    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    Dear @DoT_India Please take some serious action if you have potential against @JioCare #JioAirFiber for the kind of worst service they are delivering to the people and charging huge monthly rental. entire X is full of complaints against them. @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber has been down since Friday. Your app shows 'We will inform you asap' nothing more than that. I pay in advance to get smooth internet connectivity. Now I need a refund or an extra 4 days of internet in my JioFiber. JioFixedID: +91-2758359823
