    @JioCare I reached out to the customer care executive, and she is saying like I have to do 999 every month to avail this. First of all it's an absurd logic and moreover in tnc nowhere it's mentioned like, i have to do 999 every month to avail Prime. Try to resolve this.

    @JioCare This area is not congested . As I said do a survey . This is not a appropriate response. If you are unable to do the survey here I can send you a video which shows how congested the area is. Improve the connectivity here as @reliancejio sucks.
