    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Such a shame jio team...it's been 6 days now and you are still saying allow us some time.....how much more time do you want to resolve the issue. I have not seen so irresponsible behaviour from such a big brand. Shame on you.......

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare Since the error and the disrupted service was not from the customers end but @reliancejio end. Such poor management and customer support system. Sooner or later, it'll take its toll.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Fiber Team, I am really fedup of your support team nearby my place. They auto close early requests without visiting/asking, even they took 1500 cash from my neighbour on the name of high speed wire (wire range is below 80meter). Do something against such guys

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiberJIO First thing when I raised a complaint with the Jio customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours, damn why should I wait for 24 hours I do not understand. And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    @JioCare it rained in my area. The towers were switched off frm Monday. Power came back on Tuesday and cell operators started service on Wednesday. Jio started service today( Friday). instead of compensating the subscribers for these lost days, we data balance alerts

    @JioCare You guys are just a bunch of fraud..your team mentioned that there is no Jio fiber service at my current location hence took the router and assured that the relocation amount will be refunded. However now you are saying that the connection is activated. Refund my 1200Rs

    I am thoroughly ashamed of the service I am receiving from Jio. Just to move a wifi connection from one end of the living room to the other, I had to call five times. Yet, despite my repeated calls, the service staff was unable to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio City: Ajmer | Year: 2026 | Problem: Internet down. Your engineer said my connection will only work when I return because I’m “out of town.” It’s now Day 2, and no other engineer has even been assigned yet. Support keeps saying, “Wait 3 more hours.” Unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio One disconnection and you keep wondering when on earth will they rectify it. And throught the AI based calls or jio chat. You will first get number of due date reminder and latest offer but no resolution to our problem.

    @JioCare #JioHome #JioFiber Order NO0001EHF2BE was paid upfront (₹2,824.92) after your sales executive guaranteed installation within 24 hours. It's now been 75+ hours with zero response from the installation or sales team. This is a complete failure of service. (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare your Internet fibre cable service is down since mid of June 2026 in DLF Ph3, Gurgaon, when will it be operational it is really a shame company like JIO is not able to find a solution to the problem, we have taken year payment plan and cannot shift to Jio Air

    @JioCare Hi, got call and promise to resolve on priority, but one more day is lost. Please understand, I paid but not getting service and internet is a necessity for livelihood, and blocking it intentionally is not good.
