I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

Complained was raised on 29th September. The engineers call everyday we will come today and after that don't even show up.

I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider.
