    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @reliancejio a month back u raised a service request for rebate. Show me the details of that. One of the biggest companies and it’s taken u a month to do the needful. ???? @jagograhakjago they don’t have the workforce, or the digital workforce even. Please look into JIO.

    @reliancejio What a pathetic service given by the JIO Fibre. Service request No SR36000036Q6VJ is not resolved since last 3 days. Every time engineer or call center is rescheduling or putting on hold. Really Horrible service. This reflects how they are making money.

    After getting continues disappointment from @JioCare on multiple complaints over 5G speed issue, Now finally i have generated my UPC number & going to port to Airtel. From 24 March to 27May, Finally, it's time to get rid of this pathetic service provider. Go to hell @reliancejio.

    @JioCare My jiofiber settop box suddenly stopped working and now when we are trying to reach through emails ,calls and chat no solution, after so many attemp when can contact customer care they told as we have recharge 399+ tax ,we are not authorised for a service , we are using jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio : What is your mind set on my refund ? It been 57 days to taking follow ups on refund but yet not refunded. Is Akash Ambani running a fraud company ? Worst Service & support , ensure I will not leave my money with with . I must need my refund.
