    Reason-Tower not available nearby. My society has almost 500 houses i.e 1500+ subscribers. As an active RWA member,we’re planning to switch all these connections to other operator who can provide better connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare Forget 5G, Provide stable network first.

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    @RelianceDigital @JioCare @reliancejio you are talking that reliance jio will solve the all your problems within 24h but 3rd day is completed of the service request number SR000015SE2X and still not resolved. This will damage your images.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing horrible service experience from jio fibre. Internet is down since 3 days... have made several phone calls spoken to numerous people but seems like it will never be fixed. I guess it's time to say good bye to jio and switch #quitjio

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    Dear @reliancejio, what exactly are customers paying for now? Mobile network unstable. AirFiber barely usable. Calls drop, internet slows down, and complaints get scripted replies instead of solutions. This is becoming frustrating, not service. @JioCare

    @JioCare I called @JioCare to resolve an issue, and right after that, someone activated a 'Call Bomber' on my number! Never expected such a pathetic and harassing experience from your customer support. How did Jio's service degrade to this level? Investigate and resolve this immediately!
