@JioCare Dear team, I have jio fiber connection with registered number 9928926333. Since last 10 days, we are unable to watch prime video and have lodged a complaint at cust care. Since then there is no reason. Pls resolve the issue ASAP

I have also sent them screen shot of my mobile screen showing network coverage but they are repeating same standard language but not giving standard service

@reliancejio Unexpected Hectic and Bad Service in Jaipur (Pratap Nagar).. It is 5th day of Registration but still I am waiting for new Jio fiber connection today.. Now I am not going with #JioFiber !!!!

@JioCare I never expected this bad service from Jio.I am working from home and i need good Internet connectivity. Therefore, i applied for Jio Broadband on 7th August but till now rescheduling date is being changed on the daily basis.

@JioCare Service Request Number SR000018H16P since 21-Jan, internet connection is down, like a fool calling your CC, every time they reschedule engineer visit which never happened. Last i came to know that society didn't permit engineer to visit which is false.
