    Today upon calling the @JioCare customer care again for the same issue they said it will take 3-4 days more for the engineer to visit to which i told them that if the visit is not made in 3-4 days i will move to the consumer court. @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare Agent nonsense talk. I recvd a call from Jio agent to port (i app. for postpd port online). Since i am not at home i asked him to call tommw mrg. This small thing he didn't understand and forcing to provide him OTP and rude talks. Pls chk Agent 9694867881

    @JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare my reliabce jio fibre is facing slow internet issuees kindly lokk into this as soon as possible though the download and upload speed are correct but still the speed is slow that I can’t even watch Youtube videos at 480p or 720 p sometimes it buffers a lot .

    I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare Today i joined jio network. As we checked on that time on 399 postpaid plan was showing free subscription of Netflix, Prime Video & Hotstar, As I checked in my jio app hotstar is not showing in my current plan. pleas help.

    .@reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber has been down for 4–5 days. Complaint raised, zero response. Customer care is a joke—just an automated “engineer visit booked” message before disconnecting. Disconnect my connection. Request ID: SR00003BJSER. **** your service. I’ll go with other ISP.

    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.
