    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare In my area, jio network is very slow, earlier network was ok, but now a days, it is very bad. Kindly lodge a complain for the same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your main wire outside my house is hanging loose, May lead to sm major accidents and signal outage if broken. I have to guard every night. Hv reported to ur team but No one seems to take responsibility. Pls chk if u care. Nearby is major construction site.

    @JioCare pathetic service now they are telling me to deposit these fiber and dth box to 20kilometeres away from my house i will send you the video of firing jio finer and dth box and i will post it on social media also awful experience jbhse liya hai jio fiber tbhse pareshan ***.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice pathetic customer care services. My office jio fiber has not been working from last 10days. Complained was raised on 29th September. The engineers call everyday we will come today and after that don't even show up.

    want to install jio fiber CNX but jio fiber team is not ready to give me connection I have 15 persons who are ready to buy fiber. My house is only 1.5km away 4m my h last CNX. but field time is not responding properly. Kindly help jio fiber management @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have been trying to get the Jio fiber problem resolved for 3 days but nobody has bothered to do anything. On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?

    @JioCare Worst service in Dehradun After getting KYC and payment done yesterday afternoon by Mr Naresh from sales, I was promised that I will have connection today and this is my only condition while switching to jio fiber.

    @JioCare As the required action has not been taken from your end regarding the issue of fiber connection! I would want to know the process of the money refund so that I can go ahead with a better service provider ! Plz look into my case and get the refund initiated at the earliest!

    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @RelianceDigital @JioCare @reliancejio you are talking that reliance jio will solve the all your problems within 24h but 3rd day is completed of the service request number SR000015SE2X and still not resolved. This will damage your images.

    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    @JioCare I have a jio wifi connection at home from the last 4-5 months which worked properly in the beginning then the issue of connection lost for 1 minute occurred every 20-30 minutes and now I am facing connection lost for 10-20 minutes in every 20-30 minutes. Do the needful

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Really disappointed with Jio Fiber service. I purchased the #JioFiber 2 weeks ago and was told that technicians would install JioFiber within 2-3 days once documents are verified. No one has called me yet to schedule the appointment....

    @JioCare Cant be done and better cancel and shift to any other broad band like Act,Airtel 1.26/04/26 complaint raised next day engineer came at 12 O clock 2.He asked for home only 80 metres wire extra wire i need to bare but i asked if you want you can keep the box

    @reliancejio Nobody attended complaint no SR00002KUNJI at Jaipur. Wrong answer. Scheduled 12 to 1 pm today but I’m still waiting to get the results.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t want to jinx it but the new in-app get a new sim feature with eSIM is amazing. I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.
