    @JioCare also there was no call made from jio issue is not resolved , support team have marked as resolved !!! Sunita wake up , stop fooling customers jio service is pathetic!!!

    @jagograhakjago @JioCare @JioCare (part 2 ) but when i got there the costumer executive forced me to buy earphones worth 149 ,when i denied ,he told me "it is compulsory to do purchasing of 150 else we will not issue new sim and you can get it done from somewhere else "

    @Andeshwarkijai @JioCare @reliancejio Talk to Dutta Babu of your Customer care unit, he will tell you everything, in spite of helping intentions of Jio, our builder is creating problems, it got to be solved as 90% residents have taken Jio in Srusti Mansion, Jatni Road, Bhubaneswar.     @JioCare How much time ? Two months to resolve a issue. This is epic man by any standards or you do not have a resolution except sending my sms and voice recorder messages to harrass me and my family. Guys @ril_foundation only wants to make a quick buck at any cost whatsoever

    @JioCare Looks like this is a common problem. Figured out the solution hard way (being a window user, should have tried this first). Just hard reset the android box.
