    @JioCare this is the 2nd time in a weeks time the internet is down. Have been using jiofiber since 2020, but never have faced such issues. Please rectify at the earliest.

    @JioCare just because your engineer did not act on our jio fibre complaint in Feb properly now the cable has been cut and it has been more than 8 hours no one is coming to fix the cable as well. What a service!!?!! Complaint ref - SR00001AUPRL

    Regret moving from Airtel to JioFibernet. Frequent disconnection and ever-changing internet speed. Customer service is so pathetic - they keep logging new tickets in vain. Asked for disconnection which they said will take 7 days that i need to pay for too! @JioCare what a joke!

    @reliancejio Hi iam Rajendran . I have problem in jio sim three days before. That problem is when i call some one the call will not reach .some buddy call me also I am not reach the call.what can I do for this problem. Did you solve this problem to me please.
