@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

From 7th April 2023 internet speed of jio is very slow in 10kb/s, 12kb/s. Jio comments best speed ever,is this best speed. Contact any from jio care and solve this issue.@JioCare,@reliancejio Location - Sitamarhi (Bihar),843302

@reliancejio @JioCare I can't even load site like cricbuzz , Zoho , Amazon prime, speed test on my Jio fiber wifi connection and i am not getting satisfactory results from ur customer associate even after getting constant 30mbps speed . Guess it's not related to speed Fix ASAP

@JioCinema couldn't watch today's IPL match on JioFiber TV or JioCinema app. It said No Internet connection, which was not the case. Toll free number and JioCare chatbot on whatsapp did not help at all. I was asked to wait for chat with a representative but no one turned up.
