Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?
