    2 DAYS and my JioFiber is STILL not working! No proper response, no resolution, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve already faced a 10-day delay just 2 months ago. How many days are customers expected to wait? @reliancejio Fix this NOW! @JioCare

    @JioCare switching to jio was the worst decision for me it has been 11 days I still haven’t got my connection , just getting emails and messages for installation but no one is actually visiting, neither local guy is receiving my calls my order no is - 0001F4WBP8.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Installed on Aug 14 & down already! First promised restoration today, now delayed to Aug 22. Brand new connection completely dead. ServiceID: 2653557045 Fix this outage TODAY or compensate for downtime! Unacceptable service.
