    Hi @JioCare to day 5:30PM to 7:00 PM jio calls not working. past 2monts my village people suffering lot on calls droup, no one responding even complaint jio care

    @JioCare We had recently ported our no. from Airtel to Jio. After 4 days we got the confirmation message. Now when we put the card were told that the phone does not support volte. Shouldn't the executive inform us this while buying this card?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I can't access jiofiber in my area since 5AM today due to temporary outage. First it was supposed to get resolved by 10 am then 5 pm and now I get a msg that it will take full 24hours. Who is going to pay for this one day as I didn't use net at all

    @JioCare Fact is if you call customer care and say your location is not listed, they suggest you to choose a near by location. Whereas enginner comes and says location is not correct. If your app doest show how do you expect someone to choose the correct one

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged 1768 pack on jio fiber but not getting the amazon prime which was promised by your comapany and your customer service couldn't give me satisfactory options @consumerforum_ please look into this matter
