    @JioCare Hello Jio! I booked and paid for my Jio fibre connection on Monday and was told that it will be installed on the same day or next day! Nothing happened! Now, your executive is not even taking the call nor responding to messages. Is this your new customer policy?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI having 3 jio numbers one prepaid 2 postpaid but the network in my area is zero since long time complained lot of times but no action taken to improve it.If problem is not solved i will hav to port my numbers to some other service provider

    @JioCare Still no attempt made in any direction to resolve the issue I have had with my internet connectivity. Above that when I call customer care they say i have to wait four more days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. THE WORST.

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I placed an order for New Jio Sim but later on I had to cancel the order just asking the delivery agent to cancel it , but he marked as delivered successfully although sim wasn’t delivered to me. That’s fraud by the delivery agent. @reliancejio
