Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Three days ago, I was told that my JioAirFiber issue had been escalated “on priority.” Since then, all I have received are routine calls asking me to repeat the same details again and again. I was also asked to DM my location and screenshots. I sent everything requested, yet even those messages have not been properly attended to. Meanwhile: • Installation is still pending • No confirmed installation date • Local Kesli office continues to remain closed/unavailable • Local team is not responding • No meaningful action on the ground What is even more frustrating is seeing an SR marked as successfully processed/resolved when the actual problem remains unresolved. On what basis is a complaint considered processed when the customer has received neither the installation nor a solution? From the local team to customer support and escalation, this has been an extremely poor experience with Reliance Jio. I will continue documenting and posting updates until there is an actual resolution, not just calls, SR closures and “forwarded to the concerned team” responses.
