@reliancejio @JioCare I am not able to contact any of the customer care regarding jio Fiber. It's there in my area but apparently my house is the only one which is not available for thr connection. No one is listening in Jio Fiber. 6-7 agents came to collect money with no answers

There is no update no followup, the resolution dates keep extending for no reason, their service team keeps giving vague excuses and also say please don't raise tickets just call us we will help and when you call they either don't pick or keep giving more excuses

@JioCare You are advertising a lot regarding JIO Fibre, Infact the Jio Fibre wire & Pole has been set up in front of my house... But your team is unable to complete the installation stating - We can't provide service at your place. Really... Is this the initial service.
