    @JioCare Dear Nelson, Thanks for the prompt response. It was already intimated and I received a call also from Jio that they are going ahead with cancellation & I will get my refund within 7 days. Now it is more than 40 days, no response & no refund. Pls help with cancellation & REFUND

    @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI waste of time trusting Jio , just cancel my fiber connection. I would like to switch to better service. Waste of time with customer care. The fiber is cut very frequently and not fixed everytime permanently.

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 10 days and Jio has still not collected my Jio Fibre setup box despite multiple requests and escalations.SRs: • SR0000036LMXV (Home Care Device Recovery) • SR0000036U2SF (State Escalation)Team is shamelessly closing tickets without resolution.

    @JioCare my order id is NO0001DPARZ2. I had placed order for a new connection of Jio airfibre on 27th May but I am not getting any update. Your executive is also not picking up my calls. This is pathetic service at your end. I have already paid 4 Months of rental In advance

    However, he did not show up, and now I am being told that no technician has been assigned for today's visit. My internet service is still not working, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioFiber Why r customers being given false information before booking? If 300 Mbps was never available, why was it promised in the first place? This is highly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I expect an immediate clarification and resolution. #JioFiber #RelianceJio #jio

    @JioCare Hey I I need a help. I have Jio postpaid connection, it was converted at a jio store. I converted my dad's sim to postpaid online and added it as child sim to my account. Will my dad's sim work at kashmir? Also add others in your call back option for Postpaid in myjio

    @JioCare Dear team , I know Jio is a great brand, due to some reason my Jio sim was suspended but I’m in United States but the Jio store people isn’t even responding in way manner !! They humiliated my dad this is so sad, I have been using 10yrs this sim. Need help Immediately
