    Hey @JioCare increase your network near Vijaynagar, Bengaluru 560040. I have been complaining since a year and no improvement. Such a poor customer service. Shame for being such a slow and poor network. Its a population dense area. Resolve asap

    @JioCare pathetic service. Trying to get converted to prepaid from postpaid. But your team says port to a different operator. They tried switching my number to prepaid but they are facing issues. Do you really want me to get ported out due to this issue?

    @JioCare @JioCare requesting me to download the statement but it doesn’t contain the invoice number. And also asking me to connect with @GooglePay for the invoice but they are asking me to connect with service provider. Requesting Jio& Gpay to work together to resolve this issue
