@reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

@JioCare I'm facing an issue where I'm unable to receive any incoming calls. I've raised thus issue 3 days ago and no one has gotten back to me. I raised a service request to which I haven't got any resolution or response yet. Worst network to be a part of.
