    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    @JioCare Yashmeen from DM team promised that some one will visit between 8 to 11 today. When I checked the same at call center they are saying it's not their working hours and they can't promise the ETA. Why so much disconnect between your support team itself.

    @JioCare When the network signal will come, then the call will be connected. The main problem is only when the network is.

    @JioCare I already submitted my request to jio fiber but due to unavailability of port issue...It can't happen...and my request was cancelled...so I request u to provide the extra port slot for my area.. #JioFiber #jio
