    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare i thought you would take my request seriously and act on it. but, nothing has changed. there has been no transparency, no clarity, no call and now even my DMs are going unanswered. this is not the level of service i expected from JIO. this is my final request. either complete the installation by end of today or process the refund immediately after today without any excuses. if neither of these happens, i will be left with no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal consumer grievance channels and publically document the experience. i still hope jio chooses to resolve this professionally.

    @airtelindia Again and again, If you can't provide service why don't you deny at the time of request, poorest service ever by Airtel. Switching to @reliancejio .

    @JioCare this is so frustrating that my wifi is down from last 4 days, tried to contact jio help but that is so complicated. No one is accountable. I live in vile parle east, mumbai, 400057

    @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio Your service sucks in Aiginia area of Bhubaneswar. Your service personnel (Pankaj Ku Das) and his line manager (Tejeshwar Pati) are absolutely unprofessional and lack empathy & solutions for customer's issues. Do you think your customers deserve this?

    @JioCare @JioCare Instead of replying in X, can you please reply my email or can call me in my mobile. As 18008969999 are auto disconnect after saying in your area service is temporarily Unavailable (from last 3 days) Please address my issue properly.

    Hi @JioCare, This is extremely frustrating. A technician visited today and fixed my JioFiber connection. It worked for only 3–4 hours, and now the internet is down again. The LOS/red light is blinking, and there is no internet. Please arrange for a proper inspection

    Dear @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio As you know there is a current flood situation in area likeCharaideo,lahon gaon, Tengapkhuri etc. People are suffering, and still there is no network coverage in our area, neither normal calls are connecting nor the internet is working.

    @JioCare Again the issue prevails. What is wrong with your service. I’m without Internet for last 2 days. How are we to manage . Our tv and work depends on your service and such disruption makes it hard to work in normalcy

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio Fibre has No Internet connectivity since last 3 days. Have raised technicians visit request but nobody is bothered to solve the issue. The local Jio Shop has no interest in Fiber business. Whom to approach???
