@reliancejio @rajasthanroyals I had jio postpaid which I ported to another network due to network issue.. I had paid 1500 additional amont on my bill for Amazon Prime.. But when I ported my network.. You also stopped my prime for which I had paid an additional amount.. Tbc..

@JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

@JioCare @amazonIN I have paid 1500 rs annual fees for Prime renewal however my prime membership got stopped as soon as I ported my phone... Jio is saying Amazon will help and your call centre are saying Jio will help @consumerforum_ plz help my rights are being exploited

@JioCare Our village is Apparao Palem. 524322. A village in Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. As soon as Jio came, I switched from Airtel to Jio. I live in Hyderabad. Every time I go to Apparao Palem, there is no Jio and we are in a lot of trouble.
