    called your customer care many times but getting no response from your side. Jio business support only forwarding the issue to concern from last 3 mails. Your sales representatives are not responding on calls. can not trust @reliancejio for business services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network getting words day be day. Is this your promise what you make to your customer to give them 1kb/s speed in the generation of 4G or even 5G?

    @JioCare Just now got a call to say that it will take a day or 2 resolve the issue. Customer is on mercy of your company. They will only go ahead with their sweet timings no one is even bothered .every one is passing the ball to other team

    @JioCare @reliancejio Two Gentleman visited. They were not able to solve the issue. They told that another team would come in one hour....It's almost 3 hours and no one visited....Excellent Service by Jio....Keep it UP

    @JioCare I had made payment of 1500rs 5 days back for jio fibre connection. The executive phone is switched from last 2 days and I have no idea either I will get the refund or when will the executive be coming to install the set-up. Very pathetic customer service.

    Hey @JioCare your services have totally crashed around my residence for two days in a row. It work's during nights but not days. We need mobile internet to work during lockdown. I understand your problems but also understand ours, this is very important especially now.
