    @reliancejio @JioCare you should really work on the network in the arnala and virar area, mumbai, pin 401302 since 15 days your network is bad and totally dead most of the time and jio internet is also not working... very disappointing

    Post 3/3 The worst part? I can't even speak to customer support because the IVR says a service request is already open and won't connect me to an agent. Complete waste of time, money, and mobile data. Please resolve this permanently. @JioCare #JioFiber #Chennai

    @CareJpb @JioCare This is unacceptable. I've received the same robotic email response 6 times from Jio Payments Bank, and not a single person has actually reviewed my complaint.

    Yes even I raised this issue and a person came in to my home from @JioCare and looked the coverage of 5G What he told me is there's no proper 5G tower nearby and they are trying to install at the earliest. Which would take 4 months.

    @JioCare It’s been over a year. The signal is still terrible, and the internet barely works.If I won’t recharge, your team call straight and remind me to recharge every time. At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to Airtel.

    @Dimensity45 Even I was getting constant download speed of 80 Mbps (actual) last year, but now average 5-8Mbps only. Jio need to address this issue in our area @JioCare @reliancejio
