    @reliancejio @JioCare after using Jio Network i don't know y i started missing 2G internet. That 2G was faster than todays Jio 4G 😥😥

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is too much now, since almost January 2020 I have complained about the internet, but every time the phone is disconnected saying that your problem will be solved soon, if this problem is not solved in me, then you start saying 2G instead of 4G internet!

    @JioCare Hey Jio, For the last few days your services in our area (Bahut, Mohali, Punjab)are getting worst. You should remember that besides making remin der calls to your customers to recharge their plan, providing good service to them is also your core responsibility.

    @reliancejio worst company I took jio postpaid plan and never took complimentary subscription of Amazon prime later I downgrade my plan after few months again I upgrade my plan and they are telling me that I'm doing fraud. I better switch to other company than this crap @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm repeatedly trying to tell my problem, but it seems you people least bother about customers. Even after, I choose to MNP, you're not the issue seriously. Pathetic.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Installation completed on 5 July 2026, Order NO0001EC0EV0. Waterproof **** deadline was 8 July. Today is 11 July and protective **** is still missing. Equipment exposed to weather without protection. Please advise on resolution timeline.

    @JioCare Hey jio team, The complaint was raised against the jio air fiber connection and the assigned technician said he doesn't work anymore, but the system still shows his name and number on the assigned technician/engineer name. Please check and assign someone on priority.

    @JioCare Navin i appreciate your help. Even if escalation team doesn't require bank statement I need my remaining 750, no. 2 rating refurbished device was replaced by their service person for nothing my initial device had no issue at all. Pls put that as argument to get remaining Rs. 750

    @JioCare Your person visits after 3 working days and still says issue cannot be resolved. Wat about the problem we face due to your lacking to resolve it. Landline is not working, internet is not working.We are loosing business because of it and worst of all, no one to hear our problems
