    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioBlackRockmf @JioBlackRockRIA anyone else thinks this is of no use? I have heavily invested in this since it came and it's been 5-6months and never shown any profit. Instead I had invested in some random Mutual Fund ,I would have gotten atleast 2% gain.

    @JioCare has been more than a week and the internet in my area (Chennai) is extremely slow. I have checked my phone, network settings, SIM, and everything from my side. There is no issue with my device. The problem is clearly with your network. The speed is so slow..

    @JioCare There is only computer available on that helpline. My issue is not listed on the helpline. Can I please speak to a human agent?
