    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    @JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    Jio make their customers fool ..they are fraud dont buy their postpaid plans....its a big scam... Their customer care server also poor they dont talk properly or even cut the calls @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio post paid plans are scam dont fall in their trap its a complete scam in the name of free ott apps.... Their customer care agent are rude they dont talk properly or even cut the calls ....I want my money back and dont want to stay in jio anymore @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Unable to make/recieve call properly for days. To make video calls, I always have to restart the network using airplane mode. Same is the case with internet usage. Today, I registered a complaint on 198 with complaint number MR00015GS8TH. Resolve it on priority basis.
