  Reason-Tower not available nearby. My society has almost 500 houses i.e 1500+ subscribers. As an active RWA member,we’re planning to switch all these connections to other operator who can provide better connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare Forget 5G, Provide stable network first.

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare
