    @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

    Ported airtel to jio @Airtel_Presence worst network #airtel. Having these days in airtel only for hello tunes. Coming to @JioCare hoping best network and jio tunes.

    Hey @reliancejio just check the number of complaints i have registered in past 2 weeks and every complaint took almost 2 days each time.. that means out of past 2 weeks almost 7-8 days internet was not working.. we live in metro not in some remote area where your engineer take..

    @JioCare paid for jiofibre on 20/7. Somebody came after 6 days and told technical issue . We will come after 24 hours and nobody is there. Pls expedite installation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare very bad network and internet services in my location. Facing this issues from last 2 months. already filed many complaints but no action. not able to talk on call and 4G network is connecting even after 5 G recharge. pin code 411033 Punawale.

    My prepaid connection was converted to postpaid today without my consent. Please revert it to prepaid immediately. I never requested this change or agreed to pay ₹400. Kindly investigate and share the complaint number via DM. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your team called today claiming the network issue is FIXED. Total LIE! It's 9 PM and YouTube/Insta won't even load a single image. The Budhanichak tower is completely choked. Stop closing tickets with fake promises and actually UPGRADE the tower! @TRAI

    @ChatterjeeKc @ViCustomerCare My father used to use Vi during his abroad trips and it was hell. He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i booked an appointment for jio fiber installation but somehow after the initial payment you guys are not installing my connection neither you are allowing me to cancel the same. This is not done and really disappointed with this service
