    @JioCare I'm unable to send SMS from Jio no. 8500457944. Contacted Customer care. But was not solved. I use Jio4GVoice app to send SMS. Also problem with JioCall app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still how many years we should wait for cell phone signals at my home...😠I had raised several requests, emails previously regarding this issue. But all tickets were closed without giving a proper solution😤very disappointment. #needvaluemoney

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been dead fr 2 days for which i registered a complaint yesterday but an appointment was scheduled today but no one has come yet..the service is very slow, didn't expect this bad service and has become like BSNL!

    @reliancejio I have recharged with 999 plan and amazon prime is not working, when asked with customer care they said as you have delayed in doing recharged amazon prime cannot be restored you have to buy it from Amazon, not told at the time of installation, false commitment
