    @JioCare internet down also wifi coverage not proper from past 3 days and this happens every month can you guys do a proper solution cause when pack expire you guys immediately stop internet but when problem come from your side you take days to resolve it??

    I don't know how many times I have to complain about the same reason again n again🤦🏻, @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceMobile Last evening I recharged for a 24days pack, Calling service started just after recharge but internet service is still unavailable.....

    ....it's going to be two days, i paid for these two days, but didn't get any service, who is responsible for this?? @reliancejio ? And this is not the first the time happening this, In the name of 4G 5G jio is just looting our money.

    @JioCare you people cheated a lot. I opted subscription only for calling & not for data. But showing plan different in my messages. Your network is not up to the mark & unable to use data, why i should go for higher data. I only opt for calling.@AshwiniVaishnaw @_MukeshAmbani

    Since 5G has come to India, I am facing excessive issues of connectivity in my Jio Sim, along with frequent de-signalling & call drops. Requesting @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani ji to kindly take this as note and resolve.

    @reliancejio your network sucks in every way except that you need your payments on time. I have been trying to use the network concept morning and it just doesn’t work. Ridiculous To top it up, it says that it’s 5G ready, but when I go on the link it says handset not compatible
