    It has been around 2 weeks when JioFiber FFTX was setup in our locality. I have registered for JioFiber connection. The service center has been ignoring request, whenever i try to connect to them they decline and ignore calls @JioCare @reliancejio

    She was not ready to give pre paid sim but forcing me for buying post paid number. Ownership change is possible for post paid then why not in pre paid .. worst experience at @airtelindia @VodafoneIT @reliancejio

    @JioCare last 05 months disruption in the service of jio fiber. technician coming for inspections info wire need replacement. But not u/t. Complaint getting close w/o attending causing disruption in children studies & loss of money. Plz resolve earliest

    @Dinshastic @JioCare Not only jio but every service provider has exempted the SMS service from all the plans except unlimited plans. I had to recharge my Airtel number with Rs.123, just to get an otp verification. It's very inconvenient.

    The delivery team of #JioFiber @Jiofiberdehradun @reliancejio in Dehradun is not accountable for their action. As I already paid for 7months in advance and they promised me to deliver it within 2 days but no result. Especially the manager Mr. Puneet & Mr.Paul they never pick up.
