@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@JioCare so no one turned up to resolve my issue. Just to let you know this so called technical issue is due to an optic cable disconnection. I can see the cable hanging on the ground completely disconnected it’s been almost 48hrs and no one showed up to connect the cable.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am Jio Fibre subscriber and should I say an unsatisfied one!! It’s been 4 days and my Jio Fibre connection is down and have been told it will be rectified soon on the helpline IVR for the last 3 days!!! Is this acceptable? Absolutely Not!!!

@JioCare Do you seriously want to clear the issue. Please check my previous messages @JioCare. Everytime a new executive replies without knowing the problem. I want to cancel my Amazon subscription, don't you understand. Why do you need a screenshot for that?
