    @JioCare Hi Team, please don't be so stubborn on forcefully reminding your customers for mobile recharge prior 5 days in every call. This is some thing which the customer does not want from Jio. Other operators does not follow this practice 😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even with top priority checking, your team is unable to help me. I paid the bill via @amazonpay Your team confirmed the amount was received. Yet, its nowhere to be found when i received the next bill. I have shared the details on DM and also on email.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio, we do not have any problem with your network and calling facility. However, I will get my SIM ported today. Just to make you fall. I will also get the SIM portions of all my friends.

    @JioCare claims refund of money if cancelled in first month. My experience has been you have to wait forever for refund. First provide a connection that doesn't work #Misselling Then take 10 days to takeback device, now 10 more days and no refund! #JioFiber #scam @DoT_India

    @JioCare within one hour after jio Fibre installation, the modem stops working. When trying to connect with installation guy, he is not responding at all. Please resolve my issue.
