    @Ravisutanjani And credit goes to one and only @reliancejio they gave consumers internet at affordable prices when others could also have but chose not to. They gave real example of business case where if you follow #customer/consumer is King " approach, the brand/company will succeed

    @reliancejio i have been getting those "experience jio true 5g" messages from you quite regularly. It says to update the software and go to settings>network settings>preferred network type 5g! Now i am on a letest software although my phone is said to be out of the box 5g ready

    @JioCare Wait a minute the cahrges i pay at time of purchase prepaid connection what was that. Also i am upgrading in my network why i pay again 99 rs. Ok if you charge 99rs not issue then refend me my prepaid 99rs back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a pathetic way to charge a customer without consent, i disconnected my prepaid fiber on December 1st and yet I received a postpaid bill yesterday without my consent, pathetic and unethical

    Here in NIT Rourkela campus jio's network is too slow🐌🐢🦥internet is as if we r using 2G; sometimes it seems we r just wasting our hard earned money on jio. Coz we r not getting the right speed what a 4G connection supposed to provide. Kindly do something on this @JioCare
