It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

Karthik (@John_Karthik) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.
