Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
