    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a good for the customer responding on the post but not responding on the DM. As requested shared the details in the DM still there is no response and my bill also generated. Refund my entire Amount.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare same here never have been able to get 5g speed in my area despite the website claiming so!!! have raised multiple complaints with @JioCare no resolution yet

    Told that it needs 10 days to complete the request which is 19th August but I will leave noida by 16th August. Pls advise team to terminate connection and pickup equipment asap. Thanks @JioCare

    Day 7...still no solution, same situation. Last recharge in jio SIM. No more jio user. Vaade 5G k, network 1G, 2G se bhi ghatiya. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Recharged for 5G on @reliancejio, but getting terrible / no 5G network coverage at my location pin 221716. Paid for 5G speeds but getting unusable connectivity. Kindly look into this and resolve! @JioCare
