    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    i had cancelled my jio fibre connection on march 2026 after multiple follow up with jio fibre since last 4months co doesn’t refund my security deposit amount jio care replied me we will help you but now they don’t feels like cheated😔 @JioCare @JioFibreCare @reliancejio

    Seawoods Navi mumbai jio fibre not working for over 24hrs. No contact on customer care/app. Wht is the reason of outage n no contact/ tech visit after 24 hrs also? @JioCare @jio_fiber rechrg for30 days bt conection lesser days

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to get a JioHome AirFiber connection since 17 July, but the entire experience has been disappointing. From booking to installation, the service has been poor, and the handling of my requests with generic replies has been unprofessional. Please call me.
