge bills i am getting my internet speed below 100KB/s on phone . I have talked to customer care many times but no improvement in service . @JioCare I want to port asap or please resolve my problem . Pls help 🙏. @reliancejio

@JioCare I live in Lovely Professional University,phagwara,punjab.From last one week jio internet is terrible in my locality even single WhatsApp message took 3-5 mins to deliver.customer care is also not responding.Pls improve this else i need to port out.

@JioCare my no 7830417018request for cancellation of connection on 15 aug and on 20 aug but no pickup has been arranged till now call many time to customer care but same reply 48 hours after so many days very bad customer satisfaction and response time as not aspected

Pathetic service from @reliancejio with 3 month’s 75GB plan. Not even page loading with that plan, whereas it’s working superbly for daily 1.5GB limit 😡. Even restart of mobile not worked. @JioCare
