    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your main wire outside my house is hanging loose, May lead to sm major accidents and signal outage if broken. I have to guard every night. Hv reported to ur team but No one seems to take responsibility. Pls chk if u care. Nearby is major construction site.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Just doing scam with there customers Your Customer care executive refused to take my disconnection request. after trying & talking to 4-5 customer care executive then they lock my SR for disconnection during my trial period.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @RelianceDigital your representative doesnt have the options , said by one of ur rep to transfer the line to sup or manager , i have been complaining so many times for the same issue, i have the right to talk to someone in your higher authority..

    @JioCare The issue remains unresolved and nobody has even tried to resolve it. Please refund my money if you do not want to resolve and I will switch to some other provider.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    @JioCare worst service of jio fiber customer care ,I am facing issue that fiber not working since 3rd of May 10 am onwards but still there is no enginer visit done ,and also your customer care make a fool of customer... I am not recommended to anyone using jio fiber ...

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    It's been a month,but @reliancejio doesn't bother to provide connection to my area, 200mtrs ahead of pole where Fiber Box is installed. Very Bad Customer handling. @_MukeshAmbani @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Pathetic service from Jio. I paid Rs3536/- in advance and applied for cancellation due to personal reasons even before it's installed. This has happened on 15th May 2026, I am still awaiting the refund for cancellation of order NO0001DGB7OY.

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    9 days without JioFiber service. At this point, one would think Jio is repairing an undersea cable rather than a local fiber connection. The sheer negligence and indifference of @JioCare towards paying customers is beyond unacceptable. Every day brings a new excuse.

    Complaint:* @JioCare Dear Team, I am facing severe network issues from my location. Calls are getting dropped frequently within 30 seconds, and 5G network shows full signal bars but internet is not working at all. Speed is 0 Mbps. Even 4G/2G calls fail to connect.

    @JioFiber My connection has been down for 12 days. Sent 4 emails, called customer care 12+ times, and escalated to the appellate team 3 times. Not a single call from a service engineer. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer service experience ever. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare facing internet issues every day with this exclamation (!)sign over 5G Network from last 10 months on my postpaid connection.When are you fixing this? Tired entirely. @Airtel_Presence would be happy to join you if you are better in my area and can give a demo.
