@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@JioCare The issue is faced bynall landline BSNL numbers of Guwahati which I know and I have dialed with wifi calling on it says for all the numbers thatbit does not exists but without wifi calling every number with the same format i.e +91361246**** works fine

@JioCare you guys have pathetic service! Been ga day that we are past the TAT for resolution on SR000013IILU. We have just been getting empty promises. 80% of your engineers and service reps don't pick up phones or are clueless on how to respond to a ticket.

@JioCare @reliancejio I requested to close my jiofiber connection, its more than 1 month until now no engineer came to assist us or not even a call. if we call support - simply saying tmrw. Tried to call service head even he is simply ingnoring calls. #worst #customercare

@JioCare we having a signal trouble in my area, we can't even make/get calls .How can we attend the online classes , we are searching for the signal at the time of class schedule. We can't even get the video ,how can we study. So don't make the false publicity as no 1 telecom.

@JioCare @azadintouch 5 to 6 times send. Please check your DM also , all details given with all screen shot. Called your customer care also at least 5 to 6 times. Instead of wasting time further, have to take a alternate connection of Airtel - so that my work does not suffer.

@reliancejio @TRAI we are facing network coverage issue. No one is resolving the issue. Hv called multiple times to joi customer care and mailed also but getting same response from agents. They are not providing resolution also @reliancejio resolve the issue ASAP.
