@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

Hi @JioCare to day 5:30PM to 7:00 PM jio calls not working. past 2monts my village people suffering lot on calls droup, no one responding even complaint jio care

@reliancejio @JioCare There is a lot of problem in the Jio network due to the Airtel tower being installed 10 meters away from the tower of Jio, people are porting Jio's sim to Airtel, do something Village Mau Bidhuna Auraiya Uttar Pradesh

@Jre17Rishav I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@itsallryt The coverage of @reliancejio is better than Airtel. In our area we have airtel tower , but god knows why I didn't get any coverage. Back in 2020 I ported my service to JIO. It is working fine , smooth.

Finally ported one of my 5 @airtelindia numbers to @reliancejio . Will soon port the rest of them too. @Airtel_Presence u chose to ignore my requests to work on the network issues, continue doing so . I will make sure my friends do the same.

@JioCare also there is no customer care number to talk with customer executive and register the complain regarding this. today is the last day. either tell your representative to start dp installation work in my building or everyone will go for tikona connection.

@JioCare @reliancejio @ndtv pathetic servics by jio fiber , due to which I had to cancel services, now even more poor response and not getting refund as promised and 14 days has been passed. Stop saying free fiber trial for 30 days it's not true

@wamwaheed Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days & issue not yet resolved ! Big Shame ! UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000DPP03L is scheduled on 02-09-2021 : 15:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION.

@reliancejio according to jio fiber sechime if connection is not good then you can cancel it within 1month and can get complete refond but i didn't get my refond yet , According to policy they give refpund within 10-14 working days but 2month gone I didn't get my refond yet.
