    @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.
