Bala (@dineshbalaji4) reported@JioCare service is scheduled for Sunday 8 PM,yesterday an engineer was assigned late evening via MyJio, but when I called, he said he was assigned only for installation, not service. Installation gets same-day support, but service gets delayed.

Kiran K (@KiranK77180890) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Charging customers extra without notifying them is not acceptable. If I reach out to support, they tell me that we are not responsible for Netflix but I am charged in my jio bill and not notified regarding the change either in email or text.

When I connected with the customer care, they gave me another technician "Narayan Dutta". When I called him, he said he no longer works with Jio. Do you guys don't know who works with you ?
