@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

@JioCare Really disappointed with poor customer service of Jio Fiber. It seems nothing can get the work done. I paid advance nearly a month back. Despite several calls to sales, installation, even a tweet, I could neither get the connection, nor get my advance back!

@reliancejio Lost sim card. 4r sim replacement, Jio store in New Sangvi PUNE insists for police complaint/sim lost report. When check with customer care, confirmed it's not needed but store not accepting & want over mail. Kindly confirm report needed or not and update store & me.

@JioCare while I absolutely love the non stop high speed broadband I've been using for a year, I've had an absolutely horrid experience getting a jiofiber STB box. Your service engineers don't seem to know the service or the engineering parts of their job.
