@JioCare I am a user of Jiofiber and use 999 plan. I loved the service and referred a friend and got referral offer for a month. Now my prime subscription is gone even though I am recharging with 999 after the referral offer, prime is the only reason why I opt for 999 plan.

@JioCare Your service-man came to me in Gurgaon, promised me connection, then does not pickup the call for 6 hrs, next says, connection not possible? why the hell did he take money from me? 21 days done, no refund received? what are ya on?
