    I have surrendered Jio fiber connection I'd -7752358087 .with service request no SR00001HYV2W .But my refund amount not credited to my account even I am not able to connect customer care. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Got duplicate sim last year in Dec but now it's not working at all showing all network bars and Volte Sign but i am not able to access calls,internet if someone else try to call on that no. it shows switch off even after sim is showing all netwrk bars..!!

    Now its been 2 days, my work is stalled, and the customer care says, "Jisko complaint karna hai kar lo" which seems right, because the official handle does not care to reply either. This only happened because @reliancejio @JioCare could not shift my connection to new home.

    @JioCare Resolution time is totally unknown because of -> there is no direct connect with customer care. Please make availability of customer care support to understand the issue/problem of customer.
