    @JioCare I have raised request to resolve my JioFiber issue, called customer care around 10-15 times every time they say we will do it but no resolution yet. Even have put my request on hold without any solution.

    Hi Team, I'm struggling with Jio Fiber not working for last 4 days. I work from home and internet from Jio is down with no help I've raised repeated tickets but they get closed with fake remarks. No engineer has visited so far. Ticket id SR00003ANUGL. @reliancejio

    You know what the organization is by how they treat leaving customers. Myjio app has every option in world except to cancel the subscription. You go to chatbot which gives you helpline number. The helpline number has no option for cancelling subscription. @reliancejio @JioCare
