Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

@JioCare Looks like jio using own customer for 5 G testing. 5 G network doesn't work properly and asking again and again to switch to 5G. Do learn something from Airtel. First jio should work properly on 4G

So, @JioCare also has started to fail now. @SonyLIV has stopped working inspite of successful recharge done of #jiofibre . Been getting same monotonous reply that issue would be resolved within 24 hours. #JioTVplus also not working. Awaiting resolution.

Need to register a complaint but can't find any way to contact the customer support executive. @reliancejio @JioCare Please don't ask to call on 199. Fed up of selecting options. And still can't contact anyone.

@reliancejio bought a new jio sim and paid for it, now got to know its a defective sim that means i cannot make calls only internet is working and have to spend more for sim replacement to get it working 😐 Time to switch to @airtelindia . @reliancejio poor service.
