    Ported airtel to jio @Airtel_Presence worst network #airtel. Having these days in airtel only for hello tunes. Coming to @JioCare hoping best network and jio tunes.

    @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

    4 days intrnt outage-resumd 28jul in fw hrs router givs up-outage again.29jul router replacd n few hrs latr another outage. U stole 5 days of servc days and ask to rechrg again. Then too no intrnt. Cust care no contact. Pls Credit 5 days @JioCare #PoorService #theft cjp to tag?

    @JioCare Part 3 Yesterday morning, I contacted @JioCare on X. An visit was scheduled from there as well, but again no engineer arrived. In the evening, I called customer care. I was told an engineer would call me within 10 minutes. Nobody called.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please escalate this to a senior team and provide a clear resolution immediately If this is not resolved,I will proceed with the formal grievance escalation/Appellate Authority process and request a ful refund,as I will have to opt for another provider. @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RIL_Updates Seriously? 100+ days n 12 service request and you still keep closing the case with random reasons instead of fixing the issue. Customer care and social media are equally disappointing. Resolve it, don’t just close it.

    @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.
