    @JioCare I have already shared all the requested details via DM, but there has been no response or resolution. It's been over 15 days, and Jio True 5G in Arjunpur, Varanasi - 221403 is still extremely slow.Kindly provide a real update instead of asking for the same details again.

    @JioCare when will you solve my OTT subscription problem of jio Fiber, you know how to disconnect connection on time but not at all interested to solve customer issues. I have bought 999 Fiber plan and but still not received my prime video subscription from 2 months.@reliancejio

    @JioCare thank for your support by doing nothing about my problem regarding the Wi-Fi internet. Thanks for only giving me dilasa that my problem is with the respective team and they're working on it. It's been 33 days and counting and you guys have done NOTHING!!!

    @JioCare I have already tried calling your customer care 3 times. No one resolved the issue, and no one even registered my complaint. This is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Update: @JioCare New ticket SR00003BKXKH which was open put on hold without my consent. Issue still unresolved. It seems your field engineers run the show and don't bend to JioCare's authority. Pathetic service. @reliancejio

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber has been nothing but frustration—service interruptions, delayed support, and zero accountability. If you’re considering a broadband connection, think twice before choosing JioFiber. Extremely disappointed. @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network constantly goes down. 5G has never worked properly; it directly drops to 3G or 4G, and even 4G doesn't work well. What a rubbish network this is! Please fix it. How many times do I have to tell customer care? Is this my only job?

    @JioCare Such a pathetic service, no one is interested to pick up our case. We have been following up since two weeks, what rubbish? Give us full refund. This is not done. Almost been a month that we got this subscription and no one is showing up. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare, are your engineers stuck in a time loop? You keep closing my tickets (SR00003BMKLB, SR000038MJ9D) with the exact same automated script: 'temporary outage, resolved in 30 days'. I’ve been hearing this since February! 5 months later, the only thing 'temporary' 1/2
