    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service request number SR000015KZRL. Jio Fiber connection is not working. I couldn't attend office, kids couldn't attend online school for the last 2 days! Continuously following up Jio but there is no response.
