    @JioCare @reliancejio fake promise about the internet speed. Now days Speed is only 10kb. Even I go to terrace max speed is 150kb. Our whole area is facing this issue. Called CX care 100 of times but they always had one answer. Many people using data together, so it is slow. 😡😤

    Last 10 days reliance jio don't pick up a my jio fiber router so bad service and don't listen customer issues because i was tired do day to day call of jio care they are do only reapetd answer #Badservicejiofober #RelianceJio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @iSaurabh008 @JioCare @reliancejio Same is happening with me i am calling jio customer care since last more than one year but still no action has been taken . I have also sent them screen shot of my mobile screen showing network coverage but they are repeating same standard language but not giving standard service

    Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

    @JioCare sir i complaints many times but nothing happened your customer care give me 10 days to resolve my problem but nothing happened after completing the days. i frustrated with your services. One last hope is from you only. otherwise i will join another network company.Thanks

    @syedumair29 @airtelindia @reliancejio I was raised too much complaint regarding internet speed by calls as well as emails no body provide proper reason with me M using 4g smartphone and upgraded sim card as well. Why are you so much carelesss for your customer service.

    @JioCare I never expected this bad service from Jio.I am working from home and i need good Internet connectivity. Therefore, i applied for Jio Broadband on 7th August but till now rescheduling date is being changed on the daily basis.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

    So, it’s been a month since i have reg. for the Jiofiber and everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled on this day for Installation but jpr team forget that they have appointment. But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

    @JioCare Hey! I'm facing very poor quality of network and 2G internet speed was much better than present 4G network.I reduce my daily data plan from 3gb/day to 1gb/day due to speed issue because i am unable to use 500MB of my daily data plan.

    @JioCare Dear my son medical entrance exam on 11th sep 21. Its question of his carrier. its 4th day no one from your useless bunch of engineers visit to rectify the issue. its pre paid connection you people earning the money like this. I dont know how many customers you people are cheated
