    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @reliancegroup Please consider the issue of servers in our rural areas. Jio server is facing a lot of problem. Internet connectivity is steadily decreasing as the day progresses. We are not able to continue the online class, please improve your work.

    @JioCare Still no response from your side. Very disappointing service from your side. It's been 3 days since the fiber is not working and it has not been resolved yet. The workers are coming solving it temporarily and not permanently. I want a permanent solution soon as possible.

    @JioCare What is this..!!😑 What service is this, after complaining to jio. They came and have fixed it temporary.🧐 And the same problem is sitting again, and even I called them but there number is switched off😵 if such service is there then stop it. Very disappointed

    Hello! Your complaint dated 25-Jun-2020 10:51:21 PM with reference number C004-70878088830 is registered. We assure resolution by 26-Jun-2020 06:00:00 PM. This is the message I got from Vodafone and nobody called or mailed. How unprofessional. #notovodafone . @JioCare is better

    @TRAI please act on Vodafone for providing bad service to the customers. After repeated mail, dm on twitter, calls they are not willing to provide solutions. They are just giving a deadline and time exceeds that period. I am very disappointed. @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneIN .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi. Since last couple of months especially since 5G was introduced the network within my hospital in few areas has deteriorated. Calls get disconnected, even with full bars or LTE I can’t place calls. 5G comes and goes.

    Hello @JioCare. I have a jio fibre connection registered with num- 9731092738. I've raised 4 requests so far for internet getting disconnected for hours but the assigned engineers simply come and make it work after endless router restarts and leave. The problem still persists.

    @TPLINK_INDIA @reliancejio @JioCare - ever since I shifted to jio. My tp link camera regularly shows red colour (stable). I'm told that there is a synchronisation issue between jio and tp link camera. Can we expect a resolution? Else we will be forced to leave jio immediately.

    I have recharge my number today. Pack of 149/-. But still showing no active plans in jio app. After Weak network, weak internet Now recharge issue. Why @reliancejio not working on it. Pls look into it. @reliancejio
