    @reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @JioCare me on hold. They have the powers to treat customer badly. The installation team, the CC team, every executive. Now even if I disconnect this useless connection they will make me struggle for deposit money. Don't ever go for Jio Giga Fibre. Local broadband slow but is 1000x better

    @JioCare @reliancejio couple of months back I port my number from Airtel to your network. one of their employee told me that sir be careful with jio they will loot you..I thought same loot happened with me this month bill..for which I didn’t subscribe you guys charged me for that

    Me- I have been experiencing slow Internet connectivity? Le @JioCare @reliancejio - Many users are using Internet at the same time so thats why u r facing this. Really this is even a valid reason.. kimdly look into this @JioCare

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Vi is unable to provide VoWiFi as an alternative even though my handset is compatible, regretting to port in to Vi network.

    @JioCare No, I think problem is with jio sim.. Firstly I thought it is others network problems but suddenly I realize it is my own network . So I want to change my jio sim card. That's probably give better results, I think so.. Please do needful at earliest
