Hi @JioCare Today i joined jio network. As we checked on that time on 399 postpaid plan was showing free subscription of Netflix, Prime Video & Hotstar, As I checked in my jio app hotstar is not showing in my current plan. pleas help.

@JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

I am facing slow internet speed(<50kbps) in the name of 4G by @reliancejio . Upon calling @JioCare they give excuse that multiple users are using at the same time, like they don't take the money from multiple users. @TRAI this false promise of providing 4G must be looked into :)

The worst customer service I have ever experienced @reliancejio @JioCare in SR Nagar Hyderabad jio center. False commitments and arrogance behaviour by the staff. Zero product knowledge in postpaid services.
