  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio It's such a same to experience sheer negligence from a brand which calls themselves as the 5th most powerful in world! With a plethora off employees in the company they are not able to revert/resolve a simple query of the customer. #fraud

  @JioCare Since 2018 I am getting same scripted answer. You have been working , you will keep working. When jio was launched it was boasting for signal penetration thru any kind of surface. Now this excuses. We are not staying inside bunker that jio signal can't come.
