    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @JioCare Its over 72 hours. Still no resolution nor any signs of it. Who is going to pay for the loss. Three days of my pack validity was lost due to your negligence. is this the kind of customer service that Mr Mukesh Ambani was promising as fellow Indians. No help from @JioCare

    @JioCare Since 4 days we are experiencing trouble in Jio network issues. I am unable to perform my office work due to this. The issue is to all Jio customer that mobile network is not working. Pin Code 274408, Village-Banjaria, City-Deoria.Please look into the issue asap.

    @JioCare i have a jio number 9356519048 which works in phone but not in Jiofi. Jio center and sim store are pointing out each other to fix the issue. I'm tired of third grade customer service. To whom I should contact?

    @JioCare worst internet speed at my location 😡 i tell this issue from past 6 months to your customer care but still you are not improved. I can't trust I will be port to airtel if u not resolve my issue

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare - Pathetic customer service in noida sector 121. Its very difficult to manage wfh with such fiber network. I raised a complaint but haven't got a response till now. Complaint no - SR000013O6F8.
