    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    Jio is absolutely the worst network in India. Despite the population growth and high demand they refused to upgrade the tower but raise the prices every year for terrible service @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing internet disconnection, buffering and wifi disconnection with tons of complaints but no resolution. Kindly look into this as this issue is a consistent past for 2 months and still the problem persists. Service Request number SR000038KG1L

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiocare NO0001DQ5MHE Customer care giving lame reply kindly wait issue in progress. With whose consent you are providing voucher refund. I need payment in my account. You need to stop such malpractices to grab customers. I'm never going to keep any relationship with jio services

    @JioCare Order ID: NO0001DM32TS. ₹2,221 was collected on 16 May, but the WiFi was never installed. I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.

    @JioCare Dear JioCare, My concern is not about the recharge reminder calls. The issue is that the caller spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful manner. Instead of addressing my complaint, you have only explained why the calls were made. Please review the call recording, investigate
