    Very bad experience with jio network currently. @reliancejio @JioCare . The network is so poor that I can't even send a msg . I can't even complain on 198 because of ther poor internet. And it has been happening since very long time. Now I think I have to port thank you!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is the third time I am receiving a generic response that does NOT answer my actual question. I am asking specifically about the FTTX_10000_15M plan, yet your team keeps replying with generic JioFreedom/AirFiber information. This is unacceptable support.

    I would like to tell you about my village: Garhi Noa Bad, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (PIN Code 251309). Whenever the power goes out, the Jio network cuts out completely; the network remains unavailable until the electricity is restored. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio Fiber. Recently installed it in my relative’s home and took the 30Mbps plan. The internet is not working and the installation/concerned person is not receiving the call to address the issue
