    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @JioCare The relevant team doesn't even consider my issue and hasn't even called me since yesterday. It was supposed to be resolved by this early morning but thanks to your engineer it is taking much longer than expected. My work is getting halted due to that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I had requested for a new fibre connection on 16 July at 2:56 pm. But installation hasn’t been done yet even after multiple calls to customer care and multiple reschedule mails. Hoping for resolution ASAP. Details already shared in DM.

    The worst service from Jio fiber.every month connection not working for 6-7 days and no response from operator. My connection is not working since last 5 days and I have raised service request also called to local incharge but no response till date. @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai

    I very much disappointed with service turn around time by @JioCare more than a week, I'm not getting proper response. Half information. I'll get reply that tried to call, but no call recieved. Even for alternative number no one calls
