    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare Still now no information related to person coming for relocation of fiber device... What is this service from jio.. no person want to come and provide service till now..if jio cannot provide service, please ask to cancel and revert my deposit and subscription amount.

    @JioCare This is not a good or satisfactory service. My family member have 5g network in their phone and sitting beside me. I have 4g. What type of service is this? If I have 5g phn already why I will suffer in browsing and paying unnecessarily

    @JioCare Till now i have called 50 to 100 times in last 20 days customer support is not helping to resolve the issue dropping call in between. I will file a complaint in court that @JioCare @reliancejio is mentally harassing people without giving their refund.

    @JioCare It's been 10 days since I posted on X and nearly 3 months since this refund issue started. This is exactly why I had to raise it publicly. Even over email, I continue to receive generic, automated responses instead of a resolution. How many more days do you need to process??

    @JioCare Pathetic broadband support in Bengaluru. My broadband has been down since 13/07/2026 despite repeated complaints, and it's still not restored. I run an advocate's office where reliable internet is essential. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Does your temporary issues will provide me relief on recharge? Mukesh don't even provide us 1min extra after validity exhausted then why should I bare with you?. Either provide me extra validity or amount for those days.

    @JioCare @JioCare tell me what is the cause of issue? Customer care is not connecting. Work and education is getting affected due to his irresponsible support from you. This is 3rd day of outage. You will be pulled to consumer forum.
