Bala (@dineshbalaji4) reported@JioCare Strong Feedback I have used ACT, Airtel and Jio broadband over the past 15 years. Based on my personal experience, Jio has been the worst in terms of customer service. Engineer assignments without actual visits, repeated delays and false assurances have made this experience.
