@JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

@JioCare On17th Dec'20, I recharged twice for Rs. 1768.82 in my Jio fibre account. Now since moving to a different city I called to cancel my account, now you guys are saying that my Rs.1768.82 amount won't be refunded. I really need this money I have to show it to my office.

@JioCare kindly check your network in my area. Its already hard to browse with 2G. And now your network barely let me do anything. At least if you can't give me your broadband fiber make your mobile worthy. Rural areas are always suffering.
