  @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP.

  @JioCare I have been chasing JioFiber customer care from last one month.. my refund is pending and no one from Jio is responding.. They just say DM your details.. I shared the details and there is no response...

  @JioCare more than 48 hour's without wifi such is the careless and horrible service provider jio care 4 to 5 time's a month. Friends discontinue we have paid in advance so stuck with these terrible services
