@JioCare A call back with some actual info as to the delay would help more than these copy paste replies of "working on it" and "earliest". Been getting these for a week now. Some timeframe would be appreciated..days, weeks, months? Generic meaningless platitudes 4 a week IS DISAPPOINTING

@JioCare Hello. Now I have only 81mb out of my 1gb internet usage data left after accessing my email box on laptop via hotspot. My issue still remains unresolved from your side. I may have to avoid renewing my Internet plan from Jio by next month end if you give such bad service! 👎

@JioCare again facing connectivity issues. Again at the same time in the day during business hours. I did not think i would ever say it, but never faced such issues with MTNL broadband. Please look into it urgently
