@reliancejio @JioCare Worst I contacted my area jio fiber head (Mr. Sanket Modi) and he was giving me useless excuses everyday and at today was speaking in pathetic Language. If my picked up device is not registered till tomorrow. I will raise a complain to consumer Forum.

@JioCare You are worst ISP that could happen to anyone. I have raised a disconnection request on 23rd as I am leaving the city permanently on 30th and you guys have closed it without my consent. Now, your customer care is not giving any resolution for the router and STB pickup.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber is one of the worst ISP in the world. I have Given the request for unistallation of my jio fiber and after complaing many times they picked up the device but they have not registered ny device yet in the system for refunding the security deposit.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am postpaid customer of jio and this time got a wrong bill. I had contacted jio care though multiple ways. But it wont work out for me. I believe that you people have renewed my post paid plan without my consent. I need a resolution for this issue. 1/2

@JioCare Audio is not available in TV while connected with Jio Box , at the starting it was fine jist this issue is there since 3 days , three times called to customer care they kept me on hold for 10 min and disconnected line all call were done today .
