    @JioCare @beingchef1605 Do not buy jio at all My jio no is not working as I have not reachrged it for a quater Pls help as I m your old customer . Airtel started working after 6 months even . Jio tell if I switch to airtel or you will help

    @JioCare That's too much time we all user in my area facing same issue and I am really very tired now getting u complaint regarding the same it's being around 6 months I continuously complaint regarding the same but still your team working on coverage,how much time we have to pay???

    @JioCare really disappointed with the service. The customer care is utterly of no use. I can't redeem my setup box voucher from MyJio app and I can't be assisted by any of your agents. Let me know if you can resolve my issue or else I would shut down the connection.

    @reliancejio data service has been deteriorating day by day. Raising complaints via customer care is something which you all don't provide as well. Soon we will see ads of 5G too and customers will have to switch into to it since 4G will be deliberately made not to function
