    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @reliancejio @JioCare take care of customers as the staff is incompetent and nonprofessional. I am waiting for my installation from one week in Dehradun. They are rude and never pick up phone.

    @JioCare As the required action has not been taken from your end regarding the issue of fiber connection! I would want to know the process of the money refund so that I can go ahead with a better service provider ! Plz look into my case and get the refund initiated at the earliest!

    @JioCare I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiber but no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation, Im facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and Im not getting any response from 11 days

    want to install jio fiber CNX but jio fiber team is not ready to give me connection I have 15 persons who are ready to buy fiber. My house is only 1.5km away 4m my h last CNX. but field time is not responding properly. Kindly help jio fiber management @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @JioCare You charge for 30 Mbps but only provide 3–4 Mbps. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraud. Your service is highly disappointing, and it seems like you are exploiting customers instead of delivering what you promise.

    @JioCare Scheduled Jio AirFiber relocation installation for 17th May, but there has been zero communication or update since then. No way to reach customer support via call or email. This is extremely frustrating. just cancel the request immediately. Order: LR00001DHWHN

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber And the response I get is another automated email telling me to again use MyJio, WhatsApp, or call support — the same channels that are already not helping. This is beyond frustrating when the internet has been unstable for days.
