@JioCare I booked my Jio Fiber connection last night and one of your representative came did registration took ₹1500 (Gpay) and left stating person will come at 3 PM and install. No one came and the technician not even picking the call. Really bad service. Want to opt out now.

@JioCare if this is priority I don’t think it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue no one taking responsibility customer service or ground team never experienced this unprofessional customer service knowing that most of the people working from home any paying for the internet services

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Someone has fraudulently linked my gmail account with his JIO number # 7851823718. As a result I'm continuously getting notifications from JIO to my email. This is completely unacceptable as how can you link an email without authentication. Need help.
