@JioCare Hello. Someone claiming from jio fiber came in the morning and cut some cables on the pretext of fixing something. It has been more than 6 hours now, we have already raised a service request. The technician was scheduled to visit at 3 pm but no one has come yet

@JioCare Extremely shameful! A person named Jadupati called me at 5:55 PM and threatened to cancel my port request. Who gave him authority to harass customers? Take strict action immediately or I will escalate this matter.

@JioCare If you can send a technician to help fix the router, then it is fine. I am definitely going to remove the connection within 2 days and will not recommend anyone to install jio fiber

@JioCare First your engineer never visited my place. Additionally your customer care confirmed the issue was related to our home. It was an outage at your end, I need compensation for 4 days .
