@airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

@reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

@reliancejio I have got my personal number disconnected from jio and I had given 60 days of time to recover it.But due to lockdown,I can't do it.After Lockdown ended,I have reached customer care and they are saying that I can't recover it.I need the number as it is important.

For ur information that I had visited Bhangel sector-82 noida GB Nagar Jio store today for purchasing a jiofi. A Jio cusotmer support told that he doesn't have jiofi, where as aitel hotpot is available. I surprised. But it is true. I have captured a photo. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have requested for port to jio for 2 numbers. One was done smoothly at home.For the other number,assigned person did not respond and when he finally picked up, he was rude and asked us to visit the store instead of home delivery. no grievance contact number to address
