    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days. Technician visit has been rescheduled 7 times, yet no technician has visited or even called. I've been a Jio AirFiber customer for 2 years. This is the worst service I've experienced.#Jio

    Dear @JioCare I have been informed that new JioAirFiber installations are not being accepted in my area (Karnal). However, several of my nearby neighbours are already using JioAirFiber successfully. If the service is available and working in the same locality, why is a new connection being denied at my address? Please verify my serviceability and provide a clear, transparent explanation instead of vague responses.

    @VediHemant @JioCare Same has happened with me.. Lead details Dear Customer, A Jio representative Arjun D (Mob- 9113216304) will contact you for an appointment. Please share OTP XXXXX with the representative only AFTER your Booking Reference Number or Order Registration Number (ORN) is generated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have already raised a complaint with Jio Care twice; they keep assuring me that the process will be completed today, but nothing has happened yet. I have never had such a terrible experience, these technicians are completely irresponsible, and I did not expect this from Jio.

    @JioCare If you can see that service request is already raised than you should also check Due date of resolution which was 30th July. It's almost 1.5 months and my issue is not resolved. Your intention is to cheat and earn money by not providing services.

    Hey @airtelindia why are your services so f@cked up even in Delhi? I regret switching my 5 SIM card family pack from @reliancejio . Please fix your 5G services before I switch to some other service provider.

    Jio Support, it's been 4 days and you're still calling it a temporary network issue in my area. Barely 1 signal, and neither 4G nor 5G works properly. How long is this temporary issue going to last? At this point, Airtel seems to provide much better service. @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare Everyday your loosing customers you know why every coming day your Signal strength is going down your data consup is suddenly showing consumed 90% by eve 6 pm Wotz goin on my internet is down fron mor 7 am in trying to reach your CC and is worst method to connect you..

    @JioCare And he couldn't do anything as it was the network problem in the nearby jio tower. I donno what the hell is going on in that tower. In the middle of the day they just turn off the switch. Are u planning to do anything about it @JioCare @reliancejio
