@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@JioCare I have recharged 1 year in the month of February 2599, but if the net speed is very slow, I can get back to the rupee of the month of the second I have to leave in another company
