    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    @JioCare First stable your current service I have booked for jio airfiber, after taking payment and not getting any support from jio team. Worst support service, not able to connect with jio care help line. It is not 24*7 service, it provide worst support service

    @JioCare my internet connection has failed since 9th june.. complaint raised on 11th June, your technician is not begging up calls and falsely, claiming that I was not at home Has put my connection on hold. Already DM you screenshots.

    hey @JioCare , its been more than 10 days since jio fiber internet has stopped working everyday y’all just say that you will fix it but their is no fixing of it no way for us to cancel the subscription, i checked app, website, called but everything is just automated by a ****** ai bot which doesn’t even let me connect to a human what kind of ****** services y’all provide. why am i paying money for this? id rather cancel the subscription if i can’t even use it.
