    I have been facing continuous internet connectivity issues at my home for the last 6 months. Despite multiple complaints, the problem is still unresolved and no proper action has been taken. Please take this seriously and provide a permanent solution ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Ishveen Could you please be more specific when you say "at the earliest". It already 16 hours. And this problem is not new, this happens almost every month - the wire on the main road breaks every month or so, and still no permanenent fix is there from Jio's side.

    @JioCare Even after paying for such expensive recharge plans, the internet has not been working properly for the last 3-4 hours. This same network issue keeps happening every 2 days. Full payment is taken from customers, but the service keeps failing repeatedly.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I canceled my Jio Fiber installation, but I am still waiting for my refund, it's almost 1 month passed.The KYC was completed, but since the installation didn't happen, I need my money processed ASAP. Please look into this. #JioFiber #customer

    @JioCare @JioCare My old device already was picked up one month back, and the new one hasn't even been installed. That's why I cancelled after 30 days of no service. What device should I return? I already paid 4k rupees for the new one, and the old one already has a 2-month valid pack.
