Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. You guys only share installation complaints, which customers can request the same themselves, but you well never escalate the actual concerns raised by customers to the appropriate authorities. I need an acknowledgement or reference number confirming that this issue has been escalated to a higher level. This will help me proceed with legal action directly instead of repeatedly raising the same concern with your Nodal Officer team.
