I am calling jio customer care since last 15 months but same reply "we are continuously trying to improve network" and nothing happened. I don't know on what basis you prove that jio is fastest network provider. Shame on you. You are just grabbing our money.@JioCare @reliancejio

Very poor service by jio fiber as they are not able to install connection. Requested so many times for jio fiber person to install it but they did not due to unknown reasons. Finally fed up with you jio fiber. Requested for cancellation and refund of money. Thanks @JioCare
