    Jio has a feature where if your phone is switched off or out of network coverage, you receive an SMS in inbox when you switch it on notifying you of the missed calls is now available to take calls. However, this is not working on my jio SIM. Please help me fix this." @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, my JioAirFiber service in Sambalpur, Odisha is completely down/poor. Your app and automated systems are broken, showing a "network congestion" message, preventing me from booking a technician. Please arrange a manual engineer visit immediately.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI

    @CoongCockroach @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps
