  @JioCare @JioCare You reopened the service request and the engineer will again just call me and mark the request as resolved just like what happened today. There should be repercussions for behavior like this, the engineer is disconnecting my calls whenever it connects showing intention.

  @JioCare I'm facing issue in my jio fibre connection for the last 7 days. Complaint number SR00002N033G. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500. Can't talk to customer executive. Instead of pasting the SOP response please talk to technicians involved.

  My Router Is not working since morning wifi option is not showing. Outer router is defective or wire cut but neither customer care is available nor complains are being taken through chat how solve my problem ? Adapter is not working. @JioCare
