    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber relocation request on June 28. While the modem was collected on June 29, my new connection is yet to be set up - it was supposed to be done on June 30. I haven’t received any update and can’t contact customer care. Please resolve or refund my money.

    @JioCare Tomorrow my plan will expire. And I will not renew it unless I get 2 month extension and my problem is solved. 5 times the technician came and the issue is still not resolved

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding Slow Internet Speed I am facing very slow internet speed on my Jio number. The internet is not working properly despite good signal Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. This is a recurring problem.
