But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

Our whole area is facing this issue. Called CX care 100 of times but they always had one answer. Many people using data together, so it is slow. 😡😤
