@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio they are providing the coverage in only 200meter area. Even we were getting good coverage when we didn't have tower in our area. Please do the needful. Or arrange a call back of the customer service, I'll explain everything

@JioCare @reliancejio Yesterday i was given the time btwn 12PM to 4PM , today i am being told that it would be done in evening and its not the first time that i am facing this issue , multiple occasions and similar issue. Kindly look into it or you can be easily replaced.

Worst issue handling @JioCare @reliancejio I have ever seen. Complaint made on Last Sunday with no. SR0000137JII for JioFiber for Connection-+911417963695 and receiving message for rescheduling for Engineer visit but no resolution..Really irritating

@JioCare network is very bad in my area even not able to play youtube . Even nit getting 5kbps speed very bad jaipur is metro city doesn't deserve this services my whole family give more then 3000 in month to jio but not getting satisfaction

@JioCare Hi Palak, Jio team has been trying to resolve this issue from past 3 months. A small amount of Rs 1500 can't be refunded by Jio team to its correct owner. Jio employee does a fraud and cheat which Jio team can't handle. Even the Customer care has been involved from past 3 weeks
