    @reliancejio @JioCare No connectivity of Jio network in rural areas of Nainital District Uttrakhand since 18th October. Other service providers working well. Only Jio customers facing problem. Very sorry state of affairs. People who opted for MNP to Jio regretting their decision.

    @JioCare Sir I book a slot of 9 to 10 am but still nobody call to me to gave me services. I am doing trading business my all software was online I can’t use these software’s because your jio Fiber is not working. I think I will withdrawal this connection and switch to other

    @JioCare Pull out all the call recordings that you have received complaint on the number im talking about then you can find out who submitted the request for the sim deactivation whether it is by verifying the personal information or not. If they have verified it then I wanted to know it
