    I am extremely disappointed with @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice everything and everyone is fraud regarding service.First no body wants to speak on call they dissconnect without your concern. Pathetic service and then no any details about to recharge service CORRECTLY. What to do?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi ! I am a Jio Fibre user since September 2020. The Router is blinking red since today morning. I rebooted it, still the same, red light blinking. No internet. Work and study suffering. Please send someone to resolve it immediately. Service ID 5223574280

    @jiocare around 10, 000 times I have done complaint to your customer care representative, regarding my area poor network coverage plus slow speed. So, poor services i think it time to say good bye to your poor service and to switch over ti other providers

    @reliancejio Hi ,what happens if i have recharged twice the same number same day due to issues with recharge app @amazonIN ,will d recharge period gets extended? since amazon took 30mins to confirm the pending recharge status,i had already recharged 2nd time via paytm,pls respond
