  @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

  @CzarVT @JioCare This is very common in jio, they don't have enough service technicians. As long as it works, you are lucky. I switched out of jio after struggling with their support process for a month 😔

  @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Air Fibre connection 91-3335852953 - is one way street isme aane ka rasta hai bahar jaane ka nahin - for last 20 days trying to cancel still a failure - they cancelled my home account twice - quite a way to deal with unruly customers who want to leave

  @reliancejio @JioCare Shameful customer service. I spent weeks calling Customer Care, visiting multiple Jio Stores, and was repeatedly misled with contradictory information. Not a single representative took ownership of the issue.
