    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I have changed my postpaid Vi to Jio prepaid in October 1st, after 1 month that Jio and Vi customer care said i have to pay my bill to use my Jio sim but I have paid that bill but my Jio sim not yet activated yet.

    Tried porting to JIO from Airtel and had the worst scam experience from JIO. The person who came to do the porting was charging me extra for "5G Sim" claiming that 4G and 5G Sims are different. The total charge was Rs 568 instead of Rs 239. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare For the past one month I've been submitting complaints on MyJio app that there is no network in my area and the internet speed is too slow to load anything. My area is Kajupada, Borivali East, Mumbai-400066

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its been 2 weeks since I converted my number to postpaid from prepaid. I am unable to use internet on my iPhone 12 mini. Only YouTube is working rest nothing works on phone. Please help.

    @Smartprix My all family members @JioCare sim card. And it work nice. But from last 2mounth i face lot of problems because of bad network and its speed and now i am searching for another telecom operator so that i can port my all sim card with a fast network.

    @JioCare i have purchase one tv from jio mart order id-16721183930101801A and one of the worst service i have ever seen they intentionally delivering defective product when you buy in discounted price. Even my register mobile is also not showing in there system.
