  @JioCare @reliancejio This is too much now, since almost January 2020 I have complained about the internet, but every time the phone is disconnected saying that your problem will be solved soon, if this problem is not solved in me, then you start saying 2G instead of 4G internet!

  I booked Jio AirFiber at the Gangapur City Jio store on August 2nd; a representative named Pawan Bairwa processed the booking and collected the full payment, yet the AirFiber has not been installed so far. I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare

  @JioCare I expect immediate installation and waiver of all rental charges from the date of my relocation request until the service is activated. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

  Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

  Dear @JioCare I am posting this complaint using another network because your internet becomes completely unusable whenever there is a power cut. As soon as the electricity goes off, the Jio network degrades drastically and mobile data stops working.

  @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. I’ve raised multiple complaints but no engineer has been assigned. The app only has an AI chatbot and the customer care number connects to the Election Commission. Please resolve this urgently.
