Ambalika Guha (@iamAmbl) reported@JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.

Ansuman Behera (@dtechvu) reported@JioCare @reliancejio, facing extremely slow 4G spd in my village. Even webpages & YouTube barely open. Both Jio & Airtel towers are at similar distance from my home, yet Airtel gives much better 4G speed. Still no 5G here too. Recharge feels wasted. Plz fix this or I’ll port.
