    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    Thinking of getting my both of the SIM one of @reliancejio & other of @airtelindia ported to @BSNL_UPE as ,the speed of both the ISPs sucks . While both(Jio & Airtel) are providing 4G network , the internet speed of both of them is slower than 3G network of BSNL in my area.

    @JioCare And @jiocare please stop saying "chat with us on myjio" to solve issues Its only a stupid chatbot on myjio with a programmed response that solves nothing Jio has no customer support at all . Zero customer support.

    Nothing has been done and no response .being an NRI I have never face this kind of issue abroad this is my service request number 10155359440 @JioCare @reliancejio please tell me if you have a good plan for NCR.

    @JioCare Accept you have a network fault from the last three days @JioCare and rectify it . And if its network congestion please refund lined up plans so i can port to airtel.. will do so for my other 3 numbers of course.
