The service disruption persists,and the original service request SR00002LP1IY is still open. Closing escalations without restoring service is not a resolution. I am proceeding with a DoT grievance.

I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.

I've raised multiple complaints over the last 5-6 days and keep getting promised a visit, but no one comes. Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber
