    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This response seems to be provided merely to close the ticket and mark it as resolved. Please note that my SIM was already replaced a few weeks ago, and the issue still persists. Kindly review the case properly instead of sharing inaccurate information.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare My jio sim was registered on my late relative’s aadhar , i have been using the number since last 10 years, have the My Jio app logged in, E- sim active on my apple watch. I want the number to be reissued on my name - i have my relative’s death certificate, aadhar. Help

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service

    @JioCare red light blinking in the fibre box every now n then from day b4 yesterday. in the morning it was ok working fine n thn it goes off again n came back to working again. few mins b4 it was not working,again its working now
