  @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

  @kpankh @JioCare This issues comes when power supply is down may be your tower care taker not using generator to supply the network in this area. Tower location is karimuddinpur, dist ghazipur 233225. network is kind of essential service always.

  @JioCare Then why you are mentioning such terms and conditions as you can see in the above screenshot shared it says "VOICE IS ALWAYS FREE" WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS @reliancejio isn't it a huge framing error as that means in case of any recharge the customer can make voice calls.

  @reliancejio Since past few months network issue in my village. People started MNP to other service providers. I am also thinking but thought before switching should give one chance to the company who bring data revolution in India.
