    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber number +91-1203267477 Internet speed is pathetic since a few hours, with frequent disconnections. Completely dissatisfied with the overall network experience, kindly fix this!

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I’m paying ~₹1,200/month for JioFiber, yet I’m dealing with poor Wi-Fi performance and my 5 GHz band simply isn’t working. Your diagnostics say everything is “working,” but the actual service says otherwise.
