    @JioCare @amazonIN I have paid 1500 rs annual fees for Prime renewal however my prime membership got stopped as soon as I ported my phone... Jio is saying Amazon will help and your call centre are saying Jio will help @consumerforum_ plz help my rights are being exploited

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It is really disgusting to note that your wifi connection starts sending recharge messages two days in advance and also the internet stops working, this happens every month without fail and I am sure that this is being done deliberately so that you guys can make some free money. Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

    @JioCare unreliable, I will have no choice but to raise this issue publicly across all social media platforms and port my number to another service provider. I am extremely frustrated and simply want this connectivity issue fixed immediately
