    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare Sadly in my area there is no jio tower, so mass users already ported to Airtel. Your customer care representative says we are working on it and can't say when this issue will resolve since 1.5 years. Also Airtel gives much better quality internet speed.

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani i'm following up from fast 7 months . i didn't see any reply . also i tried to port in my corporate sims to jio from airtel. i given the documentation but till now i did get port in and also they are not giving back documents . please help on it

    @JioCare I would like to know the process for obtaining invoices beyond 180 days for jiofibrenet. All my efforts to get it through contact to their customer care number and emails including Appellate Authority.

    @JioCare one of my friend's simcard was terminated. There was a mail to pay unpaid amount. We did that but got no network, then chat support said recharge. We did that too, still not getting network and chat support is saying 1 thing only that i need to activate it which we cant

    I have just port in my number to jio and jio call and message not working in my phone ...when i checked with jio care they just say jio willn't work in my phone and i can't port out either ...why can't same check done before port in ..what should i do now @JioCare @reliancejio
