    @JioCare @rajankgupta I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiberbut no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation, I am facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and I am not getting any response from 3 days

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiberJIO First thing when I raised a complaint with the Jio customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours, damn why should I wait for 24 hours I do not understand. And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

    @JioCare The rescheduling is going on for this task since 14 October. No one turned up. Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.
