    @reliancejio I am facing the network problems in my village few months. What should I do? I am not satisfied with your service. You are not responsible for any service. If i want to give you star from 5 to 1 I will give you 0 stars caz of your poor network and service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for fiber connection day before yesterday (9:30am) The provider is continuously ignoring and trying to manipulate us. Now they both R not receiving my call or not even updating me. Worst service providing by @reliancejio . Palash-9009006914

    @urstrulyvenkatm @reliancejio @JioCare Well that is their common paragraph which they use every mails / msg. Issues are never ending & no support from their support department till date.

    @JioCare The issue is not just mine. My whole family is a jio user and it's the same for all. Also, a month or so ago I got the same rply by some other executive while I reported my issue on jio custmr cre. Sorry to say but I no more have the patience to bear with this lvl of poor network

    @prasadkoparkar @reliancejio @JioCare Good to know, but I guess it makes more sense to buy a traditional mesh system. In my case the extender hardware failed. We have ACT Fiber, they provide terrible routers with the connection but the quality of Connection is more consistent. I prefer using my own equipment anyway.

    @JioCare Hello Team, I initiated a service cancellation request on 12march2021, As m shifting to other state. Till date despite so many requests and reminders, no action is being carried out so far. They only say "sir request in process with backend". Pls help.

    dear @fiber_jio i had to cancel my fiber connection as relocation scheme was shut due to Covid. So i was told to take new connection & i did. BUT WHN IT CAME TO COLLECT MY OLD DEVICES- i was told tht u wud hv to either come to old address or deposit at centre. (1/3) @reliancejio
