    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

    @reliancejio @relianceindia A company as powerful as Reliance shouldn’t be this helpless when it comes to resolving a ₹100 refund and a pending Wi-Fi installation. Weeks of waiting, no proper response. Taking money takes seconds; resolving a customer’s issue shouldn’t take weeks

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, but the request failed. I then paid another ₹1200 at the Jio Store, and the relocation was completed. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

    @reliancejio This is unacceptable. At 1:58 PM today, your service engineer informed me that the tower serving my location has been dismantled. I agreed to relocation to the nearest tower or disconnection/dismantling and he agreed to visit today. At 2:01 PM @jiocare

    @reliancejio @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @JioCare I would like a refund for Order ID LR00001ELK6B. It’s been a month and there has been no progress other than a message regarding an appointment received on 21-08-2026. If this is how slow things work, I would much rather like a refund.

    Has anyone else experienced issues with Jio? Jio mobile seems to provide poor hotspot connectivity on laptops despite Good signal on mobile, while Jio broadband doesn’t allow Prime to play on the TV unless Prime subscription is purchased thru Jio. @amazonIN @JioCare @reliancejio
