thefundedvicky (@Thefundedvicky) reportedDear @JioCare, I spoke with my local Jio AirFiber executive today, and I was informed that they do not have the required equipment/material available for installation. My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid ₹2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please provide a clear explanation and resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #CustomerExperience
