Engineers don't answer calls, customer care is unreachable, and resolution keeps getting delayed. But bill overdue? Service is cut instantly. Will Jio compensate for the 5+ days I had no net.

The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet
