    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare Whenever I file a complaint, I'm told that the issue is due to bad weather. However, that is not true—the weather has been completely fine. This excuse has been given repeatedly, but no engineer has visited yet, and my internet is still not working. Please resolve this issue

    @JioCare your jio fiber services in Delhi Lajpat Nagar -1 are horrible. Since past 1 month every few days the internet is not working, after every day or two and engineer comes to fix it. It works for a couple of hours and then goes bad again.

    Switched all our corporate SIMs to @JioCare @reliancejio and it’s a nightmare. Bill payment options are broken (payments keep getting refunded), and customer support has kept me transferred on hold for nearly 60 MINUTES!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio Fibre has No Internet connectivity since last 3 days. Have raised technicians visit request but nobody is bothered to solve the issue. The local Jio Shop has no interest in Fiber business. Whom to approach???
