But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

Engineer is not visiting location and without otp he is closing service request. No one from jio customer care, jio escalation team can take action against them.Till now I raised more than 10requests but no solution
