@JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

@JioCare Earlier this location is very good coverage, I agree with u, but now no indoor coverage, and out door also max 8mbps speed only. In our village Airtel tower is available, no issue with airtel, I will be portout if not resolved till end of my validity of current recharge.

@JioCare @reliancejio second time also got the same response and both the recharge were done now when I call customer care they said it is your fault we can not refund or transfer any recharge. Now just one thing if your system is not working this is your fault not mine.

@reliancejio is the worst service nowadays. 4G connection is not working even with 2G speed. Most of the time it shows no iternet. Cheating costumers.
