@JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

@JioCare I advice if anybody is sufferring from mental issues never ever get into jio because if any issue occurs they will make your mental issues much worst. This is my third issue and the way they harass customers is so so bad. Totally fed up with these scammers. STAY AWAY.

@reliancejio with 5G am seeing more issues recently. It is a serious problem to be looked into quickly. Issues like, while on call all of a sudden, caller voice drops and I have to cut the call and rest the network (airplane mode) or when there is a switch between 4G to 5G 1/2

@JioCare Even after asking several times, no one from your JioFiber staff has been able to provide any T&C which says anything like "router and set top box have to be in very close proximity of less than 1m, if otherwise ethernet cable cost has to be borne by the customer" (1/2)
