    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @reliancejio JIO Fiber is rubbish I have already had disconnected one of my connections and now the second one has not been working since 3 days and absolutely 0 customer service and the JIO engineers have no clue what’s going on. I do not advise to use JIO Services

    I have requested 2 surrender my connection 4 jio Fiber, I am suppose 2 get 2500 but they will return 1500 or maybe less after tech visit. I am surrendering bcoz my new location jio is unavaialable, so I shud get my entire refund. Is this justice to customer?@JioCare @reliancejio
