@JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

Since 3 days Jio internet is working very slow. Internet has been intentionally slowed down or there is a problem. Jio Internet running like a worst network @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday evening. I have raised a complaint and got assigned a technician for April 21. I contacted customer care multiple times and was told each time that I will be getting a call soon, but that never happened.

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service experience. The representative I spoke with not only failed to assist me, but also became rude and began sending numerous random OTPs after the call. As a customer, I expected better treatment.
