@JioCare providing third class service..The whole day we are facing outage issue in Agartala and stupid customer care executives are telling me there is no outage and rebooting would fix the issue. @reliancejio has the worst customer support.

@JioCare I have DM details, let’s see how much you have values for a customer. If can not assist then I think you should keep a clause that jio care is only for celebrities not for common people. Also let us know that you will discriminate between customers.

@JioCare @JioCare The technician gave me the contact number of Rajat Majumdar and then Rajat gave me the number of Abhishek Chakraborty.Both the technicians just said that they cannot do anything.I dont understand its whose duty to get it solved. They talked to me in a very rude way.
