Jio post paid plans are scam dont fall in their trap its a complete scam in the name of free ott apps.... Their customer care agent are rude they dont talk properly or even cut the calls ....I want my money back and dont want to stay in jio anymore @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

@JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

@JioCare broadband not working since 11th May. Compalint no. SR00001AX2RQ. Executive visited on 12th May and informed that backend issue and it will get resolved in 3-4 hrs. I am waiting since then for resolution. Executive who visited not pickin call. Help resolve it ASAP.

@JioCare I registered the complaint regarding no internet in jiofiber early morning and got request id SR00001AYLXR, as firstly it was assigned 1PM, then 3PM and now 4PM as time is expanding but no resolution.
