  @JioCare Hello, There is frequent disconnection issue arises from last 2 month , there is a joint in cable due to cable cut ,This month im facing thrice . You need to replace this drop cable or send a good technitian . Otherwise i shall disconnect permanently.

  @JioCare My jio air fiber cable is damaged resulting in service interruption. I am trying to contact customer care but none of the helpline channels connecting me with customer care. Very pathetic service. No option to connect with customer care.

  @JioCare You are not aware of your own interface. I am not able to see 399 plan in my app now. Pl help me.. I am forced to ask for discontinue my wifi connection because of bad support.. Pl get the settop box installed or revert my plan to 399. Hope you will help this time.

  I am paying Rs 2697 for 3 numbers, the Rs 899 plan is active on all the numbers, even then there was a problem with the internet speed and now 4K is missing from Hotstar? Why? @reliancejio @JioCare
