    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using a jio number in my jio-fi device and am jot getting internet speed more than 3 mbps since nearly 2 months. Whenever I call on the jio customer care number after struggling over the 10 min. Procedure on call to connect they cut the call. Solve this

    1/3 I'm glad to say that @JioCare held their part and actually sent a technician by Monday morning this week. Since technician's visit, there hasn't been any problems with the router. But, a customer complaining on social media shouldn't be the way to get things done.

    @JioCare purchased Jio Phone from @reliancejio store on 15th September. And now within 2months phone is not working. Waste of money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare all your stores are looting first they ask only aadhar. Secondly for reissue of lost sim they are charging rs.25-50. All stores charging differently. Whereas your my jio app says its free. #Fraud unable to connect 198 with customer care. Great loot #jio
