I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

@reliancejio Terrible experience with jio . Trying to connect to customer care but its repeating & repeating same details . Many numbers are given 198,1991 etc but both of them are none of use .

@JioCare @reliancejio u hv not bothered 2 chk whthr my SR has bn resolved or not. Down 4 last 9 dys n r shamelessly bombarding me with recharging msgs. Ur motive is 2 only make money no matter how it comes. I hv paid in adv n u don’t provide services. Req refund falls on deaf ear
