    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice even a complaint was also registered on 3rd Feb and jio asked for 72 hours to resolve the complaint. Still I have not received any refund. 3/10

    Hey @JioCare my jio fibre services has been stopped and no customer services has been provided as my plan was for 6 months + 1 month but it has been stopped 1 month before and also showing due payment .

    @JioCare I have the call recording of this. if you want I can share it here where engineer is blaming your sales executive saying ki "MAi OTP requirements ke liye hold par daal raha hoon". I told him to either install it or cancel the booking than said his boss has told him to put on hold

    @reliancejio I have bad experience and poor response from Jio service. Sugesst don't take Jio connection. They don't have a system to escalate, AL that you have to go through only through their cust care where they are trying to cover up. I have posted my grievances in

    @reliancejio the worst broadband service …top 3 reasons why shouldn’t you have one -the connection is down average 3 days a month ,chatbot and self service are piece of old wonder ,call centre is non responsive and if you lucky to get call centre they won’t have your billing
