  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @reliancejio I ordered Jio Home after seeing these adds. Unfortunately the service is very bad, and despite several complaints TV and Internet still not working. It’s been over 3 weeks since installation and nothing works.

  @JioCare Can’t you understand that it’s been delayed from Saturday and i don’t want to reschedule. I want it to get repaired or replaced today by 8pm Or else cancel the connection and refund the remaining adjustment amount. Worst service

  @JioCare @reliancejio ny additional amount for basic support and fault resolution. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, loss of connectivity, waste of time, and financial loss. It has now been over two weeks without any proper resolution, which reflects very poorly on Jio's customer 5/6
