Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

When we talk about basic infrastructure, communication is worst in our region. Forget about internet, one cannot even make a proper phone call. All the telecoms like @airtel_presence, @JioCare has failed the customers. And nobody cares about that. Its ******* frustating 🤬🤬

@JioCare @PMOIndia jio care has least concerned about customers..jio is licensed network to loot money by collecting deposits from customers and it is having great support from govt.

@JioCare One of the worst Customer service I ever seen. When it comes to KYC for Jio fiber the representative came in less than 1 hour and when it comes to providing services, no one gives a ****. They just keep rescheduling installation without any reason and when you ask them

Dear cheats at @reliancejio @JioCare, dokt know what you guys are up to but if the problem is not solved by EOD, be ready for a police complaint against you and your on ground teams. This cheating is just unacceptable. My work is suffering.

@JioCare Thanks for the reply I do really appreciate but the issue is there is no feasibility at my area.. and do instal in the areas where customers ask for and that will really impress us.. no matter what whether it’s city or village because the fact that all needs Internet. Me too 😕

@JioCare Prabal: Your appraisal has not resulted in technician visiting home to resolve issue after 24 hours of lodging the complaint. Are you saying you are receiving so many complaints that your technicians are working overtime? In that case it is a systemic issue. Pls resolve my issue
