  @JioCare From past one month I am getting messages internet service in your area is impacted. Thanks for your patience. Then after 4-5 hours net comes for 10-15 minutes and again disappear. I have complained repeated no. Of times. I want refund now.

  @JioCare spoke to the engineer and his team. No one has been aligned for this issue yet because 'engineers were busy somewhere else'. I said Jio care gave a TAT of 5pm on Sun, he said that's given by the system but no one has been assigned for this issue yet. WTF!!!!!

  @reliancejio It’s been years since our village has been facing serious Jio network issues. Whenever there is a power outage, the entire Jio signal disappears completely. Despite having a population of over 20,000 people, there is still no proper network infrastructure in place.

  @reliancejio Slot option is given by Jio only, now after 24 Hours I got a call from Representative stating it was a Sunday yesterday, what the customer care not aware it is a Sunday before giving me a slot. Why was the slot assigned to me if Sunday is off for Jio support

  Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio
