@JioCare speed of mobile data is very slow today max bandwidth is just 1.6 mbps while downloading and everytime i listen the lame excuse we are upgrading in your shortly

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I have Jio fiber connection which I recharged in Jun21 for annual plan. I want to download the receipt of the payment. I am unable to get the receipt of my payment made.I called your call centre & agent Amrita T was very rude & said can't help.Pathetic

@JioCare @reliancejio I stay in Delhi and I have been trying to get a jio fiber connection since the day of it’s inception. However till date, I get to hear that we don’t serve in your area yet. Need your help for getting one connection at my place.

I have call recordings all the custmr support...was promised 4 hour call back since 4th Feb...no calls till date.. 7 day resolution...nothing till date...will be shifting to Jio my mobile and internet connection...both #JioFiber @reliancejio

@JioMart_Support @JioMart @JioCare you people are simply horrible. Why do you people close the ticket saying replacement done where I don't have any message email regarding the resolution?? You people do nothing to solve the issue except resolving the ticket.NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JIOMART.
