    @GuptaShradha29 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber I too am facing the same issue in Jaipur, even after arranging a call from a friend who is registered fiber customer the customer care was no help instead they cut the call in middle.

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @JioCare Request Number SR00001AO8AR what is happening.. stop fooling..they said to me that it would come by 3 o'clock but till now no one has come..Do you think customer's time is wasted?It's been 5 days today, only the remote has to be changed.But no one has come yet

    @Airtel_Presence Just got 2 know wires have been cut down & 2 restore them back, will take 1-2 day atleast. Now d ? arises, when d companies r facing these type of regular cuts & d area also get shabby with wires hanging around in street ! y don't use underground connections like PNG! @JioCare

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
