The @CCI_India should suomoto take up @ConnectCOAI greviouns to @Trai & @GoI_MeitY for breach of trust as by RelianceJio when it withdrew it's concurrence regarding @mygovindia support or Flexible repayment .It is anti trust action by Reliancejio and it should be made liable.

@AmazonHelp Yes I'm selecting valid plan even this is the issue with RelianceJio that we can't recharge JioPhone number on any app pr website other then Jio app.

I live in Jaipur. And I have complained so many times. But nobody listens. jio has no meaning with its customer. It is better that I use another network. @JioCare @airtelindia

@reliancejio at least bring 49/- plan back for poor farmers of different parts of country where you have provided JioPhone. They only need calling plan no data required, not much IUC minutes required.

It seems that they are giving such poor service. The people of the country have believed and taken their service wrong. I have requested the network so many times in the last 3 months. But there was no solution. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

Lol @reliancejio has trained its customer care execs to disconnect their calls when the customer makes them accountable. Had 3 calls of varied lengths with them just now and they were cut at the exact moment that I tried to hold them accountable for a mistake in my service.

@JioCare I am sad to say that Jio has been cheating me. Jio fibre payment is done but still connection has not been restored. Earlier also I paid for one year service but they started demanding payment just after 5 months. Telephonic complaint failed. Kindly resolve both issues.

Such a looters @reliancejio . They get your money prepaid for the service and they deny the service citing the reason "heavy usage in my area and will be sorted soon" with no ETA for months now. Strongly recommending to avoid them.

@JioCare my internet is down since 10 pm yesterday(PIN-560094). Customer care says it will be resolved by 1 pm today. My question was: Will I get compensated for this outage of service for more than 12 hours? The answer from customer care is a flat NO. Wonder if is this fair?
