    Hi @reliancejio I am contacting customer care for past two month and asking them to stop my postpaid connection. Everytime they said that you will get a call within 24 hrs but none of the calls i got so far and I have to pay the bill continuously.

    Internet condition is very bad since 1-2 days, when I turn on and off flight mode, then only internet runs for some time and then it becomes slow. @JioCare
