  @JioCare Day 6 and still nothing has changed. Same issue, same silence, no proper resolution. At this point, I would honestly advise everyone to avoid JioFiber. “Unlimited” clearly means something else to @JioCare, and customer support only knows how to send copy-paste replies.

  @JioCare @JioCare I shared my JioAirFiber ID and registered mobile number by DM immediately after it was requested them on 29 July. There has still been no call, engineer visit, update or resolution. Your public response was merely performative; no action followed. 1/3

  @JioCare My JioFiber has not been working for the last two weeks, and my active recharge plan is going to waste. Will Jio compensate me for the loss? I highly doubt it. Please treat this as a priority and resolve my JioFiber issue immediately.

  @JioCare The technician has switched off his mobile and nobody seems to know why or where he is. My work has been indiscriminately disrupted because of this. I sincerely need help on this matter. 3 days of disruption is unacceptable.

  @JioCare @JioCare @jio_fiber from yesterday I have been running around to cancel my account. Can you provide confirmation on cancelling my account? Cancel the tech vist and cancel my account. Your reps are not cancelling the ac and now i dont have an option to reach a rep via toll free

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am jio user and facing week network issue from long time , i roam in Sirsa and surrounding more than dozen areas where bad network most shocking i got no reply call from Jio after many complete. When you can't reply than shutdown

  @JioCare On raising complaint the time slot is given of tomorrow meaning another 24 hrs. My entire work is suffering. Jio should provide discount or extend validity by 2 days on account of disruption from their end. Just unprofessional & a thug company called Jio

  @reliancejio Terrible customer service. My connection has been down for 2 weeks now😡Your technicians come at all odd hours, NEVER at the time or day given in the appointment. As a customer I’m made to feel like I should be grateful anybody’s coming at all.
