Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

So, it’s been a month since i have reg. for the Jiofiber and everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled on this day for Installation but jpr team forget that they have appointment. But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

Pathetic pre purchase service from @reliancejio, I opted for jiofibre 4 days back & paid the 3 months amount in advance. Now nobody is coming for installation & not picking up the calls either, just delaying the appointment. I am cancelling and switching to @airtelindia @JioCare

@JioCare so, I paid advance rental for 3 months of 999 plan on 22nd Jan, meaning till 22nd April I would be charged. Right, basic math. Now I have got March month bill asking to pay. SR raised, but got closed without any intimation and resolution. #reliancejio #reliance
