@JioCare The jio customer care representative has clearly stated that the recharge on which they are reporting is not the mobile number of Rajasthan jio. Number 91 in Rajasthan does not start. The correct mobile number is #9887878787. Request a refund immediately.

@reliancejio have been using from past 2 years and m very happy with the service.Recently shifted to gokulpura (jaipur302012).Here the internet speed is worst,definitely not of jio standard.Please look into this not only me but all jio user's in this area(verified family&friends)

@JioCare I understand my account doesn't have any active plan. But it's only been a day that my plan has expired. But i have facing this issue from past many months. Expiry of plan can't be a excuse here. I haven't done recharge intentionally since i don't get internet speed.(1)

@JioCare I have raise the concern multiple time but no resolution provide yet. I have recharge 15days ago.From last 13days net not working. If you don't have any solution then y dont you close this company. Every time next 2hour resolution time given by c-care executive.

@JioCare Request raised to ACT around 12, and they completed the installation and activation by 3.30. If a new connection can be achieved in 3 hrs time, why not service fault ? Why service providers still not learning their mistakes....
