    @JioCare Since early morning, jio fiber is not working (red light is blinking in router) and Kids have scheduled exam this morning - upto what extent one can rely on Jio for such a critical activity. Its not that this happened first time, in fact the same thing occurred in past!!

    @JioCare I have been listening to the same lame excuse repeatedly; but fail to see a closure. Please get me a closure and my refund. Owing to the unreasonable delay and the lack of ownership from your end my only option is to seek help from the consumer forum.@reliancejio @nch1915

    @JioCare my jio 5G is not working as it is showing in app that my jio SIM is True 5G but the tower is come only 4G? what nonsense?

    @reliancejio is actually providing fake 5G....The 5G network is present in my area but still not able to use it on my 5G device... @JioCare said... Recharge with ₹239 or higher... I have recharged with ₹1559... Is 5G only for PREMIUM customer? #JioUnequalityNetwork
