@reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

I have been complaining to @JioCare for the past 7-8 months about my slow internet.... Your customer care just say they are working on it.... You provide 4G service at max speed of 30kbps.... @reliancejio If you are not sufficient enough to solve the problem then say so promptly.

@JioCare Here's my query: 1) recharged with 1559 and got 336 days validity. 2) had a previous plan of 301 and the plan expires tomorrow. 3) data with 1559 plan is over, and 301 will be over tomorrow. 4) Need maximum data plan without losing validity of 1559 plan. Please help.

@reliancejio Sorry to say but this is fact that I have raised SR on 23rd Feb 2022 and time slot given to me is on 25th Feb 2022 which is still pending. Worst experience I have ever seen in my life. Shame on @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

@JioCare If 6-7 days ago, internet speed was very good then why now a days so cheap. Even we can't make a tweet very easily. For few hours, speed used to be very good everyday but not for the whole day. Sudden so poor performance, i don't understand.
