  @JioCare You should have some different level of shame with regards to your staff and service. Your staff Manjunath promised me a quick installation of Jio Fiber at my place, hasn’t ever responded (absolutely 0 response) after promptly taking the payment. Shows your ethics!!!

  @reliancejio @JioCare I request a SIM port on 27th of July through online, KYC done and Rs. 299 charged for Self KYC Prepaid. Now that SIM is inactive on its network since 2 weeks and we were waiting for the Jio SIM at our doorstep but today when I connect the jio care,
