@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@DoT_India Sir, #jio technician came to check the issue but went back without resolving it, promising that he’ll come back in a while but neither did he come nor did he pick my calls after that. Even @jiocare team isn’t responding. It’s been 7 days now. Pls take appropriate action urgently

@JioCare @reliancejio JIO Fiber not working since 18.02.2021 in Wadala. Inspite of complaint, no technician had turned up for resolution. Whether all technicians are on leave? Service request pending.

@JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number is SR0000142DWA. You will receive an update by 21/02/2021 19:38. JIO Fiber disconnected from 18.02.2021. Service scheduled for 21st no technician turned up. Today also not solved. Already 5 days. How many days it will take?
