I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

@reliancejio @JioFiber 2nd major internet outage in 2 weeks. 4 hours turnaround is beyond acceptable, given the WFH situation. Need a permanent solution. Service ID 8079667889.

@JioCare my issue has not yet resolved, what's wrong with your customer care support staff, u don't care for the customer service what exactly is the procedure to complaint against your service i have called your support team messaged, tweeted there is no response till date.

Dear @reliancejio have some respect for customer’s time. If I am calling customer support then I need support from your representative and not there to waste my time hearing account balance and validity scores. This just adds to frustration so much that one will port.
