Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
