    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare Tell me one thing that how other operator are managing well in the same the same environment and same place. Please don't give unusual excuses, I have already checked that nearest BTS is at very distant from location. That's why signal fades out .

    Dear @JioCare, our village still has no 5G coverage despite repeated complaints since February. No nearby BTS and poor network quality. Villagers are now actively looking for other operators to port their numbers. Moreover I have complained more than 50 times myself @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare at least tell someone to call me. And if you can't then send someone to cut my connection and free me. Plus, I am not paying for the service I have not availed.

    @JioCare,@reliancejio Jio has become unusable. At my location, network issue is now a daily problem. Internet hardly works &even voice calls keep breaking with poor signal quality Despite repeated issues, there has been no permanent resolution. Kindly look this area code 221404

    Dear @JioCare, the constant “No Service” issue, call drops, and people getting the message that my phone is switched off or out of network coverage when it’s actually on is beyond frustrating. Your customer service is pathetic, and the network quality has become terrible. #Jio

    @JioCare on my phone I am unable to use 5G inside and this is pathetic, and when raised the complaint it has 10 days of window, man what do I do for 10 days. Like this is not how you do.

    @JioCare Please tell me to whom I should approach for a connection of JioFiber. Denying a service for not providing Aadhar is not correct. It's against Apex Court judgement. I will be filing a complaint to TRAI and DoT.

    @JioCare Anyway, I’ve decided to switch to Airtel Fiber. There is widespread dissatisfaction with JioFiber in our locality, and this incident has only reinforced my decision.
