It seems that they are giving such poor service. The people of the country have believed and taken their service wrong. I have requested the network so many times in the last 3 months. But there was no solution. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

The @CCI_India should suomoto take up @ConnectCOAI greviouns to @Trai & @GoI_MeitY for breach of trust as by RelianceJio when it withdrew it's concurrence regarding @mygovindia support or Flexible repayment .It is anti trust action by Reliancejio and it should be made liable.

@reliancejio at least bring 49/- plan back for poor farmers of different parts of country where you have provided JioPhone. They only need calling plan no data required, not much IUC minutes required.

@JioCare @reliancejio I raised multiple complaints in past 2yr for In/Outdoor signal for voice/data but it was resolved only for 7-10days, but again Jio dead. All my request getting close with notes theg "we will resolve in 120days" but 2yr gone.. Bakwas ho gya Jio ab.

@JioCare Luckily I have both Airtel & Jio. During last 72 hours managed with Airtel broadband. Today thru my personal contacts the problem was rectified by someone. After resetting the router, it’s now working. But my official complaint was not addressed.

@JioCare No response for the whole day by @JioCare . They ask you to DM and then ping the same thing that they will do something. No time commitment, no actual problem solving. Just empty promises.
