  I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

  @JioCare, On dated 24th Dec. 2019, I registered my complaint thru Twitter for network issue of my home town and I complaint each time whenever I was there but still it is not resolved yet. Even phone calls are not going smoothly. There is no proper way to talk about these issue

  From last 3 days #jio just pick my call and say "sir due to technical issues we can't help you" wth i am spending 2.5k on jio fiber recharge every month and this is their behaviour towards there coustomer my jio fiber is showing blinking red light @reliancejio Plz do something..

  @reliancejio @JioCare despite several requests and calls to customer care, no engineer has visited. Complaint was made more than 24hrs back. 4 times the scheduled time of visit was changed. 3 times request was made to speak with senior staff but no call. Complaint No SR000019D9R2

  @JioCare What a pathetic service form jio, I am not able to use my network since last 20 days and no one knows why? When we visit jio store they are help less, and say "contact customer care".
