  I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

  @JioCare Your services became inactive by 06/07/2026! My bill was due on 21/07/2026. Your people never bothered to rectify the issue and the bill was issued after the date. I paid for my connection for the duration of one year!

  @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India The Jio network in my area is extremely slow, making it difficult to attend regular online classes for UPPCS & Lower PCS exams. Please look into this issue urgently and improve network quality. Students are being affected. #Jio #NetworkIssue #UPPCS

  @reliancejio the network service are worst. Irrespective of postpaid plan, when ever I travel via train, the network goes pathetic. Even 4G does not responds. Rest people in the train with other network like Airtel and VI enjoy seamless speed. A big WHY to the company.

  @JioCare Your answer itself is not satisfactory what can i expect from the resolution. Considering your given conditions for network, m currently at railway station and not moving but does not have a stable network and same other people sitting around have seamless network.
