It's been over a month, but there is no installation, no refund, and no response from customer care or the sales guy. Very disappointed with the service. Please process refund ASAP.

How can you mark something resolved without even contacting me? There is still red light on my jio router and it has been red since 5th june

SMS failed to send and receive. Call drops more. @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani kindly solve the problems which have been going on since the days.
