    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the customer care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Again, a highly casual attitude from the side of the manager, Mr. Giriraj, who seems to be giving no ear to the customer’s complaint. It has now been around 1.5 days since I raised the complaint, its still not working, and nobody has visited my home.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please give my refund back for this month’s recharge and take your fiber box away. Will switch to @airtelindia . Havent seen a more trashy customer service. Engineer doesnt pick call, customer care is not reachable, nobody replies on twitter after DM

    @reliancejio what the hell is your network bandwidth man ! Neither in the urban or in rural areas there is no proper internet or the cellular network the display shows kind of full coverage on the top right of mobile but there is no proper signal, This Not worth of charging 349!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wrong installation done by jio. Network stopped, wires damaged and the area manager has said to do it yourself or talk to jio care. But unable to get in touch with any one. Absolutely useless

    @JioCare I have ordered airfiber connection 3 weeks back. Till now installation is not completed and there is no response from your even after multiple follow-ups. And your customer support agents are too worst in behaviour they don't even listen the issue details and hanging the phone

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been day and still not able to fix f*ck!ng internet. What a pathetic service you had. Hire some good engineers, my work is highly affected by it. First you said it will be fixed by 7:30 PM, and now 7:30 AM. Fix it or refund my whole year recharge.
