And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

Amit (@amitgo) reported@JioCare Home internet is out. Complaint raised but unattended for three days. I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.
