@reliancejio @JioCare I have renewed my Amazon Prime subscription via MyJio app on Dec 25,2021 which is valid for a year. I have received a message yesterday that it is unsubscribed, I have raised multiple SR’s(SR000018TY4V)but the SR got closed without a resolution. Joke?

@JioCare May i know the current status of this?Even after paying my due amount,customer care team is still saying my due ₹107.24 is pending and will be adjusted in Security deposit. For ur ref. my fiber account # is 410561662641. It is more than 1 month now and i haven't received my SD.
