    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    Thanks @airtelindia for solve network problem in our location. We are facing network issue for 3 years. After this resolve many @reliancejio customer wants switch to @airtelindia .

    @JioCare I had also asked whether my using of Jio Volte chip causing d slow internet and how and where to change that Volte chip.Also my Playstore has stopped working.Nothing kud b downloaded.Hw to rectify .Mine is Redmi 9.

    @JioCare For the last 3 days, your customer care has scheduled 3 different appointments to fix my JioFiber Internet, neither there is any call from the engineer nor you share any details & every day I have to call and schedule a new appointment, please uninstall you box

    @JioCare Oh dude it is so frustrating to browse on #Jio in and around Shastri Bhawan & Krishi Bhawan .. payments doesn't go through, youtube is endless buffering , even whatsapp msgs are undelivered. #jiopoornetwork @reliancejio God Damn Do something or let us port to othr ntwrk.

    @Airtel_Presence is this the way you handles the problem we consumer faces, if you don't want to give us broadband connection just tell us I'll contact @reliancejio for my contact. I don't have infinite time to wait I have already waited 4 days. 3/3
