    @JioCare I said that’s fine as long as the work gets done, but I asked whose fault it was that a customer had to suffer for 6 days. As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.

    What a wonderful service by @JioCare after multiple calls to get a service scheduled, the service person is nowhere to found. It is already the end of week 2 after i made my first call. They don’t even bother to tell why the request has been cancelled it is your job to request.

    @JioCare This issue has already been pending for 5 months with no proper resolution. Kindly provide the exact date when the network at my location will be fully improved and stable with true 5G service. Please do not give general assurances

    @JioCare I have received the service request SR000034AQQP for Jio AirFiber. However, this is only an update. I still haven’t received any call or visit confirmation from the engineer.
