    @JioCare I have done a recharge for a friend few hours ago. Reference No.: BR00047SIGTR. He has not received the confirmation yet. I have tried to reach out to customer care 5 times but the Call got disconnected on each call. Poor Customer Care. Bad Experience @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare 2 years old jiofiber user. Opted for long duration plan but no set-up box received yet. Set-up is on the way for 5 months but it hasn't arrived at my place yet. Service ID 299841439637. Please do needful.

    @JioCare My concern is very simple as that @reliancejio stealing internet data. It's not happened only to me ... I can mention atleast 5 number of my friends who also faced same issue yesterday on 04.05.2020. Shame on you guys is it your way to give resolution. @JioCare @TRAI @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare I have jionet in my building which I access through wifi using aka. however, it works only with 2 gb daily data limit. Beyond that, it doesn't work despite having data voucher of 6gb. And I have to resort to cellular 4g data which is somewhat slower. Please see into it
