    @JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

    @reliancejio subscribed for Jio fiber on 9th of July, after that installation getting delayed and even agent scheduled for installation never pick calls and I am harrassed now and there is even no customer care number where I can talk to customer care executive.#worstjiofibre

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team one your engineer has removed or deactivated my set top box wire. I have called several times to resolves this issue but he is asking to 10-15 days at-least to solve. I have recharged today morning and my recharge is for 15 days is lapsed. #help
