    Ported airtel to jio @Airtel_Presence worst network #airtel. Having these days in airtel only for hello tunes. Coming to @JioCare hoping best network and jio tunes.

    @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber No. +91-1813152904 has been completely offline for the last 3 days. I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at

    @JioCare Getting notifications on a regular basis about some 'Aamra WE' device(s) signing onto my AirFiber network, without authorised access. Need help on how to tackle this issue. Thanks.

    @JioCare I have subscription of Fiber and with that Sony liv subscription is given but I am not able to use that on Sony liv app so kindly fix this issue

    Hey @JioCare, I've been facing poor network performance for over a month now. A complaint was raised, a team visited, completed their checks and assured me the issue would be resolved. Yet here we are: • Download speed: 6.39 Mbps • Upload speed: 0.18 Mbps No meaningful improvement. No follow-up. No resolution. How long does a customer have to wait for a network issue to be fixed? Looking forward to an actual solution this time. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is still unresolved. It is a simple refund request for a connection that was never provided by Jio. This has been pending for a month with the same generic "we are looking into this". Speaks a lot about Jio's operations, ethics and capabilities. @jagograhakjago @TRAI
