    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare my net is not working since many days. Your team is not resolving the issue and just giving fake promises. I have raised a complaint vide SR00003CBPRF and prior to that also which can be seen from your records but no resolution at all. Am frustrated with that

    @JioCare I went to service center, since the sales person converted the amount into coupon, im not getting refund. This is what the service center informed. Can you look into what is taking time? Let me know the actual reason?

    I took Jio air fiber two months before and its not working. The input output lane blasted two days ago I made several complaints but no one came to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare @jiogram

    I fulfilled my responsibility by paying the full bill. Unfortunately, Jio failed to deliver consistent service or proper support. Please arrange for your team to collect the Jio AirFiber equipment. I no longer wish to continue as a customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare For 4-5 days, both 5G & 4G speeds are absolutely terrible in prime Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar). Regretting my 1-year recharge—feels like a total waste of money. Fix this network issue ASAP! 😡👇

    @JioCare You are not addressing the issue Yet I paid the bill in Good Faith Expected that you will improve it but you guys are least bothered I cant even use other Wifi on it so that temporarily I can watch using other Network I am Done with this kind of Service please Proceed

    @JioCare @reliancejio my tv and router not working since last 2 days, I have been requesting an engineer visit but your people are not ready. What a pathetic people and worst service u hav. I regret buying it from u. I would hv better bought airtell fibre. U guys are worst

    @JioCare I’m standing 5 feet from the router with no walls or obstruction. My TV and mobile are both getting only ~7 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. This is the same generic response I received last month. Please stop blaming Wi-Fi interference and arrange a technician visit to fix the issue.

    @Jio @JioCare What kind of customer policy is this? If someone uses a Jio SIM as a secondary number and doesn't recharge it frequently, how can you threaten to deactivate the SIM unless it's recharged? #Jio #CustomerService #ConsumerRights
