@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic services of Jio data card as well as JIO Sim card. Almost no network. Charging for 5G but getting 2G. Please look into the matter. Your customer services are hopeless.

@JioCare, the network in Noida sector 20 has been extremely poor since February 10th. Can't make voice calls, only Wi-Fi calling works. Customer care isn't registering our complaints. Many users facing the same issue. Need help as we have to go on the main road for signals now.
