@JioCare The issue solved after a week and really not sure if it happens again I should be prepared to tweet and make calls to customer care infinity. Improve your service team and make sure the issue is resolved in max 24hours. Really felt worst dealing with you all.

to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

@reliancejio I have booked the setup box today where I booked a slot of 1 to 2 pm no a single person visited my home neither called me. What service do the Jio providing I think even they have started behaving like other operator.
