    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @JioCare As the required action has not been taken from your end regarding the issue of fiber connection! I would want to know the process of the money refund so that I can go ahead with a better service provider ! Plz look into my case and get the refund initiated at the earliest!

    @reliancejio @JioCare take care of customers as the staff is incompetent and nonprofessional. I am waiting for my installation from one week in Dehradun. They are rude and never pick up phone.

    @JioCare @rajankgupta I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiberbut no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation, I am facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and I am not getting any response from 3 days

    @JioCare The rescheduling is going on for this task since 14 October. No one turned up. Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare - SR no. SR000018X0K5 was lodged on 20/2/22, not attended till date. Worst part is engineer is rescheduling it daily and has rescheduled it for tomorrow without intimating. CC is also not having any solution apart from escalation. Pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is too much now, since almost January 2020 I have complained about the internet, but every time the phone is disconnected saying that your problem will be solved soon, if this problem is not solved in me, then you start saying 2G instead of 4G internet!
