    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @reliancejio @JioCare no incoming calls or outgoing calls. No internet either since this morning. Tried calling complaint number. After waiting patiently and pressing so many keys, finally call was forwarded to customer care executive when the call disconnected. Many times.

    @reliancejio i have given a complaint for all damaged pear received drom jiomart, ahmedabad. It is 3 and half months, and i hvae emailed for 20 times receiving one reply that is is is being worked on priority. I dont think anything which is genuine and on priority takes this long

    Horrible customer care by @reliancejio. They apparently doesn't have engineers available. How can a big company does not have resources to resolve customer issues.
