I got my Vodafone sim ported to @reliancejio today, I am calling 1977 since 25 minutes, no customer care executive is available to activate my sim! Is this the kind of service @reliancejio is going to offer its customers. I think I will have to change my decision. @reliancejio

Everytime you call jio or tweet you will just get a generic response. They do not have an escalation desk. They are just useless. Email appellate, you get nothing.

@reliancejio what do you want? Oh and how much will you cheat? You take money for 4G from me,please give me at least 2G speed. Waiting all day, it's 12 o'clock in the night,skip onln cls, even WhatsApp is not working properly. I am not from any inaccessible area (puri - bbsr).
