    @JioCare Immediately take action against unprofessional abhijeet. He do not deserve to be Senior HSO in jio fiber. I can't tolerate this customer taking jio fiber connection & he has audacity to not receive call. How he dare to do it

    @JioCare (2/2) and the person who installed the connection is not answering calls now. and when i called jio helpline even they dont have an answer to this. pls help at the earliest because my connection has been barred.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am jio fiber connection at my residence in j.b.nagar andheri east mumbai 400059.friday 20th Jan my internet was down for 1 hour today again it is down and expected to be resolved by 5pm there is frequent disconnection please look into the matter
