@reliancejio @JioCare Its been 3 days since my complaint and yet I haven’t received any rectification. The concerned engg is not responding to calls and yet he has this much courage to text back that “ will rectify when i’ll have time “. Pls look into the same on priority.

@JioCare network is very bad in my area even not able to play youtube . Even nit getting 5kbps speed very bad jaipur is metro city doesn't deserve this services my whole family give more then 3000 in month to jio but not getting satisfaction

Hi @JioCare The issue has been rectified and the net is functioning now. Wanted to update regarding the same. Kindly do not commit dates to customer, if you are not in a position to deliver. It puts unnecessary pressure on the Frontline employees.

Disgusting from @JioCare . My Jio Fiber connection was terminated on Feb 22 2022, the device is not yet picked up till today (Mar 23 2022). Inspite of calling Jio Fiber customer care and scheduling pick up multiple times, no one reached out to me to pick up my the router.

@JioCare my data pack is 1.5GB per day. But today my data limit is exhausted and data speed restricted when my daily usage reached 900MB. Due to this network issue I lost some amount of money. Jio must be held responsible for it as my daily limit has not expired.
