@reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

@airtelindia my new sim card eas to be activated yesterday. Till now, no update. your cust care is pathetic as IVR has no option to register the issue. FYI, @reliancejio did it in less than 4 hours. Pull your socks and prevent me to move to another carrier

@reliancejio Where’s 5G ??? I don’t see any traces of 5G in Raipur # Avanti Vihar area !! Probably launched in paper to showcase your so-called edge over your rivals. In reality ,there’s no 5G coverage. It’s **** of lies!!
