    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @reliancejio Your service is so pathetic and please update that stupid telephone IVR of yours that keeps cutting me off. I wanted to shift to new location and your engineer denied it. I want to cancel my connection now but the app asks me to call and now what that IVR cuts off.

    Utterly disappointed with the JioAirFiber service. It's been 9 days since I raised the request for connection relocation and they made me pay 1200rs. Still the date I received no response instead they are rescheduling everyday but no one is showing up. @JioCare need an answer!!!

    @JioCare I'm shifting within the same city, but you're refusing #JioFiber relocation and forfeiting my prepaid balance. Why should customers lose their money due to your service limitations? Unfair @jagograhakjago @GoI_MeitY Either provide relocation or refund the unused balance
