    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

    @JioCare Sorry!!! But u assigned one technician named Yogesh Rajput who denied to visit after 6 pm and misbehaved with me like anything!!! He is not at all courteous!!! Rather rude and abusive!!!

    @JioCare Oh, really, Jio will assist me? I sent DM a couple of times and each time Jio sends me a fake link that leads to the same non-responsive WhatsApp chat with set questions. At the end of the day, the issue is not addressed.

    @JioCare More than a month that Jio broadband surrender and instrument pickup was done, and still deposit refund has not happened,very poor experience and service from the moment we raised request for disconnection, account tagged to mobile # 9789005342, contact # 9791167446

    @reliancejio , @JioCare When are you going to repair the road?? Similar issue was there with other service provider.. they have repaired the road and demonstrated thier social responsibility. I feeling still you are collecting only information rather than fixing the issue??

    @JioCare Extremely unsatisfactory reply. One humbly feels a company cannot frame rules bypassing the law of the land by denying the input tax credit to a registered person and also keep the prospective customer in dark at the time of offer.
