    You sales team is frauding customer. Please restore my previous Prepaid fibre connection (SR00001CHFP6) and disconnect Postpaid connection (SR00001CHFU3) which is setup today morning 26/july/22. Kindly follow up on above two service request asap. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Afrin, do not irritate a customer 3 days prior don't you guys give a thought before sending such voice messages to customer? Imagine if there is any emergency or urgency, woh tumhari yeh bakwaas sunega? Get a life..this is clear way of begging trust me. It's pathetic.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup , Will anyone help to activate my Jio number 9473504452. I went out of India and it got deactivated permanently. Visited nearby jio store and they were unable to assist. Is there any global help center for PAN India nearby Delhi NCR?Help

    @JioCare No one came to visit or set right the problem . I keep getting calls to lose the ticket . If the problem is not resolved why should I close the ticket
