    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    @JioCare @JioCare I just fail to understand how a brand like you can cheat its customers. It's just Rs. 2500 that you are supposed to refund. Everything should be there in your records. I have been sending emails, calling and visited the store located in Indrapuram. (1/1)

    Worst survive provided by Jio Fibernet @reliancejio no internet connection for the past 2 weeks and no proper reply from the service person even after registering complaints and providing SR numbers @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare The first issue was resolved after 5 days. The internet lasted for only 2 days after that. Back to having no internet. Again facing issues. Pathetic service. My entire apartment is turned off with the service quality of Jio. Planning to remove it
