    I have surrendered Jio fiber connection I'd -7752358087 .with service request no SR00001HYV2W .But my refund amount not credited to my account even I am not able to connect customer care. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hey Jio, how come my plan which had validity till 15May disappear? What magic did you perform. I had done one year recharge. Your app doesn't allow me to view recharge history as it falls beyond 6months search. You chat assist was not able to help. Will Mr Ambani help?

    @JioCare it's very pathetic, jiocare not in position to resolve the issue, I am waiting for relocation of my jio fiber connection, no other option leave, I have to change service provider

    @JioCare @reliancejio When you are not able to issue a new sim without customer being in India. You should change your norms and provide services on priority basis

    @JioCare So many people using internet was that my problem? I'm facing this temporary issue for 2 months. Not even able to play online games also. I lost money due too poor jio network.

    @JioCare But suddenly my no. was stopped on dated 8.03.23 without any prior intimation.Being as an advocate I have been facing a lot of problems since my number stopped.I visited JIO store but they gave me excuse by saying that“your number seems to be no recorded in our database

    Life tip: Don't ever buy a #JioFiber connection. Broadband issues for the past week & no response from the customer care. The service request gets closed automatically without any resolution. Poor service 👎 @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio #jio
