Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

Since the issue is not being resolved, kindly confirm the process for immediate disconnection and refund of the unused service period.
