Hey @JioCare, I've been facing poor network performance for over a month now. A complaint was raised, a team visited, completed their checks and assured me the issue would be resolved. Yet here we are: • Download speed: 6.39 Mbps • Upload speed: 0.18 Mbps No meaningful improvement. No follow-up. No resolution. How long does a customer have to wait for a network issue to be fixed? @JioCare What's the point of raising complaints if your customer care only follows a script? I've contacted support 5–6 times regarding poor network speeds in Ranchi. Every call ends with the same questions, a network reset, and a promise that the issue is fixed.
