Through an oversight, I forgot to recharge this month for the first time, and I only realized it when I tried to make an urgent call today. Businesses in our country are solely focused on making profits; couldn't they look at a subscriber's long-standing history and grant them the facility to make emergency calls for two or three days—costs that could easily be adjusted against the next recharge? Does such rude, petty behavior even measure up to international standards? This is where the difference between "Baosa" and mere "customer relations" becomes apparent—this is the state of affairs in our country. @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

Mobile data barely works we have to keep toggling Airplane Mode repeatedly just to get a signal. The issue is not limited to one device everyone using Jio is facing the same problem. Resolve ASAP
