    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare if you ask for all info to troubleshoot, what is the use of the app? i hv shared the app screen results, only for recharging you have made such a heavy app? hv shown signal bars also/make the app give right info of analysis/it fakes all its results to fool cust& u ask more info

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Pathetic service. I've been facing internet connectivity issues for the last few months on my registered number 9136091088. Despite repeated complaints, there's still no proper resolution. Kindly confirm if this can be fixed permanently.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have heard these same assurances for days. You have made repeated promises but delivered no resolution. My patience is exhausted. Please stop giving false hope and proceed with my cancellation request immediately. I no longer have confidence in Jio's service.
