I have to dial 2 or 3 times to get connected and talk properly to non-jio numbers. After complaints, you rectify / adjust it but again back to square in 3/4 days. Now please make a permanent solution @DoT_India @TRAI @JioCare

@JioCare My incident 1st slot time was 11Am to 12Pm.. Then after 12.45Pm my service time was changed to 1.30Pm to 2.30Pm .. now it's crossed 2.30Pm.. When can I expect to resolve..

Bad experience of Jio fibre broadband. There has been No response from Jio care for my complaint wrote since 20 February 2023. They are just selling their product and thereafter forget. They don’t know that their customers will leave them.@JioCare
