    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst Internet and poor voice call quality still suffering from 01 year. After every complain you are saying network coverage is very good in you area but users are so many. Why you people send your tech team in our area and experience the worst network.

    @JioCare I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiber but no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation,Im facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and Im not getting any response from 3day

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Just doing scam with there customers Your Customer care executive refused to take my disconnection request. after trying & talking to 4-5 customer care executive then they lock my SR for disconnection during my trial period.

    @JioCare Since the error and the disrupted service was not from the customers end but @reliancejio end. Such poor management and customer support system. Sooner or later, it'll take its toll.

    @JioCare It's very disappointing from your end, I took multiple appointment(Since 3 days chasing)for engineer visit in my place for resolve the issue but still engineer not yet visited in my place to check my issue. It's a very bad service and experience from jio fiber sides
