    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio You people seems to be pathetic at customer service. Not taking my complaint. Not registering my issue. Not giving me any complaint number and now not even replying to my complains. No response. I have been complaining since last week.

    @JioCare @JioChat facing worst service & have no hope of ur team correcting the service. Lots of connectivity issue, call dropdowns and disturbance during call. @TRAI request ur support to find the wayout to get solution when service providers are not supporting or taking actions

    @JioCare I never seen a service provider worst than you. My setup box not working and you refused to raise a complaint also . It's so pathetic .

    Very disappointed with @JioCare . A support representative used abusive language during our interaction. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I request Jio to investigate this matter and take appropriate action.@reliancejio
