So now I have 3 recharge of 1 year validity each. This is pathetic, Jio is saying sorry we can't help. It was their mistake. They told me that my recharge failed and they will refund the amount in 3-4 days. This is how you fool your customer #fraud @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare I've been chasing people for relocation since last five days and this morning I've spoken to three people. I've been denied a relocation to one floor up in the same building. All the phone calls are getting disconnected. Pathetic service.

@JioCare I have bought the 999 plan on my wifi for jio tv , it says that I ll be given subscription of many OTT platforms but only Disney works in that rest all are still asking to buy membership , please solve the issue to the earliest !
