Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device.
