    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare If u really interested in helping your subscriber then help by improving ur network where call drop and echo is issue. Already raise ticket but u only said calamity issue and we re working.

    @JioCare We have done almost 3 prepaid recharges using @GooglePayIndia for two different numbers. None of the recharge reflected and money also not refunded. Please coordinate and help resolve it.

    I think the Jio network should be shut down. The network is so slow that it seems we are taking the service for free. Shame on Jio Network @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare How can you say my location is not adequately covered under true 4G. I am using @reliancejio from the very beginning and facing problem from last week. If you can't provide us the best service plz let us know.
