Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber
