    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    Experience of getting a #JioFiber connection, DAY 1: Jio executives literally asked me for a ladder(মই) so that they can take the wire from the pole!!!and also said it's the customer's job to have a ladder in home if you want to take a #JioFiber connection. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area from 3 days. I have reported the same issue to JIO customer care but still not got any proper response ... they said network is weak in your area.. It was working perfect before 3 days, but now it is worst Experience with jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been 2 Months since I am asking for my Deposit of my jio fibre connection 022-3561 5842 Every time i make request on call and they said it will be picked up in 48 hours and these 48 hours are never passed @ril_foundation

    @JioCare Meanwhile, the request has been pending since Nov 13th. @JioCare has been claiming request has been note & forwarded to concerned team. Problem is, I doubt anyone at Jio is actually *concerned* about customer service at all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to login on Jio TV and Jio cinema apps. Whenever I enter my number it said "invalid number".
