@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

@reliancejio I purchased a jio phone from your Reliance Dx mini Chahat Complex, Distt-Buxar-802101 (Bihar) on dated 20/12/2021 evening.The next day,problem started coming in that phone from the morning itself.I have been frustrated by visiting your care many time.

@JioCare @mkgfstuvf Jio fibre is no less in pathetic customer service. They only have a voice assistant who cannot help in matters specific to you. There's no way you can connect with a human customer care executive and worst of all they do not respond to DMs as well. At least Airtel does that.
