May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.
