@JioCare The issue solved after a week and really not sure if it happens again I should be prepared to tweet and make calls to customer care infinity. Improve your service team and make sure the issue is resolved in max 24hours. Really felt worst dealing with you all.

@BikashBorah_ @JioCare You did a grave mistake by switching to jio postpaid. Their service and customer care are the worst I have experienced till now. Also the people installing their fibre connection don't want to expand their area. Such a mentality of the staff will surely harm Mr. Ambani.
