Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.
