    Jio Postpaid: Pay the bill, then chase customer care all day. 10+ calls, 20 mins/4 hrs/24 hrs—everyone has a different story. Pathetic! @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Terrible service JioFiber.Waited the entire day, cancelling imp appts just to b home for the technician. Now, at night we’re told they can’t make it. If u can’t honour an appointment, at least inform customers in advance. Extremely disappointing
