@JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@geekyranjit @reliancejio Same here on my iPhone 13 pro it works for Airtel without any issue but 5g on Jio says we are checking not sure so maybe switch Airtel to primary would help.

@reliancejio @JioCare Iam facing issue with network from 1 month still no resolution. Looks like jio intentionally decreased by 4g speed in all the areas for 5g launch. Just forget about 5g launch Jio will be dead end of this year 2023.
