@reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

@reliancejio i have lodged the complain as i cant send SMS on 22nd March but still no call no solution. Today there was network issue and i missed calls. What a Digital Service. Recharge charges are more than other network but BAD SERVICE

@JioCare @reliancejio network is dead today .... struggling to even connect computer....... Neither Broadband nor mobile.... Call drop ... Connection drops.... Very frustrating. No estimated time provided to fix it....... Simply shows lack of commitment from Jio team.

@JioCare what's the reason, my jio internet connection is down for the past 3 three weeks & till now, if I dial 198 it says it will be cleared in few days, Will you refund the lost data Please don't reply "kindly DM the jio number to assist " Please tell what's the reason?

@JioCare The issue is not technical but these are not OTT subscriptions but similar to some ThopTV app on firestick where also we can watch all contents .. these are not subscriptions

Will there be any resolution on this issue or not @JioCare?? From last 2months there is no solution except the messages that the #Jioteam is working on it. Does #Jioteam really work and care about customer issues??
