@reliancejio I am the jio fiber customer, I have raised the connection closed request 2 months before but still there is no resolution on it. Jio fiber team keep closing without resolutiony service request number is SR00001CD8Z3. @MIB_India @TRAI

@JioCare It's almost 12 days relocation request is raised for jiofibre and called 10 times to customer care,zero response, pathetic service. Thinking to completely opt-out from this network, hope you will sort this out.#JioFiber #JioAirFiber

@JioCare in my area jio fibre even in my last location i was using it but i shifted to new society and there is no availability of jio fibre...even i had conservation with jio support n maintenance of society but no progress yet

@reliancejio 2016 main jio ka 4G sim Mila but avitak humare area main network nahi Mila. DM karke complain dal ke 6 Sal main kuch nahi Hua. Only copy paste answer. Third class customer service. Only fake assurance.
