@airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

@JioCare Boss I am not caire about your 5g or 4g service. I am caring only my things. If I am paying the amount for the good services then supposed to be I get. if not then don't charge me my monthly rental.

My jiofiber is not working. I gave complain & Tech guy came today.He is saying wire is cut from main box,far from my house.He asking me to choose relocate option, cant do so as service request is open. Also,he can't close the SR & neither can give new wire. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am using the same vpn since lock down. But facing issue only last 2 months. Almost 30 staffs facing this issue in my office and working fine for most of them. As you said, if vpn is the issue no one can do wfh with jio.
