    @JioCare If it is not feasible then why you are suggesting for reordering? Two times already cancelled It is duplex, two connection already installed. Then no meanings of wiring not possible. It is problem of your jio team.

    So, I got myself a JioFiber connection and its been 4 days since my billing has started and my internet is still not up. Such a big technological company and still not able to resolve a small technical issue. Bad experience @JioCare #jioFiber

    @JioCare Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed. No refund since 2 months. This is very very pathetic and hopeless service. All they say is sorry for.the inconvenience!

    @TOIBengaluru @JioCare @reliancejio After surrendering the device I got back only part of the deposit and they are refusing to refund the balance annual amount paid saying that it isntheir policy. Reliance company is a fraudulent and insensitive company whose only aim is to provide substandard service and fleece

    @JioCare Hopeless network. It's 3 days and still internet is damn slow. Better shut down if you can't expand the network. If we don't pay then u immediately shut down our services. If so after we pay then y can't we get services we paid for. Hypocrisy @MukeshAmba

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I am getting issue with frequent call drops after 5G trial update. The issue persists is the same even after being normalised to 4G. Done emailed, calls, Jio chats, overwhelmed no response & resolution yet.

    @Airtel_Presence unable to call @ICICI_Direct customer support 1800123 11 22 from Airtel.(invalid number!). Works perfectly fine with @JioCare! But unfortunately registered number is Airtel!
