    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @JioCare Yes that's the problem my handset is 5G enabled but your app says my device is not compatible what to do update your app or do something Xiaomi mi10i is 5G but your app and website deny it.

    @JioCare I sent you a private message lets see how you are regaining the trust back again. Trust me i am with my family alaon using 10+ jio connection and if this issues is not resolved i will close all the connection as well as encourage others to do same.

    @JioCare Please do me a favour and provide me any contact number for registering complaint through calling Kindly make note your staffs neither gave any landline number nor they gave any id number. That’s belong to my neighbour who is a senior citizen who don’t know much about this things

    @JioCare Reducing speed of internet during 11 pm to 1 am daily is very frequent problem by your worst ever service. Today I have lodged complaint to TRAI on twiter also in this regard. Earlier advised by you to send direct message for any Irregularities but not solved the problem

    @JioCare This is very sad & bad Customer Service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Jio. You CANT provide ONE Technician in our BHEL, MIG Colony, Hyderabad area to move ONE Fiber connection just 50 feet away ? Send me the Phone Number of the Technician who I can speak and get things done
