    Is it genuine or fardulent. +918167272959 Does it belong to your employee. He saying to pay 10 rupees and shared a screen using TeamViewer application. He is saying to fillup ATM DETAIL. HE IS STATING "i am from @reliancejio customer CARE service."

    @reliancejio I am writing this after a lot of waiting for a engineer visit for the issue of internet connectivity. I am not able to use since 14th of January and today it is 19th of January. Still the issue is same. I sincerely hope that I'll get my resolution ASAP. @JioCare

    @JioCare For service request number SR000018FGF6, SR000018EPZY, no one is coming to fix the problem, Now internet completely stopped. I have to close this connection permanently and switch to other service provider.

    @JioCare When you define many users? Is 200 users in one area "many users"? When will you solve this? It has been more than tow weeks. It is not users problem, tower has some technical problem, maybe battery or something else. Jitni cold badhti hai network aur kharab hota jata hai.

    @JioCare , I called your reps for getting my invoice for the JioFiber recharge done by me in Jan 2021. I get a lame response that you guys delete 180+ days invoices from all your systems ! I need the invoice, can your team help ?
