    @PavanBalayya @reliancejio @JioCare Im in my village, it’s a small village, there is @reliancejio tower just 300 to 500 mts away from home, even though signal is full...internet speed is terrible. @Idea -vodafone tower is 3km away...but still it’s internet speed is better than bloody jio.

    Ported airtel to jio @Airtel_Presence worst network #airtel. Having these days in airtel only for hello tunes. Coming to @JioCare hoping best network and jio tunes.

    @JioCare I have issues with my fiber plan. Rather than fixing the issue your guys seem to believe it is better to disconnect. I dont know how you guys plan on running your business. Will be good to move back to Airtel

    Just when I thought my 5G connectivity issues with @reliancejio were resolved, the service stopped working again. This inconsistency is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration please provide a permanent solution and stop wasting your customers time #5GConnectivity

    @JioCare If invoicing is under process, without GST invoice, on what basis JIO accepted GST. Can I file a complaint in the appropriate forum against JIO for collecting GST, prior to generation of invoice.

    I request @ViCustomerCare to provide me with UPC code for the said number so that I can get my sim MNP @JioCare as soon as possible so that I can start using my number at the earliest since your backend team and Vi have failed to provide me with any resolution nor activated sim.

    @JioCare My bill due date was on 25th March, I made the payment on 24th march but my services were stopped on 26th showing non payment of dues, I spoke to customer executive & I was asked to pay the amount again telling the last payment was unsuccessful and it will be refunded.

    @reliancejio fiber landline not working again. This seems to happen every alternate day. Customer service person refused to raise service request. Yesterday was a day long internet outage! The co should lose its license! @TRAI
